Pros (+) This was certainly one of the nicest hotels I saw in Segovia. Also, it's right on Plaza Mayor so it's hard to miss (some hotels are located on side streets).
Cons (-) Outside Madrid, it is much harder to find English speaking staff-- and Segovia is no exception. While they were very accommodating, getting detailed instructions was sometimes a challenge.
