Strasbourg hotels near Gare de Strasbourg

Pros: Very clean,helpful and friendly staff If you use the Rotund Car parking,which is a 3 min walk away from the hotel,your parking ticket entitles 2 people free return tram ride into the city

Pros: Perfect for a short stay to have a nice place to sleep and stay in Strasbourg!

Pros: - Easy and free parking nearby - Excellent public transport into the city just around the corner - Bright and friendly atmosphere - Big TV with international channels and small fridge in the room

Cons: - Receptionist would not let us control the AC ourselves - Some special sheet on top of the mattress that is probably supposed to improve hygiene in times of Corona, but made us sweat like crazy

Pros: Perfectly located, great hotel, lovely staff. Breakfast great (for me anyways) with good selection of cheese, coffee could be better though. Quiet rooms.

Pros: The room was disinfected. They took extra precautions for the Covid-19. They even offered me to serve the breakfast to the room, if I prefer. Very kind staff.

Pros: The hotel is a building with an interesting history. At the moment is is the fourth generation of the family that is in charge. The hotel in its furniture the interior decoration and paintings show the history of the Alsace and create a warm atmosphere. The breakfast is extremely good and the staff is very friendly. Very well located not far from the station or public transport. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished and very clean.

Pros: I believe I have already reviewed this hotel but am doing so again because we had such a pleasant stay. The staff here is wonderful and ensures that one has a grand time while in Strasbourg. A family operation that brings great credit to Best Western!

Cons: Nothing negative. Hotel public areas are filled with thoughtfully collected antiques & collectibles. Beautiful boiserie in the Salon. Hot pretzels at the desk. Private & secure parking. Modern rooms in an atmosphere of old world charm! Kudos to all!

Pros: The folks here are responsive and helpful. The hotel itself is within walking distance of all the sights of the old town. Nice modern rooms, great breakfast in a clean, well-kept environment. Parking in their garage was made much easier by the gentleman who knows how to handle the tight spaces. Cindy's (at the desk) recommendation for dinner was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Monopole Métropole. It was conveniently located, super clean, family friendly and the staff was absolutely delightful. We look forward to coming back and staying here.

Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like. We had such a wonderful time.

Cons: Parking - Need to surrender the car keys to lobby upon checking in. Car is brought to the garage where it is only accessible accompanied by one of the staff. 15 eur per day.

Cons: same breakfeast for 4 days. Pork sausages only ( muslim doesn't consume pork would suggest chicken sausages which can be consumed by everyone) more hot plats in breakfeast

Pros: Who knew a Best Western would be this nice! Great property. Public rooms are filled with antiques and collectibles. Lovely staff was attentive to every need we had. Valet parking was a great bonus and very convenient. Would certainly book again!

Cons: The room was in corridor repair area with chemical smell, breakfast is not as good as cost it, hotel parking area is small and difficult to park.

Pros: its central location, garage parking - very good for an over night stay and an opportunity to look around the city

Pros: The room was totally renovated and very clean! Very spacious and comfortable! In addition, I switched our room dates a couple times and the staff was very, very nice about it!

Cons: The maid tried to open our door at 8:00 a.m. and then let it slam shut. Also, another hotel worker was slamming the doors in the morning when he was looking in a closet that was directly across from our room. That woke me up and was really annoying. The maids should know before hand which rooms are taken and which need to be cleaned and are unattended without slamming doors! Breakfast not included and the hotel is not exactly in the center, more like 3 or 4 blocks. Also, the bathroom had no shower curtain, hence the water everywhere and the door was wierd. It was a frosted glass sliding door, which was nice but it generated a lot of light (which was not good since we had our kids and it lit up almost the whole room when in use).

Pros: location near to the city center and the railway station

Cons: the two door entrance to the room and the carpet

Pros: Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff, good location

Cons: convenient parking, but you have to book in advance
