Pros (+) There was a wide variety of breakfast and very good location and lastly very friendly staff. The staff were engaging. The hand soap and bath soap dispenser were a very innovative and convenient and at the same time good for the environment since plastic containers are not used anymore. I hope all holiday inn express will utilize this option.
Cons (-) Chef Ram, wang and rest of breakfast personnel took the time to inquire and check on our needs and preferences. Asst manager Sharmaine helped us in our itinerary with her insightful suggestions.
