Pros: Friendly, helpful staff for our two night stay in Strasbourg. Very close to everything and we walked everywhere. Parking garage was fine even though the entrance is tight however the actual parking space was fine. Valet parking available if nervous but I did it with no trouble in quite a big SUV. Room was small but fine for the duration. Recommendation for a restaurant from the reception staff was excellent and they booked a table for us. Great hotel and staff.

Pros: The folks here are responsive and helpful. The hotel itself is within walking distance of all the sights of the old town. Nice modern rooms, great breakfast in a clean, well-kept environment. Parking in their garage was made much easier by the gentleman who knows how to handle the tight spaces. Cindy's (at the desk) recommendation for dinner was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The location is good. Large TV-screen with a choice of different international channels. Clean room. WiFi worked without any problems. Very nice breakfast.
Cons: The room itself was a disappointment. We had chosen a 4-star hotel, looked at the photos, read what others had written about the hotel. We asked for quiet room when we booked about a month in advance. The room we got was small, the toilet itself (without handbasin) in a wardrobelike room, the bathroom across the room. Small windows with no view. Room was located towards a narrow courtyard. About 5-6 a.m. staff arrived and spent time talking and laughing in the courtyard, there went our "quiet" room. We were surprised that they gave us such a room. The room should only be used as an emergency solution if the hotel is fully booked which it wasn´t. We managed to get 15% of the price when we complained.

The Cathédral Notre Dame de Strasbourg was no more than 150(est) meters away. The part of the city that is located on the island is walkable. There is tram service if one desires.
I walked from the train station to the hotel and estimate that it was 15 minutes (I walk fairly quickly).
If I return to Strasbourg, I will consider this as my first choice.

Cons: Very difficult to locate as it is on a non- motorised traffic street and the satnav in our nearly new Volvo XC60 was totally useless once we reached the centre of the city. By luck we parked in the correct underground carpark accessed by the tram interchange at the Klber Square And a short walk to the hotel thereafter. The hotel will provide you with a discount ticket for the underground but we were not certain that it worked for us on leaving yesterday morning so remember to ask reception for the discount ticket. We understood that the hotel has its own carparking facility and when we asked about this we were told that it had to be booked at the same time as the room.

Pros: I felt like a valued family member while I was at Hotel Rohan, thanks to all the staff’s attention and hospitality. They did everything they could to make me feel coddled and comfortable. The breakfasts were lovely, and cocktails and coffees were served graciously to me and my guests. The room was comfy, quiet, and impeccable. I will return here my next time in Strasbourg and highly recommend it to anyone traveling here on business or for pleasure. Super hotel experience!

Cons: Shower flooded the bathroom floor and, if I had not thrown all the towels down, it would have flooded the bedroom as well.
They were surely aware of this as the shower head was positioned facing the wall. Once it was turned to focus the water downward, the flooding began. Room 308.

Likewise, it is to bad no berries juices were offered though it is also a local treat.

The location is perfect, near to Monoprix and supermarket, near to tram also but in fact we didn’t use it as the hotel is very close to Klebèr square and center. Don’t miss the Church sound&light at night, it is amazing! The famous plate “Tarte Flambée” and ice cream Amorino! Strasbourg is a lovely, interesting city, we really enjoyed it!

Cons: Parking costs a lot and is not free. And the underground parking is a mess. Too tight spaces and is dangerous getting in and out since the exit and the entrance are the same way.

Pros: Grest staff especially Alexander, he help us a lot and all his suggestions were helpful. The location is perfect, near to Monoprix and supermarket, near to tram also but in fact we didn’t use it as the hotel is very close to Klebèr square and center. Don’t miss the Church sound&light at night, it is amazing! The famous plate “Tarte Flambée” and ice cream Amorino! Strasbourg is a lovely, interesting city, we really enjoyed it!

Pros: Hotel is on great location, close to city cente, but in peaceful street. Touristic attractions are on walking distance, tram and train stations , as well. Altough hotel need some renovation, room is clean and comfortable. It has very comfy bed. The best part is dining area at 7th floor with nice city view.

Pros: Our room was very spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable and the shower room excellent. The location was perfect for us, just a short stroll to the tram ‘cross roads’ and a further walk to the old part of the city. Although it is central the windows are double glazed and no outside noise was heard and the a/c worked perfectly.
Cons: There is no lift from the underground car park to reception and the stairs are spiral. There is no bar but facilities in the neighbouring sister Sofitel hotel are available to use. However, beware of the prices!

Cons: There was a horrible humming noice from the air conditioning. No way to turn it off. Complained repeatedly to reception. Reaction was not very forthcoming. Took the hotel two days to fix it. In the meantime it was almost impossible to stay in the room or sleep. They did not even give an excuse.
