Pros: Staff was great. Easy process and my name was on their list which prepared the staff for my arrival.
Cons: Walking to and from the spot to pick up and drop off wasn't so great. Especially, if you're a female with heels and bags. Valet would be great. Pick up / Drop Off car would also be recommended in advance.

Cons: Signage was not clear, we had to ask staff from another agency where to park the car as all of the Thrifty spaces were full - this was after we figured out where to go.

Just want I needed.
Pros: Needed a car to get me from the hotel to my place for business and grab a bite for dinner. That's it. Car did what I needed it to do.
Cons: Not used to driving such a small car. Felt like a gocart.

A Walk Too Far
Cons: For a person in less than good health, it's a longish uphill slog in 90 degree heat from the parking area to the terminal and counter. There's no clear loading/unloading area for rental car dropoff.

Lots of surprises for a first time renter!
Pros: It would be very helpful to explain upfront in obvious language that there is a credit check and a corresponding deposit hold on the card used. Not being aware of this caused me to have $350 less of a budget to use on my trip. It could have been devastating in a different situation. I was lucky to have made due with the remaining funds I had.
