Amazing place! Intimate, personal, and pure paradise! Loved every second of being here. The staff is incredibly accomodating and helpful. The room is perfect in size and comfort. And the premises are beautiful and clean. Food and drinks are delicious, couldnt ask for anything more.
Not applicable, liked it all!
From the friendly and extremely helpful staff, to the luxurious rooms, to the 10 second walk to the beach, to the great weather to the delicious local food and fantastic cocktails. It was one of the best trips in my life. I'll be back.
I almost didn't go because of all the info on the seaweed. However, there are so many other things to do from the ruins to the number of cenotes, it wasn't an issue at all. The public beach is cleaned daily and will feed your need to get in the water. its great place to rent a cabana and enjoy the sun and surf.
Encantada is the best option in tulum. Location is perfect , staff is so kind.
Very cute yard, with intimate atmosphere which made everything more relaxing and private. Very clean and tidy. Big thanks to the cleaning team, which are taking care of the sand even though the sea is bringing sea weed every day (you can see the huge difference between Encantada beach and the next one). The fruits and cold lemonade every day near reception were really nice to have. The hotel staff was friendly, we served breakfast on the beach every morning thanks to them, which is awesome. The jungle vibe is soo nice!
The continental breakfast contained same thing every morning and it could have been more diverse. Pricey, just like everywhere in Tulum (and not sure why - probably just because of the hype - which is un-founded). Our room was right near the air conditioning machine (placed outside) and it was a bit noisy (enough to cover the sound of the waves
Simply beautiful!! An oasis tucked away from the craziness of Tulum Staff were wonderful
There is no pool, however we understood that when we booked The seaweed issue made swimming unpleasant
