Punta Arenas hotels near Palacio Sara Braun

Pros: Very nice hotel! We got stuck here when our flight was cancelled and the staff were lovely and very helpful! The hotel bar and restaurant were very comfortable and the breakfast very good. We had a lovely view of the water from our room.

Boxed breakfast option if you do a penguin or other tour with an early start. Staff speak good English with 24hr reception. Highly recommended place to stay at a very good price.

Pros: The location is great, you can walk to most of what you would want to see and do in PA. Hotel is very nice, very comfortable. Staff were excellent. We had to leave for a flight at 4 am and they made sure breakfast was available for us.

Pros: The Best Western Finis Terrae is a nice hotel that's right in the middle of town. Check in was normal as we arrived on an early flight and our room was not ready, the desk held our luggage for us so we could walk around town a little bit. Some of the guys at the desk spoke English. We got back around noon and checked in to a spacious room with a sit ting area, safe, wifi, and an ok sized bathroom that had a tub. Breakfast was included and consisted of fruits, eggs, bacon, breads, some pastries, coffee and juice. The view from the restaurant was very nice as its on the 6th floor and not many buildings obscure is view. The hotel is right in the middle of evening within close proximity of restaurants, money exchange, supermarkets, laundry, stores and tourist sites (all of which we used). Check out was also smooth and they held our luggage again as we didn't have to check in for our cruise until late afternoon so we could go do additional site seeing and shopping.

Pros: Room and bed very comfortable. Bedroom large with all facilities needed. Staff at front desk delightful and informative. Handy that the hotel is just near bus station as we arrived there from Puerto Natales.

Pros: Claudio, at the front desk was extremely helpful. I emailed him and asked for to answer some questions and he was always prompt with his responses. He arranged for a taxi To meet us at the airport. He also helped us arrange several tours to make our time in Punta Arenas memorable! The hotel itself was very quiet, it’s a well-built, solid, older building. Easy walking distance to several good restaurants and the main Square. They have a lift which was much appreciated, since we were in an attic room on the fourth floor!

Pros: Breakfast was good. Location good, two blocks from the Plaza de Armas, three blocks from the Costanera where there are many good restaurants, two blocks from the Mercado Municipal.

Relatively good value considering other costs in Punta Arenas. Very good Wi-Fi. Clean rooms. Good lighting in room. Shampoo etc provided. Large selection of towels.
