Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and city center. Many appreciated the clean rooms and secure, digital entry system. However, several guests found the rooms to be small or basic, and some mentioned issues with service such as lack of staff presence or difficulty contacting someone when needed. Bed comfort and cleanliness were generally satisfactory, though not outstanding. Overall, the hotel is seen as a convenient, no-frills option for short stays, with its location being the standout feature.
