10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just a fantastic experience all round. We stayed in a Fairmont Gold room which gave us access to the executive lounge. First of all the staff were ultra friendly and helpful and wished to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The exceptionally high standards were also delivered in the Gold Lounge and we were looked after superbly with drinks, food and attentive service. For anyone visiting Amman, this is a must stay hotel.
Cons: Nothing about the hotel, it was fabulous. Amman itself had some very interesting sights but we didn’t feel very comfortable in downtown Amman and Rainbow Street. Also, we were not sure how safe local taxis were and the hotel recommended using Uber as it was after for tourists.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: 1. Reception cooperation (specially Ahmed) 2. Diversity of restaurants (Lebanese restaurant is good - manager ; Julio) 3. Room is clean
Cons: 1. Room service don’t answer the calls as needed 2. Pool is too small 3. Gold lounge level keep declining (this is my 4th visit to Fairmont)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff is beyond compare, they went out of their way to help me enjoy the trip. Their concierge even helped me look for local shops for shopping spices and dates. Their staff of noor restaurant is worth recommending, specially Bahy and their Chef Oday who went out of their way to ensure that I got best of breakfast experience. The property is very lavish and makes the experience of staying there just so amazing. Location wise it is a little far from Citadel but it is close to shopping and easy to locate. would definitely recommend the place to anyone travelling to Jordan

Pros: 1) Complimentary coffee because room was not ready 2) Convenient and free onsite parking 3) Fast check-in and check-out process 4) Bar and restaurants are lively
Cons: 1) Room wasn't ready despite getting confirmation for 1hr early check-in 2) Noise from renovation works was unbearable 3) Apart from new TV, rooms are very old. Stayed there for a wedding otherwise would just stay at the Fairmont (right across street, brand new, superior rooms) until the Four Seasons is renovated 4) Used booking.com because hotel staff quoted a much higher rate
6.7 Good
Pros: The rooms were very nice
Cons: There was reconstruction going on during our stay. Which made it impossible to sleep in the morning. The manager advised that drilling would begin at 10am-6pm. However it had started at 9am which made it very annoying and impossible for us to get proper sleep.

Great hospitality.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was amazing, the hotel was in perfect condition, and really beautiful. The staff treated us like royals, they were amazingly welcoming. Yara (Guest Relations Manager) took care of everything. She booked us the excertions to all the amazing locations in Jordan :). We literally had nothing to worry. The driver was really helpful and friendly! :) They made our holiday, an amazing experience!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. I enjoyed my stay very much.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I like all except above, especially the most kind and friendly staff Ms Yara
Cons: I don't like the location, because it is on the hill and a bit far from stores or restaurants.
6.3 Good
Pros: 2 of the staff: Yara and an old man at the entrance, both are welcoming and can speak good English
Cons: Rest of the staff: upon arrival at night around 11:00pm while we were already exhausted after the flight and transport. We were standing at the front desk and the staff took no intention to greet us, instead, he showed a surprise face that why were you guys there! We had to tell them that we wanted to check in after few seconds dead air. The next day we wanted to ask the front desk staff some questions but they never looked at us even we were standing in front of them. Then we gave up in order not to expand our frustrations towards these people. The second day at the restaurant for breakfast, no one came to guide you to the table so we just sat randomly. When we just sat down, a waiter told us that the table was reserved. Never found a hotel with buffet breakfast with a reserved table. Without any apology, he lifted up the ‘reserve’ sign on the table showing me how ‘ignorance ‘ I was which I thought unnecessary.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room. Service and friendliness of the staff was excellent! Beautiful Spa, although a bit pricy. The location for my purpose was great.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff members are assiduously helpful and have a good command of English. Room was spacious and comfortable. Really appreciated the bathtub with jets. Breakfast is an interesting array of items including cheeses, olives, breads, warm vegetables, hard boiled eggs, etc. Coffee is pretty decent, served in pitchers with another pitcher of hot milk on request. Patio and pool areas are clean. Gym has one cycling machine, one elliptical, and maybe 4 treadmills.
Cons: Decor is heavy on the glitz. The one dining room open to people who are not part of a tour is equipped with changing colored lights and a large screen playing really tasteless music videos. Thankfully the sound system plays generic jazz and supper club stuff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and staff was nice and welcoming. The room was quiet and quite comfortable.
Cons: The prices at the restaurant are quite high, if to compare the food quality.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The choice at breakfast was good and the 2 evening meals we had were excellent. Yara helped sort out a couple of trips for us, so we saw a lot of the country in the limited time we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
Cons: The city as a whole is not really geared up for people walking around apart from the Downtown / Rainbow Street area, so it was difficult to do anything independently. Whilst the location of the hotel didn't help with this, it looked to me that which ever hotel you stayed in you would be faced with needing a taxi to get anywhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: People were so lovely, helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough
Cons: Pool was a little too cold but refreshing when you get in. It was lovely a clean so really no complaint.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The massage is very good. The masseuse is very professional recommending value for money package.
Cons: Suggest breakfast to have more varieties, international breakfast would be great.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff are so friendly and helpful.
Cons: The tv kept switching on at the middle of the night by itself due to a technical issue. If you are there during the window cleaning period u won’t be able to sleep after 10am and u have to keep the curtains close.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent and the view from its high floors makes this hotel probably the best option to have a great experience while visiting Amman.
Cons: “Free Wi-Fi” is free because you cannot use it, it’s so slow that you cannot download pictures and videos at a decent speed. Paid option is available if you really need wi-fi during your stay.

Pros: One of worst staying in a hotel
Cons: I am so sorry to say almost everything was bad in this hotel, they are not professional at all. They made me nervous on everything I ask for!
7.1 Good
Pros: Amazing views.
Cons: The cleaners cleaning the windows very early both nights kept waking us up. They should do it later in the day. Also the high lounge was not available to all guests unless you booked a specific room which isn’t ideal, surely it should be permitted for all guests.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: A very good place to stay for a short trip over the weekend. The staff was very attentive, they check with you if you still happy in your room. Hotel is in a nice area away from the busy streets.
Cons: The bath was a bit small especially for the 12th floor next to the executive lounge. That should be the floor where you put your best sanitary-ware.
7.5 Good
Cons: Very old infrastructure
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Diana at check in was very efficient and helpful, Nader in the lobby made sure we found our way to dinner outside the hotel and even one of the gate security guards intervened when an independent cab driver tried to scam us. We had an excellent dinner one night at il Terrazzo in the hotel. The service was spot on and the chef come out to see if we liked how he had prepared our meals and why he used the flavor combinations. Breakfast the next morning was also top notch and both Raed at the reception and our server Alaa made sure everything was as we expected. Every member of the staff made sure we were taken care of and that our stay was 5 Star. This was the last stop on a fantastic 21 day trip through Egypt and Jordan and the Amman Marriott staff capped it off !!
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The reception area is OK
Cons: The rooms and the hotel is very outdated, the room was dusty, there was dusty around the TV, there was hair in the bathtub, the air conditioning was noisy, the room was non smoking but the pillows smelt of smoke. I ate at the Italian restaurant which was nice but then I got food poisoning and was sick all night, the next day I was lucky I could fly home, I was sick for the next few days. I told the receptionist when checking out, the manager of the hotel and the manager of the restaurant did not take ownership and accountability it was the hotels fault I got sick.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I frequently travel and this was one of the worst experiences I had. Extremely rude management, that refuses to accommodate even the simplest request (look up my Marriott rewards number). I recommend staying at the Intercon next time.

7.9 Good
Pros: The water pressure is great in the shower. The location is awesome; next to three malls and a few minutes away from most attractions.

Cons: Perfect stay
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: I didn't like much about the hotel, amman overall is a horrible place to visit there is not much to do in the city, you are better off finding a cheaper hotel to get the same horrible service.
Cons: Well first off it took over an hour and a half to check me in, I made my reservation two days in advance, once I finally got my room key at 4am the room they gave me had some one in it!!! I have heard of this at small hotels but not sonething I would expect here. The service is sub par, the hotel is full of guys not one girl works including the housekeepers which is a little weird, the food sucks and is way overpriced, they have a bar but you can't go in unless you bring a girl. This place overall is just horrible, save your money I'm sure all the other hotels in Amman are this way but at least you won't have the sting of the high price tag.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast spread was tasty. Staff very helpful and helped organise a taxi to the airport which arrived perfectly on time. Easy walk to ancient sights, downtown and to Rainbow street.
Cons: A little loud at night but to be expected downtown and it was quieter than the other hotel we tried in the area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Bright and clean rooms, easy access to hotel with door-code, a short walk from Downtown Amman and Rainbow Street, good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, lovely lounge area and outside communal space. The best of the two hotels we stayed in at Amman!
Cons: The beds were the hardest of all our stays in Jordan - but we were all so tired after long days of walking that it didn't bother us all that much. The parking is a little dodgy as you have to drive the wrong way down a one-way street (?!) but we managed it without too many hiccups.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location within walking distance to lots of great places to eat and things to see. The room was comfortable and the staff very friendly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. We also liked the balcony and the view of the city. The breakfast was good and the common room, where we had breakfast, was nice and cozy. The location was very good, close to the city center.
Cons: The staff did not tell us, that we have to leave the key at reception, if we would like to get a clean room and towels. The shower head could not be secured.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Very comfortable beds. Great view

6.8 Good
Pros: Hotel staff are very nice, friendly and supportive
Cons: The hotel did not meet my expectations from Kempinski chain of hotels. I have been to Kempinski hotels in Europe and other countries but i did not find this hotel matching other Kempinski hotels. I found that the hotel furniture needs renovation although i made an upgrade to an executive room.

Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were very nice
Cons: It is a really amazing hotel - but some small things mared our stay there. The shower didn't work in our room as it was broken, The couple next to our children's room were having a massive argument in the middle of the night - and they could hear everything through the thin walls between the rooms. We got conflicting information from different staff about what kind of taxi we would need to book to get to the airport and we were recommended to go to a restaurant in the hotel for supper but when we go there at 8pm it was shut - so staff didn't really have a handle on what was going on. We went to the hotel cafe for dinner and our start and main courses were brought out at the same time... which seemed a but strange
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Location perfect. Staff was really friendly and our room was cleaned quickly every day.
Cons: The machines in the gym could be updated, but I was able to get a good workout in.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Not many things
Cons: There was no hot water in the hotel for quite some time in three nights during my stay, when I called the reception they informed me “ i will check with the guys and get back to you” without any follow up. There was a time I called and asked for water and until now I didn’t receive them, which forced me to use the minibar water (I got charged for them regardless). The valet parking staff were from an external company and obviously without any hospitality background whatsoever. There was a bad smell in the room and in hallway to the room on my floor. The location was a disaster in terms of traffic jams throughout the day. It is not the 5 star experience I was expecting at all!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is great for a lovely time with family The hotel staff are helpful
4.5 Okay
Cons: The bath are not clean in the rooms and old
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Very poor erea. Not very clean. Extremely dated.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very pleasant and after seeing family with kids they were kind enough to give us a suite room although we booked for a standard king rom at the same rate. Good breakfast swimming pool and spa.
Cons: The location to reach the hotel entrance was a bit confusing as the rods were closed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were exceptionally welcoming and support. Special thanks to young receptionist Ward, he is ever smiling and helpful. Breakfast was good and gym facilities were great.
Cons: None
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, upgraded us to s suite. When we arrived, we were treated with a bowl of fruit. Our luggage was swiftly taken to our room. The room was clean and spacious with plenty of bathroom amenities.
Cons: Hotel is dated and furniture is in immediate need for an upgrade. The air conditioner in our room had an extremely noisy fan and we could not sleep with it being on. Breakfast was mediocre with limited choices of food - for example, there was no pancakes.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room upgrade was nice.
Cons: Breakfast was ok -- but staff were very helpful. The gym was large but equipment marginal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, services and the pool. Staff was so friendly, smily and helpful. They were always ready to fulfill my needs on a high level of efficiency. I would like to thank especially Mr/s Diaa, Abdullah and Fayez.
Cons: None
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the reception were very helpful. I got updated to a junior suite and was able to do an early check-in. The receptionist (Lina?) was overwhelmed (one of the guests had a medical emergency) but still managed to be courteous and helpful. The staff at the spa were also very helpful and the treatments I got were exceptionally good (Mariam was excellent!) I'd definitely return for more spa treatments.
Cons: I was a bit disappointed when I entered the hotel as I didn't realize renovations were ongoing. But despite the rather run down facade, the facilities inside were of high quality.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I had booked an airport transfer and when I got to the airport, they were not there. I ended up getting a taxi to the hotel which wasn’t a great start. However, once I arrived, Leen, Abdullah and Sharif were very apologetic and fantastic- organizing a city tour to replace the taxi cost, a discount off my massage, an upgrade to a suite and a late checkout. The people were very keen to make up for the problem and very helpful with food suggestions, etc. Massage was great!
7.1 Good
Pros: Comfy and clean spacious rooms Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Terrible packed breakfast Limited facilities for a 5 star hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dana, the receptionist, was really helpful

5.4 Okay
Pros: Location is very good, staff is friendly, breakfast abundant.
Cons: The hotel has not been properly clean in months, not only stained carpets but crumbles and dirt al over them. They do not vacuum. athe bathroom had dirty floors (they do not swip) Greasy stained baseboards mold in the caulking, stained bathroom curtains and dirty windows. It is not acceptable. One thing is a hotel out of date thst needs a serious renovation, the other is a filthy one. Cleaning properly is very easy to achieve. I found 2stars hotels in Jordan that were spotless. Belle vue condition is unaceptable.
