Pros: We stay here often, when we are travelling from southern Spain to Santander. It is an excellent stop off point. The hotel gives us excellent service at a good price. Why look for anywhere else!
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Easy going atmosphere and rear garden with great view.
Cons: Room was claustrophobic - spoke with reception staff but no other rooms available.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room, very clean. Right beside centre. Great view of castle from terrace especially at sunset.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, clean and stylish rooms with a great breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location near the Alcazar in the old city. Good for walking to historic sites as well as bars & restaurants. Our room with a balcony had a view over the countryside. The breakfast had a variety of local ham & cheeses. Has a garage for parking. Staff were very helpful, especially giving directions on the phone for driving to the location when we were confused by the signs limiting vehicular traffic in the old town, and by the very narrow one-way streets. We definitely recommend it.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Parking, terrace
Cons: No air conditioning in our room. Couldn't open windows because windows opened to the street.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice terrace good size rooms Good breakfast but expensive at 13euro.
Cons: No toiletries , laundry bag ,aircon control from reception and poor operation. Charges for on street parking. Expensive garage parking . Pricey breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location and the rooms. The staff was so helpful and kind.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything in this hotel is really perfect, it is on a small street, but 2 steps from main square and the cathedral, it is very clean and modern. Comfortable beds, quiet+ nice staff and cozy garden, where you can seat and relax after visiting the town.
Cons: Everything is perfect
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent, right in the city center 4 walking minutes away from the main attractions. Room was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good as well.
Cons: Due to its location in the city center, if you bring your car you have to navigate on very narrow streets that are full of people.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Locatin was so perfect and staffs were very kind.
Eurostars Convento Capuchinos - Segovia - Building
2
9.0 Excellent (1,607 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Antiguo Convento de Capuchinos building is located on the northern slope of the walled enclosure of Segovia, overlooking the valley of Eresma and access from the Plazuela de Capuchinos. The entire building is divided into 3 zones: the church, the monastery complex and the residence of employers. The church houses an excellent restaurant. On the west side of the church were the dependencies of the employers with a garden to the Escalinata del Hospital de la Misericordia. These buildings are part of the current hotel building. The rooms have air conditioning, heating, cable TV, work desk and safe. * Free gym. Circuit Spa with swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna with suplement. *Paid parking with direct access to the hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was splendid!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view from the room, location good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful historic building. pleasant and helpful reception staff large comfortable room with panoramic views easy garage parking, 15 euros 24 hrs.
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The building is beautiful and its conversion from a convent has been done very sympathetically. We had a deluxe room with the most amazing views of the old roman wall and the hills beyond. Our room was very large and comfortable, well lit and a very comfortable bed. A well stocked mini bar (although we only made use of the water). Excellent breakfast (not necessarily included in your booking so check as it was €15 pp - but worth it in our opinion). I especially appreciated the excellent choice of fresh fruit and yoghurt. All the staff we met were friendly and attentive. We were grateful to the reception staff who made a note of our need to get an early morning taxi at checkout, which they organised in plenty of time so we arrived well within time to catch (the only morning) train to San Sebastián. The no. 12 bus (€2) takes you from the Segovia RENFE station (about 20 minutes) but take note - due to the narrow roads of the old city, this bus can only drop you about 15 mins walk from the hotel. If you are fit and able bodied you will easily manage the walk, even with your luggage and this is a pleasant way to get your first bearings of the town and catch your first view of the magnificent aqueduct. If you are not fit or able bodied and / or have lots of luggage it would be easier for you to take a taxi to the hotel, which costs about €10.
Cons: Nothing - just a couple of suggestions rather than dislikes: For a 5 star hotel we would have expected: - a coffee maker rather than instant coffee - choice of muesli and / or granola instead of the mini Kellogg’s selection on offer But otherwise the choice of breakfast was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very friendly and service minded staff. The location was great. An excellent breakfast. Big, spacious and very comfortable rooms. Great parking facilities near by.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Everything in this hotel of a high standard.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location. Segovia is a beautiful city.
Cons: Shower was difficult to get started. I've taken a LOT of showers in my 68 years. Yet it was an issue. Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic position in the centre of Segovia. Fabulous room and friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location. For the price this hotel is excellent value and I would definately use again.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: This was certainly one of the nicest hotels I saw in Segovia. Also, it's right on Plaza Mayor so it's hard to miss (some hotels are located on side streets).
Cons: Outside Madrid, it is much harder to find English speaking staff-- and Segovia is no exception. While they were very accommodating, getting detailed instructions was sometimes a challenge.
6.0 Good
Pros: close to historic places
Cons: no matrimonial bed
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel occupies great location right on the Plaza Mayor, it has lovely large rooms with high ceilings and has a traditional feel, while at the same time providing flat screen tv and wifi. Staff were helpful and the price was unbeatable.
Cons: No
5.3 Okay
Pros: I am sorry we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel
Cons: On a cold wet evening we would like to have been able to sit in the hotel to read. There was no room in the foyer to do this as it is a small area and was already occupied by other guests. Our room was small and had only one chair so we did not enjoy our stay there.
5.7 Okay
Pros: great location
6.3 Good
Pros: Excelent value for money and very good setting in the plaza mayor of Segovia. Cosy deco with a romantic /old fashion look in a period building, the stairs are worth seeing. Very nice restaurant, cosy, warm and calming with excelent menu.
Cons: The staff in the hotel was lovely but we found the restaurant staff a little bit cold and we even felt a bit unconfortable a couple of times.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very Centrally located. Valet parking was a big plus. Rooms excellent
Cons: no
3.6 Mediocre
Pros: very good breakfast, for genuine gourmands
Cons: Oh, they have a big technical problems, so big, that they have in their staff one special man-engineer, who runs from room to room to open the disorder doors, repair the showers and so on. And the rooms are so little that if you are not a Liliputian it is difficult for you to live there.
7.2 Good
Pros: location,
Cons: had to wait 20 mins for car to be brought back from garage, when we were in a hurry to get out.PLane to catch! Not really hotel fault as 2 other guests had checked out minutes before asking for their cars, but maybe a back up garage attendant to speed up getting car in emergencies. Also asked for view of cathedral at booking and didnt get it.
7.2 Good
Pros: convenient situation for all the sights. clean simple rooms, comfortable beds, very good value for money
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Location, view, price, helpfulness of staff. We stayed at Plaza Mayor with a balcony view of the cathedral/ plaza.
Cons:

Pros: Feel like home. Warm and clean. Very good location 3 minutes to the Mayor plaza and 10 minutes walk to Acueducto, such a great location.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostel was clean, with good basic facilities and very interactive and helpful staff. The maintenance was very good and the colours made you feel very welcome.
Cons: There is only one gripe. There was a very popular bar right under the hostel. It gets noisy until late night even on weekdays. So if that's your pet peeve, then you should reconsider.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was cool and quiet.
Cons: The room had no view but comfortable. I was given a choice of rooms on arrival.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We had a large room at front which was very light and spacious. It's just a minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and it's restaurants and bars. The Wi-Fi worked well which is a must for us as we are travelling and reserving hotels whilst we go. The air con worked well and there was no issues with the hot water supply. Overall, I would say that this place is exceptional value considering it's location.
Cons: I would say that later during the evenings, there was quite a lot of noise from the bars but this did not bother us.

7.5 Good
Pros: Central location, friendly, attentive staff. Good, varied breakfast.
Cons: More comfy seating in the cafeteria/lounge would be good. Hotel car park was handy but tight!
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was adequate and the room was very quiet and comfortable. The location was very good for seeing points of interest Segovia is a vibrant city well worth a visit and the local pork delicacy was excellent
Cons: Not sure enjoyed our visit very much. Maybe prices a little expensive but supply and demand, what can you do. Parking can be a problem at the height of the tourist season. The city is interesting, nothing not to like
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent well presented and a wide range of items.
Cons: The sound-proofing was poor for outside noises:revellers until 4am and then post office sorters vans and motorbikes from 5.30. Unable to keep the windows open. Small room

Pros: Segovia is a must for any one visiting Spain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.
Cons: I liked everything!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location to plaza mayor was great. Underground parking was very convenient and staff were very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage after we had checked out.
Cons: Parking was a bit overpriced but it’s a small city and not a lot of other options
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel lobby and breakfast area were nice. Breakfast was also very good. Onsite parking was convenient (be careful getting through the entrance as it’s very tight).
Cons: Room though was drab and the single thick sausage-like pillow which my wife and I had to share (i.e. no seperate pillows) was terribly uncomfortable, so we had to remove it and use the much more comfortable decorative bed cushions. Also the view from the window was the unattractive building next door.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of this hotel is excellent. It it within 5 minutes walk from the Plaza Major.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Just terrific location !
Cons: Pillow was lousy.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast fine. Location superb - great view of Monasterio de Santa Maria Parral from our room. Friendly staff.
6.7 Good
Pros: 1. view from the room balcony. 2. design of the room with the rustic wooden windows, big old armchair and terracotta flooring with the large rug. 3. bathroom. overall, we absolutely loved the hotel/room which was felt was excellent value-for-money. it was essentially a hotel but felt more like a cosy inn which suited us perfectly as we don't like to stay in the typical tourist/business hotel.
Cons: perhaps the one let-down was the staff who did the check-in for us. he was not unfriendly or unprofessional but just seemed a little cold and extremely business-like.
4.3 Okay
Pros: hotel is close to historic center and walkable to sites in Segovia. Free WiFi was nice plus.
Cons: room safe didn't work in first room. We were switched to another, smaller room. Spa/hot tub was out of order during our whole stay. Parking was expensive and a hassle. "Cafeteria" was closed during the week. I expected a little more luxury for the price.

Cons: No compliants at all.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location and stylish

Pros: the room was spacious, the balcony and view were fabulous!! we would definitely go back there again!
Cons: the plumbing (flushing of the toilet) was a little loud, but nothing that really bothered us - we assumed it just went with an old building.
7.6 Good
Pros: The location is excellent (roughly equidistant between the Aquaduct and the Alcazar), the staff were very helpful and the room was more than acceptable. We received an upgrade to a suite at no extra charge. Any room on the 3rd floor or above has great views of the surrounding countryside.
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
Candido - Segovia - Building
7
8.7 Excellent (2,124 reviews)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really good value for money. Sumptuous!
Cons: Nothing to dislike
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice accommodations with a good dining room and bar area at reasonable prices
Cons: The beds are not that comfortable. Very hard and you can feel springs. I asked the front desk for some quilted blankets & the front desk helped by bringing me three of them which helped make the bed comfortable
7.7 Good
Pros: The hotel and room was fine.
Cons: We selected the hotel because it was closest to the cathedral with free parking, but the actual location was 2 miles away from the location displayed in the ap. Instead of an easy walk to the places we wanted to visit...taxi, taxi, taxi....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a great feel to it as soon as you walk through the door. The welcome was friendy and efficient, the decor is beautiful. All staff were very helpful and had a great manner, showed great patience with our limited Spanish! The outside area was an added bonus and the food was delicious!
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely first class hotel .
Cons: Bit far from the historic center.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very large comfy bed, excellent bathroom with big separate shower, super selection breakfast buffet eggs cooked to order
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was really big even do it was a stard double. A lot of services, 24 hour reception, mini bar, pool, sauna. Everything was excellent.
Cons: There is no pedestrian walk from the outside of the hotel to the courtyard of the hotel, there is only a car entrance witch feels kinda awkward if your actually coming to the hotel by bus.
7.0 Good
Pros: This is a big hotel! It is easily accessible by car and there is free and plentiful parking. You can walk to the centre of Segovia, the the viaduct, within 30 minutes, there are pavements all the way. The room was big and clean, with desk and chair, sofa chairs and small table, and big bed, and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet at night. There is a small supermarket 10 minutes walk away (towards the old town and on the other side of the road) if you want to purchase snacks/drinks, etc.
Cons: It is a shame that the outdoor swimming pool was closed as it was off-season, as the weather was pretty hot and I reckon a lot of visitors to the hotel would have enjoyed this facility. There is an indoor swimming pool that costs 12 euros to use, but use of the outdoor pool would have been ideal.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a brilliant old style hotel, representing a grand living period, probably dating back to around the 1920.s but with all modern requirements you would expect in a hotel of today. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this hotel for the experience. The breakfast was brilliant.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast and location was good.
Cons: I reported a large amount of dust on the ledges behind the door it was not rectified before we left.
7.7 Good
Pros: My room was huge, clean, comfortable, and lovely (especially for then price).
Cons: When I checked in, I was told that breakfast was included with my stay, so I planned the beginning of my day around Hay. When I got to the breakfast room, the wait staff asked for my room number and had a list that told who was able to eat breakfast. I wasn’t on the list, so she came back up to me and told me but said not to worry and that she would ask the front desk. I asked if I should wait on getting my tea, but she said not to worry and went to the front desk. When she came back, she told me that it wasn’t included and just stared at me. It was awkward and she muttered something like I could still drink the tea, but I put it down, picked up my things, and sat in the lobby. I suppose I could have talked further with a staff member about it, but I was under one impression and when that didn’t turn out to be the case, they didn’t offer any other solutions. It was embarrassing to say the least.

Cons: Average hostel, basic rooms, common rooms need to be cleaned better, tv at the top floor was not working. Basic welcome at arrival.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect! Just 3 mins by walking to the city center. The attention was really good and the room was big enough :)
Cons: The bedroom hadn't any mirror or paper bin and that was a little bit uncomfortable. There was also a small emergency light that bothered us a little while sleeping.

Pros: The location is good, the room and bathrooms were clean and with good space. The staff is really nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: .I checked in after 8pm and they requested for id or passport copy check before my arrival so that they can give me the password to the hostel, because of privacy and sensitive data, i sent my id card copy to them by covering my ID number at first, however, they refused to accept it. I felt really unsecure and unsafe, but in order to secure of my room, i must have to send my id card without covering any personal sensitive data. At that time, i really wanted to complain to booking.com, however i didnt have time to do so as it was just one hour left before they were off duty.
Cons: Great location, walking distance from bus station and right in the main area. 4 bed dorm is cozy, there is kitchen for use. Breakfast isnt provided. I paid 2 eur for oats and toasts and sweetened milk.

Cons: Everything was fine
8.8 Excellent
Pros: excellent view on the city of Segovia, especially from the restaurant. Hotel itself is a bit outdated but still impressive.
Cons: Staff management could be better. Most only speak spanish and improvisation seems to be the standard. The outdoor swimming pool was closed even though it was still summer and 28° C.

Cons: We had a leak on the floor coming from the air conditionning. It started at 2 oclock in the night and the dripping was noisy en irritating.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Architecture, particularly the large public spaces complementing the view from the windows
Cons: There should be steps down from the parador to the road below, allowing those who like to walk a quicker route to town. Encourage sustainable transport (walking) rather than reliance on vehicles.
6.3 Good
Cons: number of small things that add up to annoyance and feeling didn't get value 1. lighting in bedroom very poor 2. bathroom far too small especially around the loo and no separate shower which would have expected based on price etc 3. very rude and inattentive waiter at dinner on our first night - so much sop that despite getting a good dinner we went out for second night. 4. very surprised when I went for swim that sauna not working and apparently had to order this before and would be extra charge ! never had this before in this "quality" of hotel - also did not see this published anywhaere

6.7 Good
Pros: It was in a good location near the acquaduct and entrance into the old city. It was clean. The staff were friendly (though not all could speak English). If you aren't after anything fancy it would be sufficient.
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable - you could feel the springs when lying down. The television on the wall was very small. The room had an musty smell whenever the window was closed. The room looked a bit shabby, they had taped together the broken rails of the bedhead, the paint was peeling in places. The emergency exit light was too bright in the room. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room which meant you were reliant on the food service places nearby for everything.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: reception is not always attended by staff. we found staff at the reception only at the time of check-in.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff at reception, Papua, helped with medical emergency. A big help.
Cons: The venue must provide details of where to park the car. Parking was underneath the aquatic in an underground Carpark with stairs up to within 200 m of the venue and very easy and convenient when we had the info. Perhaps tell guests that parking is 45 euro for two and a half days. A big add on to the bed cost
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This was in a great spot, very clean and comfortable place to stay after a long walk. Would definetely recommend this place

Pros: Breakfast for 3,5€
Cons: The breakfast could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and nice staff.
Cons: None
5.0 Okay
Pros: This hotel is very well located - close to the main historic attractions and yet - just off the main hub so it does not feel touristy or overly noisy / crowded. There are some nice restaurants nearby - in the opposite direction to the city centre. The hotel is comfortable and has a traditional old world feel which is nice. So many hotels are now international bland. The room was simple and basic but clean and provided what needed to be provided - i.e. a good night's sleep. The outside area was quiet too and the view from the room was lovely. The staff at check out were polite and pleasant.
Cons: I liked this hotel and its location. And I am always reluctant to criticise. People expect so much and pay so little. But somethings have not to do with money and cost, The check-in reception at this hotel left me with a very poor experience. It was efficient and business like. But that was it! The feeling was one of downright hostility. I am friendly by nature and have stayed in 100s of hotels all over the world. This was easily the most uncomfortable experience. There was hardly a mutter - as if I had done something, No question as to would I like to know where to go, where to eat, would you like a map. Sometimes meaningless questions and formulaic. But such things ease the world and keep it moving, Every time I passed by the reception this lady completely ignored me - no good morning, good evening or whatever - and just stared into her computer screen - clearly not wishing to communicate. It is a small hotel not the London Stock Exchange. SO how busy can she be. And the word is reception - giving welcome. Not a bland administrative machine. The receptionist is the first indication of the hotel, the city and the country. It is a very long way from my village in Ireland to Segovia. Lucky I was not basing my impression of Spain and the city on this very hostile person..
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff and cleaning ladies are super helpful. The location is great. The place offers everything you need for short stay.
Cons: The walls are really thin. You can hear people talking next door. It can be noisy at night with people getting in/out. Shared bathroom idea is not perfect but doable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff and a nice clean quiet room. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: It would be nice if breakfast was included.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
Cons: It’s all good!

Pros: Friendly staff, perfect location near the aqueduct, they let us store our bags for a while after checking out.
Cons: Breakfast was limited but this wasn't a problem for us.

With a stay at Hosteria Natura in Segovia (Segovia Old Town), you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Plaza Mayor and Segovia Cathedral.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Motorcycle parking outside the hostal
7.1 Good
Pros: This hotel is very centrally located. The service was friendly and efficient.
Cons: One side of the hotel faces onto the main local bus terminus in Segovia. There is a lot of noise throughout the day and well into the night. The rooms have double glazing, so there's a choice between no noise and no fresh air or noise and fresh air.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They took my luggage up the stairs and offered to park our car.. The room was very quiet and a wonderful location.
Cons: We had absolutely no complaints!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location...polite front desk personnel
Cons: No parking available even is stated it has
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Large room. Large bathroom Good storage Very helpful and friendly staff Within walking distance of all the major sites.
Cons: Small sink in large bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: The central position of the Hostal. Friendly staff.
Cons: Room was quite small. Not a lot of room to put your things. Very noisy at night and early morning. Noisy with buses outside during the day.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice atmosphere, old world.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lady in reception was friendly and very helpful. She told us about free overnight parking on the street, so we did not need to use their expensive garage (but it was nice to know that we can get a lot there). Hosteria has very good location near the Plaza Mayor. The room was clean and ready when we arrived. Very good price.
Cons: Weak Wifi. The window in our room couldn't be open and the room was scented.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: That's an amazing location right in the center of Segovia between TOP-3 attractions. Thanks to that, we've managed to visit Alcázar, Cathedral and walked along the aqueduct within one day, plus some extra time left. Parking is slightly costly (20 EUR per day), but it is right next to the hotel. Extra huge plus due to one of the stuff members parking our car by himself (we gave him the keys). Location-price cannot be better.
Cons: WiFi was quite slow or didn't work, likely because it is not a password-protected network, thus people outside of the hotel could use it as well. Keep in mind that restaurants in center are quite expensive, waiters normally don't speak a word in English (not a hotel's drawback, of course)

Overview Reviews
Hosteria Natura Plaza is located in the old town, close to the Plaza Mayor, only 100 metres from the Cathedral of Segovia and just 10 minutes’ walk from the Roman Aqueduct. Rooms at this guest house feature stone walls and come with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Bed linen and towels are also included. Numerous bars and restaurants can be found in the surrounding streets. The Alcazar de Segovia is 20 minutes’ walk from the guest house.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: right in the town center. a portable radiator was provided that tackled the cold. took our bags for a few hours before the bus to the station.
Cons: absolutely freezing no fridge only one towel per person
5.8 Okay
Pros: The pillows and bed were comfortable and it was in a pretty good location. Hot shower with good water pressure.
Cons: The WiFi was quite unreliable. For hours it didn’t even work. I was shocked by the amount of mold on the walls, and the shower wall had a lot of black mold on it. I had specific plans and was rushed out by staff before my checkout time which skewed my plans a bit.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good, stuff is helpful.
Cons: Little noisy.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower. Nice view of private courtyard.
Cons: Paper thin walls, you could hear people in the next room as if they were in your room. No desk.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location (right off the Plaza Mayor) was excellent and the room and facilities were clean and well maintained. The owner was extremely nice and helpful and available to me anytime.
Cons: The room was so small that there was only room for the bed. I didn’t even have a chair or table in the room. I was forced to conduct all business on the bed including packing and unpacking, writing and researching, etc. Also, I realized that it’s nice to have a chair to sit on so you’re not in your bed every time you’re in the room. I can’t speak for all the rooms but this was the case with mine. Also, there was no reception or breakfast or kitchen so cooking was out and I had to walk to find breakfast in the morning. A coffee pot or hot water carafe would be great, if there was room for them. Overall it was a nice, clean place it just was lacking a little bit.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: They have a hairdryer in the room.
Cons: The bed was too small for 2 people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is superb, just a few meters from Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. The staff are the best... extremely helpful and accommodating! Thanks Miguel for helping me out!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location!! 1 minute to Plaza Mayor! 2 clean beds, clean bathroom. Daily maid service. What more do you need when traveling!!
Cons: Need better WiFi connection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location close to city centre but quiet and set back off the main square.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff. Upgraded me for free so I could stay with my friends and not in the annex a few 100m away. Great room view on the small square. Good size room and bathroom. Great heating.
Cons: Euh, nothing !
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location, very very close to the main square and to the Cathedral, the rooms (beautiful and very comfortable) and the English speaking staff (not very common during my journey to Spain)
Cons: 1) The hotel is in two different buildings, located in two different streets at opposite sides of the main square, and the reception was in one of them only (in the building were I wasn't staying, of course). 2) I had to pay 20 euros for the automated parking in front of the hotel reception: no other possibilities in the city centre (you can park freely in the street - if you can find a place - but during the day you have to pay and can stay 1 hour only!); the automated parking has an agreement with the hotel (I costs 25 euro per day, but the price is 20 for the hotel customs)

With a stay at Hotel Spa La Casa Mudéjar, you'll be centrally located in Segovia, steps from Segovia Cathedral and Centro Didactico de la Juderia. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location
7.9 Good
Pros: Cosy and nice place to stay over. We only stayed for one night and didn't use any amenities of the hotel. The location was perfect, in the middle of old town and close to acveduct. We came by car and got very good instructions from the hotel how to drive infront of the hotel and after check-in how to park outside the oldtown (but not far away) for free.
Cons: Room interior was a bit old and should be renowated quite soon.
5.4 Okay
Cons: We were given a really claustrophobic and narrow room with a little window to a patio, the atmosphere in the room was really dumb and quite unbreathable, dust mixed with the chemicals smells from the spa. Hotel was full that night, but they change us to a better room next day and what a different!! . The 10 ish rooms shouldn't be use for customers, really unfair that you pay same rate as other customers and you are put in a basement room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Pleasant lobby and room. Quiet. Good bathroom.
Cons: Breakfast was passable but no eggs were available. Coffee is poor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming decor - old wood, tile, stylish updates, seemingly original decorated ceilings with beams. Staff very helpful and efficient.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: great area right in the heart of the plaza major!!!! will definetly be back.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was central and close to the Cathedral. They did provide a good service for the car at reasonable price (€17 per day) and their man collects your car, Garages it and returns it when you intend to leave. Well worth the money and saves using limited local car parks. In general the receptionists were all helpful.
Cons: I am sorry to say but this hotel is living on past glories. Everything about it is old and dated. Our room was small but reasonably equipped. We chose to have our evening meal there. The service from their pompous head waiter was appalling. The food was so bad we did not eat and sent back every dish we had ordered and eventually walked out refusing to pay the bill. This is something I have never done before. The service at breakfast was also farcical with guests having to clear tables for themselves because the waiter was nowhere to be found. It’s a shame because Segovia is a wonderful city.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good location
Cons: Weird layout plan leading to the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and simplicity of hotel. And the restaurant!

Pros: A great overnight stop easy walking distance from all the attractions. Right in the heart of the old town. An excellent welcome from the front desk who were very helpful to two non Spanish speakers. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean.
Cons: Bathroom was a showing its age a little but still clean and worked well. Breakfast was a disappointment with dirty bowls and cutlery and served in the central courtyard which was a little dark.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpfull staff.

Cons: N/A
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was in a great location in Avila. The room was comfortable. The reception employees were nice and efficient.
Cons: We didn’t get one with a good view, but we booked late. Two issues-The air conditioning didn’t turn on. Also, I saw at least one black hair on the soap dish in the bathtub when I first got there, which was distressing. Otherwise it was a good place. I would have liked to have a little kettle to make a tea or instant coffee.

Pros: Warm welcome Good facilties
Cons: A little outside of Segovia
5.4 Okay
Pros: Bathroom modern, clean with good shower.
Cons: We were made to feel less than welcome when arriving before 3:00pm. We were asked to go away and come back later. Breakfast charge didn't seem good value especially when informed that fresh orange juice would be 2 Euros extra per person so we didn't have it. La falta de cortesia nos tomo' por sorpresa. No nos sentimos ni bienvenidos ni relajados. Tuvimos que firmar una nota por desperfectos o robos!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and lovely beds

Pros: The room was very comfortable and overall the hotel very pleasant indeed.
Cons: Being charged extra for a second cup of coffee at breakfast seemed rather mean.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful; wonderful location
Cons: a/c was a challenge
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was very nice, loved the rooftop with a city view.
Cons: Breakfast were not impressive
9.2 Excellent
Pros: An elegant hotel with 1950's film star theme. Fantastic location right in the heart of the old town, just a few minutes from the Aquaduct and a bit longer to the Alquezar. The valet parking worked very well although it was a bit daunting driving through the heart of the historic centre via no entry sign! The hotel had sent a message earlier giving detailed instructions to the parking bay but it was still confusing. The reception staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. On the fifth floor there is a roof garden with super views of Segovia, outdoor seating and a relaxing lounge/library inside. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Would happily stay again.
Cons: The restaurant is run by another company and our breakfast experience was really bad. We arrived at 09.30 (closes at 11.00) and within 10 minutes the waiter started setting up tables for lunch, fair enough but then he started noisily moving the rest of the tables around us to one side of the restaurant. We felt so uncomfortable we left before 10.00. We were disgusted with his attitude but then learnt from reception that they are not actually part of the hotel. Such a shame as it reflects badly on an otherwise great hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very well located just in hurt of the old town.
Cons: You can’t park there. Just drop the luggage and then park away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful city. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent reasonably priced breakfast. One of the nicest places ever
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very central hotel. We managed to find metered parking nearby which was convenient as we were only staying one night. Lovely walking out in the morning being so close to cafes, shops and the historical centre.
Cons: We were significantly disturbed at night by party noise. It was so close it seemed to come from the hotel. However, in the morning we were informed there was no celebration in the hotel last night and if there had been, it would have finished by midnight. The receptionist apologised even though the hotel was not at fault.
6.5 Good
Pros: Hotel workers Location View Clean
Cons: Parking too expensive Complicated to get there Shower with no door or courtain Room was too cold Wifi stopped working for a long time

Eurostars Plaza Acueducto - Segovia - Building
2
8.6 Excellent (2,314 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The Eurostars Plaza Acueducto**** offers the best location in the city of Segovia, in front of the famous Aqueduct of Segovia which you can see from inside of its rooms. This excellent location allows you to visit the old town without the necessity of any kind of transportation means. This is a new building inaugurated in summer 2006. Our modern facilities offer you all the necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay and the opportunity to discover the beauty of Segovia, and its surroundings, as well. New opening 500 lots public parking in front of the Hotel.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The best thing about this hotel is its location, very close to the Aqueduct. Breakfast is ok.
Cons: The hotel needs urgent renovation. Even though the room was clean, it is very oldish, specially the bathroom, which had the smallest shower I have ever seen - a simple bath was a torture. The parking below the hotel has super small parking lots, making it difficult to park bigger cars. The stay in a very small and old room without a view was definitely not worth the almost 200 Euros I paid for it. Not willing to return. For 100 Euros maximum it would be ok. For 200, I recommend looking for better options.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Standards and location
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, size of room, views
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, quiet room, good breakfast and good garage if you arrive by car. Very central with a couple of good restaurants next door. Very good location for a stop in Segovia
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good with a great selection.
Cons: The room was a little noisy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It's exactly what you expect when you need to travel for work.
Cons: It was too expensive.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Room was big and spacious. View of aqueduct was lovely as expected. Friendly staff. Loved the ease of arrival and parking, except we made the mistake of parking in the public lot not the hotel lot so parking was 24 instead of 15. Check in first before parking to find exactly which is the hotel lot. All in all it was a fine stay.
Cons: There was no patio furniture on the terrace. I was imagining to sit out with a glass of wine overlooking the aqueduct, but it wasn't like anything in the photos. Internet connection wasn't great in the room, but then again we didn't have good internet in Spain in general. Breakfast was complete, but the churro was hard and chewy.

Pros: Everything was A+! Oscar welcomed us and gave great visiting tips which we certainly followed. Dinner was exquisite (ox cheeks n mushroom risotto) plus postre Poche Segoviano, location at the very beginning of the aqueduct and only 15 mins from segovia plaza mayor.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, easy to drive to, parking included, still in a walking distance from the historic center. Comfortable room, very clean, lovely old building.
Cons: Room had no view, when we came down to have breakfast at 9:30, served till 10:30 some stuff was already gone and never replenished.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is really good and the restaurant is very close. Room has a lot space.
Cons: everything is too old and not so clean.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy mattress and linens, the room and facilities are very clean. The breakfast was good, with lots of variety. The lounge decor was very plush and elegant, having a button to request service in the bar/lounge area was nice. They've really done a nice job retaining the historic details of the property. We also appreciated the parking space, it is only a fun ten minute walk to the historic center (following the aqueduct, so you can't get lost). Very easy to get in and out of Segovia from this hotel.
Cons: Paper thin walls in between rooms. The bathroom in my room was very awkward, with the bidet and toilet jutting up against the vanity. There was barely enough room to move or get into the shower.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location of the hotel was good with just a 10 minute walk to the old centre with all its bars and restaraunts. It is a lovely old building with character. We ate one night in the hotel restaraunt which was very good. There was secure underground parking offered for our motorbikes which was a nice thing to have.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was good but could have been replenished quicker.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the aquaduct, quiet, helpful and pleasant staff
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Good location, secure parking and room was clean and spacious.
Cons: Difficult to find
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Good hotel to stay , it is near all the tourist attractions
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, it was but a short distance to the center of town, the aqua duct and cathedral and I liked the fact that I could safely park my motor bike in the garage below
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable.
Cons: The underground car park was a very tight squeeze for our Isuzu truck.
4.0 Okay
Pros: City centre location is excellent and easy to find if travelling from Avila.
Cons: Under no circumstances must you consider parking in the hotel car park. It is far too small for an average size car and with people selfishly parked across two spaces, it was almost impossible to squeeze our car in. This needs to be better managed, with drivers asked to move cars if they block spaces for others. There is no way the room was 4* standard: furniture was worn and the bed was very hard and very uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was adequate but a bit of a rugby scrum as space was very tight. The next night we stayed at the San Antonio El Real Hotel, another 4* except this one had real 4* standards: I'd return there any day but definitely not to Los Arcos which was poor value for money.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Not having in room tea making facilities. Shower head had a life of its own.
7.1 Good
Pros: The hotel was located within walking distance of the aquiducts at Plaza del Azoguejo. Garage parking available. Staff did give directions to local sights.
Cons: The Wifi was terrible in the room and very slow in the reception area. When I reported the problem staff said No one else has complained. When I asked about the Gym and the Sauna they told be they were having problems and the facilities were not available. I wish they would have stated that on their posting. The water in the bath was warm but not Hot. I tried at different times and got adequate warm water at off peak hours. Otherwise it was barely warm. The bathrooms looked old.
