Pros: The staff at Sixt was helpful and nice.
Cons: We had asked for a small manual car, not a supermini. As we realised at the airport, they had an auto car for us. We informed them we prefered a manual transmission car and we were given a Suzuki Alto 800cc. Which is a supermini. Not what we had asked for.
Pros: Better than expected. staff very professional.
Pros: Easy to find the location within each airport, and quick access to car and check in/out.
Pros: Got rear ended, and a ticket in Jordan and the guy at the Sixt desk was amazing about the whole experience. Took us less than 10 minutes to sort the whole drop off out.
Pros: I received a free upgrade
Cons: Better / faster pick and drop off The car was not available for pick up at the location and had to be brought in.
Cons: Bad customer service, low quality car, limited english at the customer service.
Bad bad bad
Cons: Not committed , they did not even acknowledge the booking
Good agency not a bad car
Pros: They provided the type of car we asked. The car fuel consumption is very good. Sixt were fast in pickup/dropoff. It was quite comfortable.
Cons: Car had no bluetooth, no drive control. The car steers to the right slightly and shakes when applying brakes on a downhill.
Cons: I cancelled the booking because it was a fraud
Friendly staff, beat up cars
Pros: The staff were very nice and welcoming and of course informative. As one of the first people you interact with on arriving in a foreign country they give a good impression of Jordan.
Cons: I had reserved a Toyota and got an opel, which is common to substitute cars. But the car had transmission issues and tons of damage on the outside. It did make it through the whole trip but we had to drive a lot gentler when we got to the more remote areas for fear the car might break.
Cons: Over charged me for insurance!!!!!
Old cars, don’t think I’ll go with Sixt again
Pros: Easy and quick check in. Guys at the counter are amicable.
Cons: We were given an old (130k) and dirty rental car, Renault Duster. I understand I didn’t pay for a luxury SUV but at least make an effort to make the cars presentable. An upgrade was declined and the other options weren’t any better to be honest. The check in guy noted the agreement that the car was too dirty to check for damage LOL. That was only the beginning. The car battery died on us 3 times. Twice in Petra and once in Wadi Rum. Had locals call the number on the business card provided and it was constant ringing without answer. If it wasn’t for the kindness of the Jordanian people helping us with jump starts we would’ve have been screwed.
