Pros: The breakfast was very good and restaurant nice and bright. Great, central location. This hotel is very well looked after, comfortable, and staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Thus wasn’t a big issue, but I found the lighting in the room a little bit dark, with pools of light, created by low lights. It was difficult to put on makeup in the bathroom because of the lightning.

Cons: Hotel has a very business feel to it (which is good) with lots of 220v outlets, but lacked direct USB outlets for a traveler from the US - fortunately, I had a travel transformer for my phone, but an alarm clock or outlet bank with USB connection would be helpful.

Cons: The chairs in the room were not very comfortable if you need still to work for a few hours. In the room there is carpet which is not very convenient if you wrestle with dust allergy. I asked to split the bill (separation of breakfast and accommodation costs). This was not possible as it was advertised as a lump sum. I find this a bit awkward for a hotel that claims to be a 5 star hotel.

Cons: The receptionist told us the wrong time for breakfast, so we missed it. The check out time was far to early - the room was booked for a day (24 hours) should be able to check out 24 hours later.

Cons: The amenities-seemed like I was in a dorm and furniture seemed outdated. Overall, stay was comfortable given location and welcoming staff, but value for money is outrageous. Not sure how the hotel is rated as 4 star. The curtains are dividing room from a bathroom, their are stains on the carpet, dust in the room and fridge not working on last day (which spoiled my food). Ironing room did not even have a steamer, just 2 irons-with iron board having stains.

Cons: Mechanical noise of water in pipes kept us awake all night... this was after we switched rooms once regarding a very tired sofa bed. Decor was below what I would have expected for the rest of the hotel.

Cons: Far from 4 star. We forgot our wallet inside the room at the check out. When we realized that, we called the hotel. They "checked" and found nothing. A few hours later, we go back to the hotel to make sure it isn't there. The manager said they checked twice again after my call but didn't find anything. We went back to every place we visited in town, then to the police, to decide we would block all our bank cards. On our way home, we got a call from an unprofessional receptionist telling us they actually found it. So we had to drive all the way back to Den Haag to finally get it back. Cons: Honestly, can't think of a thing. This was a one-night stay this time and the whole experience was a nice, relaxing break away from normal routine. A visit with a friend who had only stayed at the Marriott Hotel when in Den Hague was very impressed with the Crowne Plaza finding it a much nicer feel to the hotel and with a great location for the tram.

Cons: The red ibis cocktail should have red berries /fruit I was served cocktail which was full of ice and a bit of lemon very disappointing and staff took ages to make up they all looked as if they didn’t know what they were doing After a number of stays at this hotel think will try somewhere else next time

Cons: It was really annoying to arrive late morning & not get a room until 2pm when you could see through the plastic express checkout box many many keys where people had already left.
The receptionist said there was nothing available before 2 as the housekeeping start late.
I had written & asked for early check-in but got a 'no' as well.
Ibis could make money from this but i guess it may be too hard.

Pros: Everything was amazing! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The location is perfect in the center and close to the tram stop as well as to den haag centraal. We got a room on the top floor with a view over the skyline and it was absolutely breathtaking. If I return to The Hague I will specifically ask for this room with this view.

Pros: Excellent stay, Room cleaned properly every day, At arrival staff correct, quick and responding to any questions concerning Public Transport/Parking and Facilities of the Hotel Shower water pressure correct, toileteries and hair dryer available, (even when I m bold and not needing it really) View over the city on the 8th and 9th Floor, amazing I had free closed parking available, nowadays rare because parking prices in the Hague are Sky High I dont like fast food but McDonalds next door available, Restaurant Roems on ground floor connected to the hotel Supermarket available at 600 m walk, over the Bridge Jumbo and Aldi Public Transport at 100 m Line 26 to Station Holland Spoor and line 28 to Central Station (5 min) At all a perfect stay my next stay will be here again Some points indeed to have a look at it (stains in the carpet in the room, the cable for the shower was worn off) But this was not bothering me at all, the price is rather correct for a full week stay and parking costs you can pay easily the double price somewhere else So thanks to the very friendly staff that even advised me the restaurants to visit , much appreciated,

Pros: The bed was amazing - really comfy to sleep in! The staff was nice. The location great if you have a car - only 5min away from the centre. Free parking is a plus!
Cons: The sound isolation is not very good so you can hear people in adjacent rooms. Also, maybe it would be good to clean the walls as well. Mine were really dirty.

Cons: Absolute disaster checking in, after booking through a agent and paying by card before I arrived they said they had the booking but the money hadn’t come through so take a seat and we will let you know I waited 2 hours and they said best thing to do is rebook and pay again and speak to our reservations tomorrow to get your money back this happen 4 times yes times I had to pay for the room after nearly 4 hours I got the room key, not one apology not one offer off a drink, the following day I spoke to reservations all 4 bookings was there all showing paid and she said the could see on the system payment on the first one was cleared within 2 minutes of the booking being placed and said it will now take 7 days to get my money back, the lady at reservations was very helpful and said she would speak to the manager at the hotel and get him to contact me. I got a small email saying it wasn’t the hotels fault the balance owed was showing €0 which really means I owed nothing but he still refused to accept they was at fault enough though reservations clearly stated they was and him himself said nothing was owed. I asked for some sort of compensation as I was going to spend a few more nights at the hotel and I was now short of money because I’d paid 4 times but had to wait 7 days for the money back. He never got back to me. I really have never been treated like this and I virtually spend half a year in hotels. If the owners of the hotel get to read this from the management to reception staff this hotel is badly run, and I’ve still not received an apology about from the lady in reservations

Pros: It’s quiet, clean and staff are friendly .. and most important to me was the tram station, it’s almost 3 mins walking. Also the room size was perfect with cupboard and safe . But little bit far from the shopping center which required to take the tram and only 11 mins 4 stops

Cons: The hotel is looking just a little tired (especilly the carpets) and the very large bed (comfortable though it is) is just a bit too big for the room - or perhaps the desk needs to be moved along a bit.

Cons: The lighting system in the bedroom could have been better adjusted. Since the windows are quite small it would have been nice to have brighter lights in the evening.
