10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stay was amazing, it was my husband's birthday and I asked Kamal from the accommodation to have something special and a yummy cheese cake with 2 nicely written cards were in the room upon checking in. The gold lounge service, food and staff was just more than amazing. Mr. Basil from the gold lounge was a very helpful and a cheerful staff member. The spa was great as well and the breakfast at Nur was great. I will definitely come back with my husband.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stellar. My third stay at the Amman Fairmont and, as always, it did not disappoint. From check-in to check-out, extremely professional, top notch service and great food.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel and rooms were 5* - modern, good size, lovely decor, super comy bedding and huge bathroom. The room itself was also great value for money.
Cons: We would give it a higher rating however (a) concierge whilst really friendly and helpful, are only able to offer/order their own hotel taxi service which is significantly higher than regular taxis (i.e. JOD15 for a 8min ride to a local restaurant which case JOD2-3 via regular taxis) (b) food/drink at hotel was also very overpriced relative to some of the top end restaurants. Def recommend a stay here, but go elsewhere for food/drink and do not order taxi's via concierge.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely welcoming and kind to me. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel also has a nice lounge and restaurant (although I did not try the dinner at the on site restaurant). The location is pretty good considering that it is far enough away from the huge road construction near the university that you can to and from the hotel without having to go through that traffic. The hotel upgraded my room to an executive suite at no additional charge. I was very happy. I would definitely stay here again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. Special thanks to Yara, who is such a gem, and is going out of her way to make you feel comfortable. The room is large, clean and comfortable. Spa was lovely. Would definitely return. Merci pour tout Yara!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in 6 different hotels in Jordan during our trip and this one was "best value"! Great staff, and many good breakfast options. Outside Amman rush, only 3-4 euro Uber ride to downtown.
Cons: Extra charge for finish sauna and expresso coffe during breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at the Amman International with my family. I booked almost last minute because I had to cancel another booking with a hotel that turned out to be totally different than what I expected (fake photos and reviews is very common in Jordan). I made my decision based on the reviews (ironically, as I had no other way) but I was honestly skeptical and I wanted to check for myself. Especially that I was traveling with my family and I wanted to avoid any unpleasant surprises. The Amman International is ideally situated, close to everything yet on the quiet side. For the first time in Jordan I enjoyed a noise free night. The super comfortable mattress and pillows only contributed to great restful sleep. I won't get into every detail since everything is according to international hospitality standards (thus the name). Food, hygiene, amentity kits, wifi... However, the staff is remarkable. We were thrilled to find out that the Manager Yara spoke fluent french which is our mother tongue. French is almost never spoken in this country compared to Lebanon or other countries in the region. It's always easier to speak your mother tongue and not having to translate everything. Besides, all of our requests were met. We had great recommendations about the food scenery, gift shops... We were even educated about the history of the country and some cultural aspects that we wouldn't have found out online. The Staff attitude is very genuine, the advice given is authentic and there are no expectations in return which made us all very relaxed and comfortable. The cherry on the top was the swimming pool area, especially at night. Yara recommended we dine there and we couldn't agree more, such a pleasant experience. The chef is very talented. We were waited on by Ehab who was excellent in every way. It was just what we needed after a long journey. I Highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Everything was perfect

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: I didn't like much about the hotel, amman overall is a horrible place to visit there is not much to do in the city, you are better off finding a cheaper hotel to get the same horrible service.
Cons: Well first off it took over an hour and a half to check me in, I made my reservation two days in advance, once I finally got my room key at 4am the room they gave me had some one in it!!! I have heard of this at small hotels but not sonething I would expect here. The service is sub par, the hotel is full of guys not one girl works including the housekeepers which is a little weird, the food sucks and is way overpriced, they have a bar but you can't go in unless you bring a girl. This place overall is just horrible, save your money I'm sure all the other hotels in Amman are this way but at least you won't have the sting of the high price tag.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very caring and helpful staff

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Smooth check in by charming front-of-house folks. Pro-active, can-do attitude from all hotel staff we encountered. Our only disappointment with this well-established property is we did not stay longer.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: 1. Food (breakfast and restaurant) options were great 2. Good heating and cooling 3. Nice amenities 4. Easy check-in, check-out and valet
Cons: 1. The location is central to the city and traffic in the area is terrible. 2. This is the first Marriott I've stayed at where having an executive room did not grant executive lounge access!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Diana at check in was very efficient and helpful, Nader in the lobby made sure we found our way to dinner outside the hotel and even one of the gate security guards intervened when an independent cab driver tried to scam us. We had an excellent dinner one night at il Terrazzo in the hotel. The service was spot on and the chef come out to see if we liked how he had prepared our meals and why he used the flavor combinations. Breakfast the next morning was also top notch and both Raed at the reception and our server Alaa made sure everything was as we expected. Every member of the staff made sure we were taken care of and that our stay was 5 Star. This was the last stop on a fantastic 21 day trip through Egypt and Jordan and the Amman Marriott staff capped it off !!
5.0 Okay
Cons: Too much money for the place ..needs to be cheaper..it's just ok ! Nothing impressive..and no free breakfast for 200 jd should at least include breakfast
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I frequently travel and this was one of the worst experiences I had. Extremely rude management, that refuses to accommodate even the simplest request (look up my Marriott rewards number). I recommend staying at the Intercon next time.

Pros: The door man was fantastic
Cons: The room was a little shabby, time for a revamp

I particularly enjoyed their company on my last day after check out while I was waiting for my transfer to the airport. Not only did they care about offering tea and extended internet access but also engaged in discussions about the culture in Jordan. Leen and Khalaf along with Tamam and another colleague of her were really entertaining and considerate with me, for over 1h that I had to wait for my transfer. I have to highlight the pillows, I normally have issues to sleep with big pillows and I found the offering very convenient
Cons: I found the Hummus a bit too salty but that’s a minor thing
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent massage and service from the spa and fitness team. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. Good gym, had everything needed. Helpful staff at breakfast. Great indoor and outdoor pool. My husband enjoyed sauna and steam rooms
Cons: Little things meant I felt this wasn’t quite up to normal Accor standard. When first arrived there was only one hand towel, one robe yet the room and booking was for two people. We had to ask twice for this to be rectified. No tomato juice available at the bar. The hotel seemed a little dated in areas. The sauna wasn’t on and didn’t heat up when turned on in female area but the steam room was good. Shame as I’d been looking forward to a sauna.

6.7 Good
Pros: Good location & close to the downtown. It is right on top of second circle and easy to find taxi. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel, there are lots of places to eat nearby. Plus Reem shawarma shop and pub is located within 5 minutes’ walk. The room was comfortable and my room (7th floor) with good city view and Wi-Fi is strong. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: The business center did not have a functioning computer. Tour desk is not available, instead the reception staff routed me to contact through Intercontinental –Jordan (Tour desk) for tour bookings like, City tour, Petra, Bethany, Jarash, Madaba, etc. (since tour pickup/drop-off is from Intercontinental –Jordan). Fitness center > some GYM equipment is out-dated and some did not work; and very few weights.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The most important was the location and staff treatment.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Only the location was the only thing that I liked
Cons: The main issue of the hotel was the cleanliness. You could observe it from the elevator to the room and toilet.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location is very good, staff is friendly, breakfast abundant.
Cons: The hotel has not been properly clean in months, not only stained carpets but crumbles and dirt al over them. They do not vacuum. athe bathroom had dirty floors (they do not swip) Greasy stained baseboards mold in the caulking, stained bathroom curtains and dirty windows. It is not acceptable. One thing is a hotel out of date thst needs a serious renovation, the other is a filthy one. Cleaning properly is very easy to achieve. I found 2stars hotels in Jordan that were spotless. Belle vue condition is unaceptable.
