Pros:This hotel was wonderful, we had a great stay. The manager (Thomas) was very helpful and accomodating.
Cons:We called earlier in the morning to extend our stay, and started getting phone calls about 11am asking us to check out. We informed them we called earlier, but the language barrier clearly prevented them from understanding our request. They just said "Yes, no problem" and obviously that was not the case. Either way, they were very pleasant about the misunderstanding, so be prepared to speak Chinese to them. Other than that, this hotel was amazing.
