Pros: Almost everything was perfect. I really enjoyed staying here. The manager listens to the quest and always care how the stay is. The room assigned to us had big openable windows and great views. It was big enough for us. The beds were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe. The breakfast tastes fresh and good and delivered on time.
Cons: I was okay with stairs. It was a little hard for my mother, who was in her sixties, with steep stairs. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room (especially for Europe) with nice furnishings and linens.
Cons: Hotel has a very business feel to it (which is good) with lots of 220v outlets, but lacked direct USB outlets for a traveler from the US - fortunately, I had a travel transformer for my phone, but an alarm clock or outlet bank with USB connection would be helpful.
7.9 Good
Pros: Place
Cons: Shower wasn't really clean
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, clean and friendly staff
Cons: No coffee machine in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very well located. Parking at the hotel. Very good breakfast even if a bit expensive. Nice staff. Modern infrastructure. Super clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The peace and tranquility. The variety of breakfast options available. The proximity to the city centre.
Cons: The dining room service on evening of arrival was poor. It was a let down. I recommend more attention to detail I.e. quality of food and presentation. The waiting staff need to be more attentive. Ordered my drink 3 times before it finally arrived. When my food arrived, I had no cutlery/napkin which the waiter should have been aware of. It was a pity this first impression was a negative one.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location & comfortable bed
Cons: A receptionist for our check-in was bit confusing and took 10 mins..

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room, helpful friendly staff. Superb hi-tech car parking system, recommended as pArking difficult here. Superb location with sea views from dining area, and stop nearby for bus or tram into The Hague and onto Delft. Great for walks along seafront at night or in morning. Lots of restaurants around but those are on the beach are very expensive with restricted obvious menus. Head for the harbour to eat in the hotel! Tv has BbC1 and 2 as well as news channels so very useful.
Cons: No kettle for tea or coffee in the room ( but it’s only a short walk to the restaurant area)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view from our room was wonderful. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Cons: No lift. Parking could be an issue. We were fortunate to find a spot directly in front of the hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast fantastic and excellent leisure facilities.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in exceptional condition in a central location with excellent food, shopping and museums. All staff were friendly and helpful. There was a gym and small pool which was unusual for such a central location. Rooms were quiet, beautiful and welcoming.
Cons: It seems petty to identify anything when the overall experience was good eg Perhaps fresh milk in the fridge to go with tea....
1.0 Poor
Pros: Décor of the lobby, café and restaurant. The afternoon cafe/bar staff that were very friendly to us.
Cons: I don't even know where to start. Deposit of €50 that we weren't aware of, we settled the payment in advance. Dirty bathroom, someone's hair in the bath. Asked at the reception if the cleaning lady can pay extra attention to the bathroom during servicing our room, more hair in the bath. The bath itself was clogged, we asked if it can be fixed, we were told it was fixed/ that there was nothing wrong with it and yet, still clogged after being " fixed, checked ". So much noise from the elevator doors constantly opening and closing, it felt like a torture chamber and not a hotel room. Also noise from the private gathering on the first floor, our room was on the second floor on the landing. Perfectly ignored at breakfast. Unless of course you are wearing an Armani suit. We received a drink voucher from the hotel which we declined. Glass of wine is not gonna improve the bad experience. We should have been moved to cleaner and quieter room. Inexperienced staff. Again problems at checking out as part of our deposit was already marked as paid back. Explanation? Little mistake. This hotel solemnly lives off of its former reputation.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The towels were clean but smelly.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The grandeur of the place is magnificent. It breathes old times, class. Therefore it also has a unique appearance compared to other, lager, hotel chains that can also be luxurious but are 'more of the same'.
Cons: The staff (in the weekend?) is young, not experienced. They only half listen to you. Simple example: on the question if it was possible - due to our schedule - to eat anything in the lounge at 5.30 pm, the simple answer was 'no, the kitchen doesn't open until 6.00 pm.' And you're left on your own. While later we discovered that roomservice was (or should be) available 24/7. Our weekend was full with these small examples that can happen at a regular hotel chain, but not if you're claiming to be such a high-end hotel. Our room was freezing when we entered. Breakfast was nothing special; croissants were simple bake-off products, no offer to make anything (like scrambled eggs) on order. Which is quite normal in a hotel of this calibre. Called the front desk from our room during the evening; phone was not picked up even after 10 rings. Once again: they might be considered small things to whine about, but not if you're this kind of hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great luxury hotel on a perfect location. Very friendly staff.
7.0 Good
Pros: The duvet and pillows were amazing! Loved the whole luxury feel of the hotel when I entered as well.
Cons: The receptionist told us the wrong time for breakfast, so we missed it. The check out time was far to early - the room was booked for a day (24 hours) should be able to check out 24 hours later.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The welcome from all the staff and the couresy and kindness shown to us at all times.
Cons: We did not enjoy the canned music in the lift. A shower cap could be provided.
6.7 Good
Pros: Surprisingly friendly place with generous rooms that were well presented. Staff were very helpful with our baby. Useful small gym, pool and sauna area.
Cons: The beds were a bit too soft for my taste, and some of the detailing lacked quality in the finish.
7.7 Good
Pros: The location of this beautiful hotel is central and convenient for a city trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and comfortable
Cons: We had diner in the restaurant and that was not that good.
5.0 Okay
Pros: good location
Cons: no free internet connection and poor TV. extras for a young child
6.0 Good
Pros: Central location. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Room was rather dark and had no additional lighting options. Wardrobe rails far too high for comfortable access of hanging clothes.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything has been great
Cons: Nothing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was raining when we checked in, and we were offered an umbrella if we wanted to go out for a walk. The room was neat and bed comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and in good order. The hotel located within short walking distance to the shops and palace. A large choice of restaurants in the neighbourhood. When we went out for the evening staff booked us a taxi and because we didn't know exactly how long we'd be out for the book a return trip all we needed to do was call the hotel, and they arranged a taxi to pick us up. Definitely to be recommended.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything else, bathtub in our bathroom, large closet, kingsize bed, cosy room, overall interior design.
Cons: In our room ventilation over one of the windows was broken so it was a little bit freezing inside. Breakfasts could be better organized (too long waiting time for tableware).

Pros: Cleanliness, location
Cons: Staff ignores when you have the "do not disturb sign" on and tried to enter on three different occasions, breaking the internal lock. Even after informing front desk of what happened first time they managed to try to enter the room twice whilst having the sign on. Other than that, room is small and higher price for double bed compared to twin bed.

Pros: Good location; Cosy and clean room with authentic interior; Tasty homemade breakfasts (especially the homemade croissants!!!!).

7.5 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: Parking facilities
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very nice. The breakfast was good, man could find anything he likes, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The main thing, that was not so nice is the must to leave a deposit (in case when you don't have a payment card you used for booking) plus city tax, which was already paid while booking and paying for the hotel!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right in the old town and convenient for public transport. The hotel was much better than expected and the breakfast was super and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Nothing!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was very good. The room was OK and the location was perfect.
Cons: The staff don't help you with your bags and stroller and given that there were a couple of stairs up and down to get to the room it was annoying. The room was relatively cold. There was no room service or any dining option at night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: all good here
Cons: nil
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location right down in city center but not loud at all. Fantastic help from woman at front desk but unfortunately I forgot her name. She is a great ambassador for your hotel and the city.
Cons: Came in the middle of construction. Would have preferred no scaffolding or plastic but it had to be done so just unfortunate timing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is perfect, also the staff in reception is professional, friendly and considerate. The lobby is cozy and good to provide fresh water and coffee.
Cons: Unfortunately: 1. The breakfast which charged more than 20 Euro is a nightmare - we arrived on 7:30am, almost the time when breakfast is officially offered. However, the salat leaves are already quite dry (a result of exposing in the air for hours), scrambled eggs have totally no flavor and terrible textutre, sausages and bacon and other warm dishes are put under a light (I know that's to keep them warm) which will make you feel not so comfortable when you take the food, your hand will be under high temperature light (can be easily settled by providing a longer tong). I don't have any feeling that such breakfast should charge this price. I don't think we should have no fantasy about hotel breakfast, after all, some hotels did a very good job (even less options, but things can be arranged with real care). The sad conclusion is, the breakfast provided here is not worthy for the price. 2. The room itself has major problems for: a. noise - no matter the glass or the floor, all kinds of noise will get through. Our room is facing the street, no wonder that's really noisy, especially there are some cafe nearby, you can hear what's going on outside easily. Yes, curtain might help, but then why we need the window? Floor the same, the guest above us keep walking here and there, and you can hear that easily. b. The bathtub stopper can't work, so imagine after taking a bath and the water stay, the next user can' even take a shower. c. hair dryer is a pure decoration....it will take at least 2 hours to dry your hair, when unfortunately you have a longer hair.

7.5 Good
Cons: Bathroom is super tiny
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a lovely stay! We traveled with friends and the hotel/staff fulfilled our additional requests during the time of the booking (e.g. rooms close to each other, last floor of the hotel, separate beds and etc.). The location exceeded our expectations - everything situated in the center was 10 min away. I personally liked the design of the room and the bathroom - extravagant and arty. I definitely recommend it to people who travel to Hague and want to be close to all main center attractions. Remember that if you travel by public transportation day ticket can be bought only from the Central Station or the hotel itself. The girls at the reception were really helpful, they gave us directions (even searched) to all the things we asked them about. It was definitely worth the visit and if I travel to Hague again I would definitely be back at Ibis.
Cons: There was nothing major that I didn't like about the hotel :)
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Nice, clean room & decent breakfast.
Cons: It was really annoying to arrive late morning & not get a room until 2pm when you could see through the plastic express checkout box many many keys where people had already left. The receptionist said there was nothing available before 2 as the housekeeping start late. I had written & asked for early check-in but got a 'no' as well. Ibis could make money from this but i guess it may be too hard.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast with variety Great beds Very clean Very nice personal Very well located
Cons: Very small open closet for clothes Small room as always in Ibis hotels No small refrigerator
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The breakfast is definitely way to expansive for what you get. Quite disappointing :(

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely the most comfortable hotel bed ever. Very friendly and helpful staff. Attentive service at reception and in the bar.
Cons: Not the healthiest selection of snacks in the kiosk.
7.0 Good
Pros: Spacious room and bathroom, clean. Staff helpful
Cons: Poor quality pillows - what we found were actually flimsy bags of bouncy synthetic fillings turned into unmanageable balls held together by pillow cases. Bed itself was comfortable as was everything else in the room
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly, they made the difference. Thx!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast with great choice of gluten-free and lactose-free alternatives. Large safe in room easily takes a laptop. Comfortable bed in good-sized room. Good shower.
Cons: Getting food or drink at the bar a bit hit-and-miss as it's very often not staffed when it's meant to be open. Cleaners tended to talk loudly to each other in the early morning outside the bedrooms which is not great if trying to sleep in. But I guess this happens everywhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a solid, easy-to-use hotel in the center of The Hague. Centrally located, and within walking distance to almost everything. The staff is friendly, helpful, unobtrusive. The rooms are clean, modern.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fine. It was not extremely varied but still most things you could expect were there. Attention to allergies (e.g. soy milk, gluten free bread etc.). Also while the minibar is empty the small shop downstairs has most of the things you may need.
Cons: While having lunch in the restaurant downstairs I had to wait for a long time for somebody to take/bring order.
7.0 Good
Pros: convenient location
Cons: roomspace and facillitites

7.0 Good
Pros: I like the location and value for money.
Cons: After the rebuild I think the lobby is not as nice and that was our main reason for repeatedly coming back to this hotel. There was a nice hotel lounge fridge from where you could buy small bottles of champagne for instance. that was gone and so was some of the things to do for kids.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely wonderful location; we could walk to many places of interest. It was smart, next to an elegant passage with shops and restaurants. The breakfast was quite good and also good service from the staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: beautiful room and hotel, friendly front of house staff and great location.
Cons: View was not great and we could hear a lot of noise from the street
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, room size
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very correct service. Nothing to complain. Lobby is nice and stylish
Cons: Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive at around 20€
7.1 Good
Pros: Large bedroom, great bathroom, great bed.
Cons: Despite being given a room at the back of the hotel, I woke up several times during the night because of people screaming and chanting - intentionally, I think - outside, in the street. Also, like in many hotels nowadays, there is no formal reception desk, which I don't like, as it involves longer waiting times. This being said, the girl in charge was very nice.
