9.2 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything was perfect. I really enjoyed staying here. The manager listens to the quest and always care how the stay is. The room assigned to us had big openable windows and great views. It was big enough for us. The beds were clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe. The breakfast tastes fresh and good and delivered on time.
Cons: I was okay with stairs. It was a little hard for my mother, who was in her sixties, with steep stairs. And the facilities such as the shower head, minibar, and Nespresso machine were a little worn out. The cleaning was not constant. Someday It was perfect but someday It wasn't clean and smelled.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are beautiful, spacious, just as they look in the photos with high ceilings and big windows, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Our rooms were quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The owners were very helpful and generous. Clean and good amenities.

Pros: Frank and Petra were very gracious hosts. The property was lovely and our room was spacious, with everything you could want. Attention to detail was obvious and the fire in our room was also a nice touch. We particularly loved the small shopping precinct across the road, with its quaint shops and great cafes and restaurants. We can recommend Braadstaal - great food and service and just a stones throw from our hotel.

Daisy, thank you so much for your personal charm and help. We definitely will come back. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice of food for any taste. The cleanliness of the room just perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very well isolated, with no noise. Never heard any neighbours, though the hotel was on high occupancy. The WIFI worked just perfect. My child was very pleased with the speed of the Internet when he plaid the video games. The location of the hotel is practical. It's close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and public transport. Generally, the hotel is very well maintained. I wouldn't think twice with the choice of the hotel if I come again to the Hague. You have everything that you need here. Highly recommend.
Cons: I can't say that I didn't like it, but just to mention. The mirror and a shower holder in the bathroom are way too high for middle height person.

Pros: Clean rooms and good service
Cons: Expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, well-kept room, serene location close to train station and very close to the city center, with a park right across the street.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location couldn't be better for a business layover
Cons: The breakfast buffet is an added €18, and nothing included in it is nearly worth that price
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great gym, awesome early checkin, free room upgrade and comfy bed & pillows. Excellent location as it’s right next to main train station. (No noise from outside)
Cons: Late checkout cost 15 euros extra. Sleep quality was diminished as cleaning crew was extremely loud, vacuuming and talking in the hallways. Air-condition stopped in the middle of the night and it was extremely warm in the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was super quiet!
Cons: The view was looking right into the conference room of another building.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a better room, with more space and a complimentary mini bar. Everything was good, room well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, very comfortable bed with quality linens.
Cons: Bath towels could be a bit bigger and some complimentary toiletries other than multi-purpose soap/shampoo,shower gel would have be nice.
B-aparthotel Kennedy - The Hague - Building
13
8.7 Excellent (1,274 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in The Hague (Scheveningen), B-aparthotel Kennedy is a 4-minute walk from Museon and 7 minutes by foot from World Forum Convention Centre. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice aparthotel, really liked the room and its equipment.
Cons: The location is quite far away from the city centre, so you definitely need a bike. Also, the gym could be more equipped and better taken care of.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice, clean, large rooms. Quite location with good restaurants around. Friendly staff. Parking possibilities.
Cons: Nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was not part of my request.
Cons: No instruction on the use of dish washing machine and schedule for room service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place is wonderful. The staff is super friendly, the guy at the reception was very polite and welcoming he helped me with all the issues. There is a fully equipped kitchen, so I could cook. The bad is very comfortable . It's 20min walk to the sea and 40min to the city center. We used also public transport, the stop is in 20m from appartnents. The area is quite so we slept with opened windows.
Cons: I can't say anything what I didn't like. If I will be in Hague one more time I definitely book this place once more
8.0 Excellent
Pros: For me the location (the closeness of World Forum) was the most important. B-aparthotel Kennedy is a minimalist but comfortable place to stay for a few days.
Cons: Nothing was particularly wrong. The almost complete lack of staff was a bit surprising even for an apartment hotel, but it did not cause any inconvenience for me.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good-sized room, kitchenette with many utensils and appliances, comfortable bed.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice modern room, top quality bathroom, small kitchen. Easy to get to the center and beach, coffee and tea 24/7.
Cons: In absolutely non-smoking hotel my windows were looking to smoking area only 1 meter below than windows, eco was not working, was too hot in the room, we had to open windows and hole night the room was full of smoke and talking in one meter from our beds. Room 102. Go higher and to the sides, not over the entrance.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great spacious place to stay in The Hague / Scheveningen. Rooms are well designed and comfortable. As we had a small apartment it had all the things that we needed.
Cons: Cleaning of the sofa was not that well. We found crisps of the previous guest on the sofa. Needless to say that this is not acceptable for a hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: Room is stylish and clean.
Cons: During the weekends there is no regular reception in the hotel so you have to "check-in" by yourself. To do so you need to know a secret code, which we weren't told. It's impossible to get inside the hotel without this code. All in all, if you don't know the code in advance, the check-in process is rather stressful. Secondly, they say, there is a hotel parking. This is true, however you aren't allowed to access it - - because "there are no spaces available" - - even though it was almost empty. Lastly, the room has dining area, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle, which is great, but it has no spoons or forks or plates.

6.0 Good
Pros: The location is good close to restaurants and shopping stores. The staff were friendly.
Cons: No proper room service, whenever i call the reception no one pickups the phone. No heater, slippers, rob or iron in the room. Breakfast is expensive abit compared to the provided selection
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location and special mention to Benjamin who went out of his way in providing great service and made us feel welcome.
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location, comfortable bed, good shower/bathroom, newspapers and coffee in lobby, and polite staff.
Cons: I have stayed here before and really liked it last time. This time, my room's daily cleaning was spotty at best and the bed sheets were generally not replaced unless I requested. I also wasn't told that the upper floor I had requested for a 8 night stay was not available until I arrived (too late to change to another hotel). I won't be returning again.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is perfect
Cons: Car parking cost 35€ per day and it’s far from the hotel specially for family with kids
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Central location, convenience of having refrigerator. microwave and electric kettle in the room. Good shower, bathtub, though no shower cap. we stayed for 2 nights, didn't require maid service after the first night and got a 5 euro voucher to spend in the hotel (we had a small bottle of wine). Easy walk to Central Station, museums, tram to Scheveningen and Delft nearby.
Cons: As the property advertises a kitchenette, it would be good to have real cups, plates and cutlery. We had a couple of paper cups and borrowed a plate from their 'living room'. As I mentioned, no shower cap. The thermostat doesn't go below 19 degrees Celsius. I'd prefer to sleep in a cooler room.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: I travelled together with my husband and our dog and we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff at the reception was very friendly but what we liked the most was the surrounding and the location which is close to both the seaside and city center. By bike, we could reach any place in a matter of minutes.
Cons: We had one dinner at the hotel and we were very disappointed with the service, especially considering the prices were extremely high. The waiter didn't really understand us and it was difficult to communicate with him. I asked for a simple vegan salad and he said it was not possible since it was not in the menu. Then I asked for some sandwiches which were in the offer but without cheese. The order came with cheese sandwiches which were immediately replaced and the waiter apologized but still the experience was ruined.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly and lots of parking space.
Cons: WIFI was sluggish.
7.5 Good
Pros: We liked the location the most.
Cons: The carpet floor appeared dirty
8.8 Excellent
Cons: There was not enough coffee cups.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel. Nice, heated swimming pool. Very comfortable bed. Excellent experience.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel was great, it’s situated close to the woods with a lake makes for a lovely walk, and close to tram stops which was convenient to go into the centre or the beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel is overall nice, modern and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was ok although very expensive Overall the room was nice (but nothing special), nicely decorated and clean. The spa facilities were great, easy to use and free of charge. We booked a massage treatment which is done through an external person, the wellness ladies were lovely and the massages were good.
Cons: The breakfast was extremely expensive so I would recommend grabbing something from the star bucks across the road or going to a cafe. Likewise the dinner was also very expensive. The tables in the breakfast restaurant were not cleaned after previous customers ate and for me the coffee was quite bitter in taste. The beds were small and the pillows were too soft. The toilets on the -0 floor were dirty at times.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It’s my favorite hotel in The Hague, great food, amazing spa facilities...I will definitely return!
Cons: It’s pretty expensive... so vouchers for returning customers would be nice....
7.9 Good
Pros: Loved the friendliness of the staff as they were really nice and helpful and remembered us even when we only interacted once. The location of the hotel was beautiful as it was next to an amazing lake and right in front of the tram.
Cons: I could hear people walking in the room above me and next to me, also could hear the water moving everytime the room above me flushed the toilet, sadly could smell the smoking from the room next door when they use the terrace
7.5 Good
Pros: The size of the rooms and the gym/ spa area were great!
Cons: The cleanliness of the room and especially the balcony was below a 5-star level. Also the water from the shower always floods the bath room, even when taking a short shower.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: efficient, modern, reasonably priced
Cons: They charged for internet
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were definitely 5-star quality! They were helpful, friendly and informative. They had that great balance of professionalism and kindness that makes all the difference. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was just what I had hoped for with regard to our plans for our visit to The Hague.
Cons: Smallest of complaints which I could have remedied by asking - the pillow was a bit too firm for my personal preference - but I was so tired from our days out that I only remembered about the pillow just when climbing into bed. That said I would not say it was a fault of the hotel.

Great breakfast with fresh bread and high quality food and beverages. I will come back with pleasure! This is my first choice in The Hague. So glad I found this hotel!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was good and reliable but the main advantage is the location, right in the middle of the historic Hague. The hotel has everything you need and very friendly service when you want it. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I slept like a log.
Cons: If I have to find fault, I could have done with a bit more light in my room. But honestly this wasn't a big issue.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel with very good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything, the kind and helpful staff, the room, location. We where in Den Haag to get married and when we came back to the room at night, they had put smal hearts in different color all over the floor in the room and heart shaped balloons. It was so nice.
Cons: We thought that the bikes should be free of charge when you stay at the hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quirky and smart.
Cons: The room was a little on the small side. It overlooked a scruffy yard on the ground floor but I was only there for one night so that’s ok
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location

Pros: The hotel was lovely. Our room being one of the cheaper ones did not have much of a viee but we walked in the palace gardens next door and expect some of the rooms have a fabulous view. Breakfast was terrific and selections of offerings very good. Situated im part of the old town, close to all the sights except for the international court. Great visit.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good, right in the old part of the city with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants close-by. the rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. i liked the fact that they have eco-friendly soap available.
Cons: it is quite expensive and in other cities i've had better service for what they charge. however, den haag tends to be an expensive city for hotels in general, so that needs to be taken into account. nevertheless, something like a free bottle of water for quests would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Better tea bags ! (Yorkshire tea is best)

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Nice, clean room & decent breakfast.
Cons: It was really annoying to arrive late morning & not get a room until 2pm when you could see through the plastic express checkout box many many keys where people had already left. The receptionist said there was nothing available before 2 as the housekeeping start late. I had written & asked for early check-in but got a 'no' as well. Ibis could make money from this but i guess it may be too hard.
