Incredible views, lovely rooms (great window seat) and brilliant location.
The check out took longer than expected (& their was no queue). The card machine wouldnt work so had to pay cash and the printer fir the invoice receipt took a long time. Abit stressful as was going for a bus and the process took 15minutes.

The receptionts were so kind!! The hotel is pretty and cozy, beautiful location! Most of the rooms have view to the lake and the volcano, two minutes from the center The room felt clean, breakfast was normal. Definitely recommend it
