Right next to the Arena and close to the conference centre, great bistro for breakfast.
Prices go up when there is a big event in town, like ours, but that’s life these days.
Location and cleanliness is what saves this hotel.
Charges for parking after it being expensive. No free breakfast.
The bed and pillows were nice. The swimming pool was also nice.
I did not appreciate being charged $14(as a hotel guest!) to park my vehicle there, and being told I could only park on one particular level as the other levels were “reserved” for the basketball game patrons attending across the street. I did not like that the shampoo and conditioner in the showers were completely watered down. There was no ventilation in the restroom and no way to air freshen the room. I realize that continental breakfasts are not offered at all hotels, but I was disappointed that a complimentary light breakfast was not available at this location.
Good location within walking distance of attractions.
Very thin walls. You could hear every door that was opened or closed up and down the hall as well as neighbors bathroom doors. Sheets were scratchy. Shower was beautiful but the open door just let water spray onto the floor. There was something weird going on with the parking too. We paid for overnight parking but when we left for dinner and came back there were event staff that tried to say we weren’t allowed to park there despite having our pass.
Beautiful clean room, comfy sofa, great bed!
