The complimentary water in the fridge
The fact that the rooms look NOTHING like the pictures on the website. I expect to get what I see, which I didn’t, the room looked dated, I hate how they give you a shitty room for the price you pay. Could go to a crystal inn for a nicer room.
Ok, probably wouldn’t return.
This was a nice hotel with a great location to all things downtown. The staff was exceptionally nice.
You will never stop finding annoyances at this place. Everything seems to be held together with duct tape and bubble gum.
Great location but not worth the price.
Love the location, very close to Salt Palace. The pool area was also nice.
Not worth the price for anything other than location. Bathroom was pretty dirty, the room was nothing special. Our mini fridge was leaking when we checked in and the floor was wet. They sent a new one right up which was great. I wish the floor elevators went straight to the parking garage. It was mediocre for my expectation of a 4 star hotel.
Accommodations were comfortable, inviting, and very convenient to Salt Palace convention center. Staff was wonderful.
Service at restaurant was slow and sometimes absent. Disappointing, because the food was excellent.
great place but...
Clean place with friendly staff. They even threw in a free breakfast with our stay. It was also an easy walk to the mall.
The room had cool art but, the heater was very loud. Something wrong with the fan. Also no bathroom fan oddly enough.
At the Radisson it's all about location
So close to the Salt Palace convention center. Beds were comfortable.
Rooms were smaller than expected, with no microwave.
Rooms were clean and neat
Was told that there was a airport shuttle....not Check in was @ late! Got into room @ 5. Had to put luggage into closet by front desk while we walked around downtown, waiting for a phone call from them stating that our room was ready. We were not the only ones either. Was told that our stay included the breakfast, found out after we had already had eaten....
