Pros: Lovely decor, luxurious rooms, and fantastic service. Beautiful appointments and open ornate spaces.
Cons: Although my room rate was quite reasonable (possibly due to corporate negotiations, all of the on site restaurants are ridiculously expensive. Dinner can easily cost an much for one person as the nightly room rate, and it would be impossible for two to eat dinner for less than the nightly rate.

Pros: Excellent service, new rooms, great amenities, fast service, no complains whatsoever. Try the grand rooms they are truly amazing.
Cons: A bit far from the metro station, even-though there is a new one opening 50 meters away in the forceable future. (no the hotels fault though).

Pros: The staff is amazing. The food was excellent. The service was top notch. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful. The staff goes out of their way to remember everything you may need and is warm and friendly. It was truly the best stay I have ever had a Ritz Carlton.

Cons: Service was not great, facilities kind of old and need to be renovated. Anyways, you get what you pay for. The pricing is pretty low for a JW Marriott brand. Perhaps this one was a franchise?

Pros: They had a nice gym there. Other than that the room was pretty average. Nothing stuck out really I’ve paid for an executive room and it was pretty much a regular room. No better than a holiday inn or something small. The breakfast was OK though.I was really expecting a lot more. I will not be staying there again. Also like to mention I did get a great rate on the room but now I understand why.
Cons: The shower was extremely small. There was also the strange odor coming from the room until I looked under the bed. And found rotting fruit. Amongst other things condom wrappers tissues etc. I was completely grossed out. The minibar was poor I don’t recommend this place to anyone. When it came time to check out they tried to charge me for the minibar. Even though it’s stated Free minibar. I had to argue with the staff that it was an executive room. Overall I think I was just upset about the fruit and everything under the bed and the fact that the bathroom was small. I was really expecting a lot more. I will not be staying there again.

Cons: Mezzo, the in-house Italian restaurant, was a big disappointment. Overpriced and just very mediocre food. Super slow elevators and dark, dated rooms. Disappointing stay overall.
