Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's superb location, beautiful views, and spacious rooms, making it a popular choice for families and couples alike. Many appreciated the friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. However, several reviews mentioned significant noise issues from nearby venues and restaurants, as well as occasional lapses in cleanliness and inconsistent service. While some guests found the service warm and helpful, others experienced unresponsiveness or organizational problems. Overall, the location and room comfort stood out as highlights, but noise and service inconsistencies were drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews
