Convenient location for work
Very noisy at night on weekends and the rooms are too warm. You have to keep the windows open or room is too hot. Breakfast is dry and tasteless and overpriced
Showers are only 2’x2’ which is quite small for my large American body. HVAC could be improved. Lots of noise some nights from the young people after the local clubs close.
Basic but good facilities
Very impersonal service
More electrical outlets for charging stuff would be nice
room cleanliness
The swimming pool, the steam room and sauna was great. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The location of the hotel was ideal for our shopping trip. We only walked a few minutes from the train station and could walk straight out of the hotel to the shops. The room was excellent, it was spacious and immaculately clean.
relaxed , friendly staff , always helpful and polite. late checkouts a big bonus.
none.
Well located for shops pubs eateries and clubs. Hotel is very modern and the breakfast is the best I have every experienced in this type of hotel. You are only 30mins by train from London the station is 5 mins walk.
Location and price!
convenience and cleanliness
sofa bed wasn't made up and only had one pillow
The friendliness and service give my all the staff - The all over cleanliness was exceptional.
Only point of irritation was the the loud spring noises from the bed (only a minor point). I would like to suggest that a lower cost breakfast option was avialble in the Dinning Roon for visitors that only require a basic 'continental' breakfast. Eg cerials / toast / fruit.
Good location, facilities, rooms and staff
