Pros: Staff were friendly upon arrival

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and staff were great and met our needs. I would go back
Cons: Due to the Wine Expo changing its location for this particular weekend it had a huge impact on guest. The biggest thing was the parking! The hotel should only allow guest to park at this locations d the website said parking was available but failed to inform you that it cost 20 Euro. Plus there was no parking since all the wine guest took all the parking. It was total chaos.

Pros: I was in room 215 which was partially freshly renovated. As a bonus, I received a proper cleaning on Wednesday, even the rubbish bin was emptied and the plastic bag in it changed. I am really grateful.
Cons: The system of the door opening. You have to push a magnetic card to a sensor over the handle on the door. It gives a green signal and a beep for about three seconds then the door closes again. You have to very experienced to open the door for the first trial. I reported this to staff members and they explained to me very politely and friendly how to open the door properly. I have to tell they speak perfect English which is an advantage.

Hotel Athena Spa - Strasbourg - Bedroom

With a stay at Hotel Athena Spa in Strasbourg (Hautepierre), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Covered Bridge and Zenith Strasbourg. This hotel has facilities measuring 2153 square feet (200 square meters), including conference space. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
7.4 Good
Pros: The Room was great, and the location was great as well
Cons: The restaurant is way over price... specially the breakfast was way to expensive decided to cancelled because its like a cheap continental breakfast buffet but you are paying for 18-20 euros I could have something way better
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness, newness, great bed
Cons: No anti-skid on showerfloor
6.0 Good
Pros: The art in the lobby, and in the spa was very nice.
Cons: I assumed they would have a masseuse available at a hotel called Athena Spa, but you had to request one 24hrs in advance. So I couldn't treat my Fiance to a professional massage on her birthday.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff. Good food.
Cons: The toilet has an automatic light that cannot be turned off thereby waking your partner if you use the toilet at night
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was delicious and of high quality. Even though the restaurant was closed at the moment I arrived, I had an amazing room service. The staff is always there friendly and ready to help. The facilities were extraordinary. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
Cons: It could have been more clean. Especially the bathroom and the toilet room. In wellness pool were allowed kids being noisy and messy. Really annoying and not relaxing at all, considering it's a wellness pool we're talking about. And one of the kids was constantly sneezing inside the pool. I suggest that a supervisor would do a great job there.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good breakfast buffet Modern and clean hotel
Cons: At night the walk to the tram feels a little uncomfortable/ lonely as no houses or pedestrians around Spa was too hot in changing rooms and then pool felt relatively cold
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean small neat hotel, nice room. Nicely decorated pool.
Cons: no cooperation from staff: simple question about possible earlier check-in was answered quite rude, property description doesn't specify clearly that parking is available only by pre-booking. When we arrived and there was no parking available on the property, we didn't even receive an advise where we could park and how shall we proceed (on the streets there was no single place available); pool area is very small and crowded, to get to the pool one must almost step over other visitors; water in the pool is full with something like a chlorine or maybe some kind of another disinfectant because the smell of it is very obvious and skin gets irritated in case of longer contact. Toiletries are of a poor quality as well, I would recommend bringing own products. In the property with a pool area, there are no slippers or bathrobes available in the room, only in the spa area itself, obviously for extra charge. It's not allowed for men to bath in swimming shorts (only speedos apparently), however, nobody watches the wardrobe of customers, because there was clearly a girl wearing underwear, not a swimming suit. The hotel is clearly not able to manage the number of visitors it had over the weekend, would recommend staying there ONLY during the weekdays.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good service, the food was delicious, the pool was beautiful and service was great! Really nice place!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: A nice boutique hotel in very good location.
Cons: The fire alarm went off at about 2am and there was only one staff on duty that night. The only staff was intoxicated and was incapable to do anything about the incident. The alarm went off for a long while with panicked guests all gathering in the courtyard in the cold. Some guests became so irated and got into argument with the staff. The manager/ owner of the property only arrived much later and the guests had to stay out for almost two hours and only found out that there wasn’t any fire but someone in the building accidentally pressed the alarm button. Neither apology nor any form of compensation was offered by the manager.

The breakfast was plentiful with excellent coffee machine. If you come by car and you park in the public parking place in Place Kleber, you get a discounted rate from the hotel 18,5 euros instead of 40 euros/day. All in all, it is a great hotel and I couldn't recommend it more.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Terrible light switch system
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, modern & high quality rooms and bathrooms.
Cons: Very small lobby due to renovation works. Small dining area for breakfast we had to wait.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location - city center BUT going there by car would not be recommended! A lot of restaurants in the nearby.
Cons: Dark room. Parking space far away from the hotel (~500m)

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Central position, ideal for walking to the main tourist attractions an restaurants. Close to the shops. Very nicely decorated in the main public areas and the staircase has beautiful glass motifs on each floor along with very attractive ceilings and furnishings on each lobby. The lounge is very nicely set out and we were impressed by the decor throughout. Nice touch is the loan of the hotel umbrellas by the main door if it's raining.
Cons: Very difficult to locate as it is on a non- motorised traffic street and the satnav in our nearly new Volvo XC60 was totally useless once we reached the centre of the city. By luck we parked in the correct underground carpark accessed by the tram interchange at the Klber Square And a short walk to the hotel thereafter. The hotel will provide you with a discount ticket for the underground but we were not certain that it worked for us on leaving yesterday morning so remember to ask reception for the discount ticket. We understood that the hotel has its own carparking facility and when we asked about this we were told that it had to be booked at the same time as the room.

7.0 Good
Pros: The location was fine. It was a pretty standard hotel.
Cons: Tiny rooms. We asked for a twin room and it was two twin beds but they were right next to each other. There was no space to have even a crack.
7.0 Good
Cons: The bathrooms was so small that I was knocking off the hair drier of the wall. Also the main dinner service is a buffet. If you are not fond of buffets like myself there is not many options.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: When you leave the hotel with a car you need a code for ramp in the parking lot. The reception forgot to give me the code so I had to go back for it. Unprofessional.

Pros: Friendly and well-informed staff.
Cons: Room was dirty and dated, WIFI doesn’t work, very disappointed.

Cons: Since it's an apartment, the rooms are clean once in a week or you pay 20 euros everytime you need the service.
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely and welcoming staff. Clean. Good location. Near the train station.
Cons: Hotels tend to up their prices in Strasbourg during certain weeks of the month, so it was a little pricey for what you get. But overall a pleasant stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. We stayed at the end of February and the heating was excellent.
Cons: Written that the payment will be during your stay. This is true, but the funds are reserved (captured) from the moment of booking. It would be okay for that to be published as well. Towels have not been changed for 7 days. It is said to be a rule for them, such as rule a reservation of funds.
10.0 Excellent
