Cons: Staff ignores when you have the "do not disturb sign" on and tried to enter on three different occasions, breaking the internal lock. Even after informing front desk of what happened first time they managed to try to enter the room twice whilst having the sign on. Other than that, room is small and higher price for double bed compared to twin bed.

Cons: Nothing really - we were upgraded into a better room, but I thought the normal rate for that room - 179E - was a bit on the heavy side.

Cons: We hadn't received any self check-in instructions, so we stood in front of a closed door on arrival. Luckily someone else arrived at the same and and they could help us get in. Would have liked to be informed about this before arrival. (Didn't know there was a limited reception) Furthermore, we had arranged a late checkout for our stay and payed for it as well. Nevertheless, I received a last minute call on the day of departure saying "we went into your room and noticed you haven't left yet, we need you to leave your room because of other guests arriving, and we'll pay you back the money you payed extra for the late checkout". I expressed my displeasure about this and finally they let us stay till the earlier agreed checkout. This was a very unpleasant experience on an otherwise enjoyable stay. Also our room hasn't been cleaned at all during our stay. In the documents in the room it was mentioned that we should at least get a quick clean, after the second night I think.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, staff were wonderful, professional, helpful, polite and had a good sense of fun eg. on return from watching the Queen musical the bar staff continued to play Queen tracks for most of the evening, a brilliant end to a perfect night out. Location is perfect for visiting Den Haag for shows, shopping or just a chill out few days. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with all that you need for your stay. Restaurant serves high quality food and drinks with attention to personal wishes, nothing is too much trouble for this wonderful team. We will certainly be back again.

Cons: Honestly, can't think of a thing. This was a one-night stay this time and the whole experience was a nice, relaxing break away from normal routine. A visit with a friend who had only stayed at the Marriott Hotel when in Den Hague was very impressed with the Crowne Plaza finding it a much nicer feel to the hotel and with a great location for the tram.

Cons: The coffee bar when no breakfast booked is overly expensive as it is branded as a Starbucks - without the quality but all the price. Room service has hidden charges (prices are indicated without tax) and no matter what is delivered costs 7.50 delivery - and the service personnel is varying strongly in their level of kindness. The friendly employees compensated in the end for the rather rude in between. Attention: early bird hotel 10.30 the breakfast closes.

We had weird experiences with the staff (front desk and restaurant); at the restaurant they just lack experience and at the front desk we had a very rude girl at checkout. Pros: Staff were friendly and the hotel was handy for my visit to the Circustheater. Room was basic but functional shower worked fine and the breakfast was nice.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff, good breakfast. . We liked the bar and the snacks. The public transport is one of the best.
Cons: One day the bed was not prepared. The sheets were not changed always

Pros: The room was spacious and a family of 4 could move about with relative ease.
Cons: The elevators in the hotel were small and insufficient for the guests. We had to wait for a while in order to catch a free elevator, and most times we had to go up or down two at a time.

Pros: Handy location for transport to Amsterdam and Rotterdam
Cons: Needed an extra rubbish bin in room and also extra pillows to be left in room rather than to ask. Also shower was a bit slippery when wet

Pros: Nice big room (superior double) and a nice big bathroom. It was an ideal location for me.
Cons: Room was a bit dark( a few more lamps in strategic places would have been nice). Also the blinking lights from outside they can penetrate the room through the thick curtains.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.The Staff were all very friendly, and would always check you had everything you needed. My room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony. Very close free parking and city. Can't fault this place, would stay there again for sure.

Pros: The location was great. Very close to the beach and easy access to the city. Very nice old building.
Cons: Information on the site did not reflect the situation in the hotel. Hotel was advertised as having breakfast buffet but this is only served in the summer. The hotel staff refused to address me in dutch during checkin while I clearly spoke dutch and she clearly had a dutch accent.

Cons: It was a quite nice hotel, but the sound insulation was really bad. I heard every door opening and closing outside the room, and I could hear every single word from the next rooms. I also can't find do not disturb sign in the room.
