Pros:The building is cylindrical, making all the rooms wedge shaped and spacious.
Cons:The lobby and front entrance were on the opposite side from the parking garage, making check-in confusing for a lone traveler who's carrying a ton of stuff and exhausted to find their way around. The elevators' electronic floor selection touchpad system is confusing, at first. The shower is terrible, with a low-pressure "rainfall" stream that made it difficult to wash the shampoo from my hair. The bed was half firm and half soft; neither was very comfortable. The frame was so flimsy that, when I shifted, I felt like it was going to collapse. I'm heavy, 200lbs, but that shouldn't be enough to nearly break a mattress and frame! Also, the location next to the highway is very loud and earplugs couldnt drown out the sound fully (I was on the 14th floor).
Cons:Noisy. Highway next door. Renovations going on till late in the building. Little sound proofing between rooms.
Cons:House keeping - did not renew cin room coffee or collect used cups/glasses.
Pros:Clean comfortable
Cons:Free Shuttle isn't available most of time they take you places and can't pick you up even when you aren't in a hurry, refusal

Cons:Rooms are outdated and not clean. Bathroom had mold around toilet and shower. Customer service - Upon check in, I explained the wrong room was given to us, as the confirmation showed how many and what type of bed we should have. They did not care and told me the room I had was correct. Upon checkout, my credit card was charged for the room, even though I had paid through a booking site. I explained this to the woman at the desk, and she said since they could not find record of payment, she would not refund me. Instead of trying to satisfy me by making a simple phone call to the booking site, she told me I had to do the work and contact the booking site to find out details and then contact her to get the refund.
Pros:Room was neat & clean; nice linens and a huge rain shower stall. Close to SU and University Hospital.
Cons:Continental breakfast is not offered nor included in room price. Parking costs extra. In a small market like syracuse, these should be included in the room price.
