Pros: Location is perfect. Much within walking distance, but the Seoul Metro is right outside the front entrance. Interior design of the room was wonderful, with more than adequate amenities. Complimentary shuttle service was much appreciated after a long stay.
The photos and reviews set high expectations, but the experience was even better. After stays in B&Bs, corporate apartments, luxury hotels, and everything in between across Europe and the US, Park Hyatt Seoul is at the top of my list of places to stay.
Be sure to try the breakfast and buffet. It isn't cheap, but it's well worth the price.
Service and staff, location, cleanliness, amenities, size, and decor all get five stars. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seoul.

Cons: Only (minor) complaint is the elevator. You must go to the lobby at the top, transfer elevators, swipe your room key, then go down. Every time we left the room we would accidentally try to go down when you must go up to leave.

Cons: The only negative was that on once of the three days I was there they did not get to clean my room until after 5pm. But I left and had a drink at the bar and when I got back they were done.

Pros: I was traveling by myself because I broke up with my Korean girlfriend about 3 weeks before I left for Korea. I’m from the US and I only know a small bit of Korean so I was pretty much lost. This hotel made everything easy. Amazing location, great staff, great quiet gym. When I left I discovered it was a 2 min walk to the bus that goes straight to Incheon Airport.
Rooms are fabulous. Clean and well furnished. Good AC. Cleaning ladies almost broke down my door trying to clean my room even though it was already clean hahahaha. If you are from the West and don’t want to spend a ton of money, but want to feel on top of the world for your stay in Seoul, this is no doubt the place.

Cons: The rooms are more likely le studio apartments with kitchenettes. The smell of food cooked by previous guests permeates everything and you can’t get it out by keeps no the window open. Need to wash or dry clean all the clothes afterwards.

Cons: They claimed that they have mistakenly put out a price lower than it should be when I booked the room. They called me and demanded that I cancel the reservation. I said I will talk to booking.com when they call me. When I checked online later, it was a non-refundable room that I cannot cancel even if I decided to do them a favor. The day time staff was rude when he thought I spoke Korean (I look Asian), but when I spoke English he became a different person. This is Korea and he looks down on people who speak only Korean? Weird hotel.
