Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to key attractions and convenience for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unfriendly staff and inflexible check-in policies. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean while others report problems such as unclean bathrooms and unchanged linens. Bed comfort is also a concern for several guests, who mention hard or uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and bed comfort.
