There was no one available to pick up the car.
Pros: Didn't get a chance to experience renting a car in Mexico
Cons: They should at a minimum wait for their patrons to arrive to pick up their vehicles before leaving for the night.

Pros: The service was fast, the car was the one I ordered and the location is convenient to the airport and the area in general.
Cons: The price was not what was quoted, primarily because of the excessive insurance requirements. This is a problem with all car agencies in Mexico. I suppose the agencies believe no one would rent from them if they honestly presented the real costs.
