Staff very friendly, 24h reception, bed extremely comfy, insane value for money, very nice location and decor
We did have a room in a separate building. However, it was right outside so no issue. Would like some bubble bath. Very small issues, nothing really bad to say.
Friendly, comfortable. Excellent food. Well located for town center and station
Room located in annex building. Noisy waterworks from other rooms early in morning expensive gin and tonic from minibar particularly as no ice or lemon
British plumbing - nothing worked well Room temperature is unhealthily high and could not be changed. Plumbing sounds all night
Nice location and lovely building
Wanted spa treatments but told during the week they only had 1 therapist so was unable to use the spa and had to go elsewhere for the treatments. Ordered a couple of glasses of wine from the bar and when the bill came we were charged a service charge? Unusual for a bar, this should be saved for restaurants as the bar tender would normally do this as his job!! And we were hotel guests!! The room was lovely but in a separate building. Second day no towels were left for us and had to ask for them. Not a great experience for what we thought was a top hotel.
Excellent. I have gluten and wheat intolerances which was not a problem
