Pros: Hostess was very positive and cheerful. Excellent breakfast and location

Cons: Room not ready, toilet needed fixing, confusion about free breakfast.

Pros: Great location. Close to everything.!

Cons: House smelled a bit musty. It’s a lovely old house but could do with a a bit of TLC. However, the bed linen was fresh. Bathroom was old and a bit decrepit.

Pros: The position is very good. The guy at the reception gave us some useful information. The living room is nice and there are some games. Nice house in British style.

Cons: We booked two nights in the B&B. The room had never cleaned and tidied up; the bin in the bathroom had never been emptied (It was very full because you cannot throw the paper in the toilet bowl). We had only a roll of paper in the bathroom that was enough for just one day. The second day we had to use our tissues because there was nobody to ask for. The shower cubicle in the toilet is small and the flow of the water is not good. The mattress of the bed is a bit unconfortable.

Cons: Not clean, no breakfast so why the name of the place with & No heating, there is a smell of mold

Pros: Staff at front desk were friendly enough and spoke a little English; elevators were functioning and clean, room was minimalist but clean and comfortable and quiet; bathroom was clean with nice showerhead; front desk called a private taxi for us when we checked out. A young man on the staff went out of his way to let us know how long we could expect to wait for the cab and to let us know when it arrived for us.

Cons: We missed the full breakfast, so when we went to the self-serve breakfast afterward, the options were limited to basically bread, coffee, and tea. That would have been fine, except staff did not seem interested in making breakfast easy or comfortable for us. The area was messy from the full breakfast earlier that morning, and we had to ask where to sit and how to get our food, because the staff in the cafe area were not especially attentive or helpful to us obvious foreigners.

Pros: Great location near Harbour, there's a safe paid parking premises.

Cons: No hot type food in breakfast for vegans/ vegetarians. The front office staff does not fully understand english. I had to talk to three different people to get an answer to my tour / taxi requirement.

Pros: Location is convenient. Close to bus station and not very far from the touristic area.

Cons: We booked an ocean view room, but it was a really bad decision, although the view is beautiful it was very noisy and we had to change to another room at 2am. We didnt take the breakfast it is expensive compare with others offers around.

Pros: Perfect location to explore Strongest WiFi we have had in the whole of South America Good breakfast variety Nice and helpful staff Try and stay on higher floors to avoid any noise from transport

Cons: Transport hub goes underneath hotel, try and stay on higher floors

Pros: Ibis is located right on the docks and above the metro station. We loved the colors of the barges and the city outside our window. The location was so central to museums, the historic neighborhoods and important monuments.

Cons: Breakfast was pretty weak and the pillows were a bit clumpy.
