8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff at this property were very welcoming and attentive especially Aspa. She helped us with every query and paid attention.
Cons: Could have had better choice and variety for breakfast. Maybe a couple more sunbeds ?
9.5 Excellent
Pros: From the entire booking process and my departure was top of the line customer service! I was greeted with the utmost grand hospitality team and even the owner went out of his way to introduce himself to me! The hotel is beautiful! Every single detail and decor apparently done by the Mother of the owner who use to run/own hotel. The colors invite calm and you cant help but feel relaxed when you enter reception. The reception staff was amazing! Very helpful and smiled and greeted everyone with sincerity. The breakfast was delicious, my room was very comfortable and well appointed with everything you'd need for your stay, even a hot plate to cook if you want and a kitchenette! There was a window seat with books in a cubby and plenty room to store and hang things. It was like having a small studio apartment and I loved it! The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to beach and less than ten to bus stop that can take you to Fira, Oia and other places! But I have to rave more about the staff! If you need lessons in courtesy, hospitality and just overall being nice to customers, they are textbook! A huge thank you for a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel! Bravo! I'll definitely return and share with friends and family!!
Cons: Honestly absolutely nothing I didn't like.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff, great location, very clean, quite
Cons: Poorly stocked bathroom, no clothes storage
10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are amazing and the facilities are also. Great location close to the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostess was really really friendly! She was zo lovely and sweet. She gave us a lot of information about the neighbourhood and insidertips. On the first day I burnt my leg with the scooter and she was so helpful. She gave me a bandage and she asked the other days how my leg was. The hotel is amazing: very instagram and pinterestworthy! Large room, very clean, enough towels, nice products, good shower... We had even our own private jacuzzi!
Cons: That we had to leave :( + check out is at 11.30 - 12 AM would be nicer - Although It was a pretty good breakfast, I would be even more lovable to have some fresh juice
7.5 Good
Pros: Lovely, friendly staff which made our stay more Of a pleasure

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Clean, lovely facilities, swimming pool was great but the best part of our stay was Mary! She was so kind, friendly and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help make our stay perfect. We were provided with a map of the island with all the hotspots and delicious banana pancakes for breakfast!! The villa is close to the beach, very clean and an easy place from which to visit other places on the island. Very good value compared to other accommodation in the more expensive parts of the island. Thanks for a great stay!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, amazing staff and value for money. Cleanest swimming pool we’ve seen and we had it to ourselves at times! We are now off to spend time in Oia for 5 days, our stay in Perissa was perfect to relax.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly and very helpful during our stay. They recommend things to do, restaurants and had a lot of insights about Santorini. The property was super clean and all the breakfast that we had were amazing!
Cons: No comments
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Villa Markezinis had a great pool and stylish design! But most of all, the manager Mary was so wonderful. She was welcoming and very helpful with things like booking a transfer to Thira and helping us when my finace lost his credit card. She really went above and beyond. Also! Villa Markezinis made the BEST breakfast we had on the entire trip! It was SO delicious and a very good value.
Cons: Villa Markezinis is on a very unique part of the island. There are lots of restaurants nearby, but you need to walk on a strange road to get there. It also takes a good 20 minutes to get to Thira and it is not close to the main part of the island. Another thing I didn't like was that the towels were very scratchy/rough.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Superbly clean and very helpful friendly staff. The location is excellent and it’s still just about quite enough there. Will be staying again.
Cons: Nothing much... the usual high winds!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mary was exceptionally friendly and was available for help for days before our stay and even after we left. You have a €7 allowance for breakfast, but this is more than sufficient and the food tastes amazing. We were a 200m walk away from the beach, so we ate/drank along the beach front for lunch/dinner and enjoyed the short walk to and from the hotel. We would definitely stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Especially Mary from reception, she would have to be one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. We would of been lost without her. Definitely recommend staying here!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Mary and Mrs. Maria where amazing hosts during our stay! Highly recommend the breakfast too! Great location and rooms with an incredible pool and very close to the sea!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Mary is the sweetest and most hospitable host we have ever met. She helped is with everything right from the start, offering us coffee & cake after arriving exhausted from our flight at 5am from Rome. She went over the map of Santorini with us in detail, explaining cool things to see, helped us rent a car, let us use the pool and lounge around until our room was ready. She even helped us get a table at Santo Winery after we had trouble booking online. The location is quiet, but not too far from the beach. I would recommend staying here any time. We looked around thera and Oia and were happy with our decision staying in this area. It is not overly busy like the main towns which was perfect for us. Thank you Mary you are a legend!
Cons: Really expensive shuttle from airport and ferry docks. 30 euro both ways, which worked out to about $100 Australian :(
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money, with easy access (5 min walk) to the beach and very friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I would go back in a heartbeat.
Cons: Next door Taverna is a bit creepy, with small yappy dogs that did occasionally get on the nerves. Not the villa's fault of course and wouldn't affect my decision to return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host Mary is incredible - she is so friendly and helpful, and made our trip perfect.
Cons: Nothing!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and welcoming which made us feel happy, the villa is family fun and has a nice vibe. We were delighted that the beach was 3 minutes away.
Cons: The shower was too small.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Ell1e was very courteous and helpfull. she provided information on all must see places and sites which are off beaten track. The villa is few minutes walking distance to beautiful beach. All-in-all great host and a great location!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We had fantastic room over looking the pool, never really any noise from there as it’s a small pool and not many people seemed to use it, the room was cleaned everyday, and the breakfast was very good aswell. The location is amazing 2 min walk to nearest supermarket or 7/8 min walk to main beach, shops , restaurants etc, the hosts were very friendly & helpful with anything u may need trips, information etc, we have been to quite a few Greek islands and got to say this now our favourite, stunning setsets particularly oia & over by the lighthouse, red, white & black beach is also a lovely trip to do.
Cons: The only thing we would say is the bathroom & shower is very small, we found it very difficult not too soak the floor all the time
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Apartment clean and very close to the beach, hosts are great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed with our 1 year old and it was absolutely perfect! The staff were excellent and we had everything we needed. I would recommend this property to anyone but especially those with a family.
Cons: Nothing at all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient and close to all amenities
Cons: Nothing to say
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Fab pool. Towels changed daily and really friendly family. Offer of pick up a nice option.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We don’t need much when we’re on holiday. We don’t want luxury, all we ask for is a clean room, a comfortable bed, a shower and plenty of eateries close by. Aretousa Villas gave us this in spades. The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and its abundance of fantastic restaurants but in a lovely quiet spot free from any disturbances. All the staff are wonderfully friendly, we were picked up and dropped off at the airport with a cheery smile. The room was small but spotless, cleaned every day and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever encounter in Greece.
Cons: The only negative for us was the shower; there’s no wall attachment so you have to hold the shower up over your head the whole time which makes washing long hair a bit challenging, the temperature was rather variable too so showers were spent hopping between being scalded and frozen! But I would definitely go back and stay at Aretousa again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gracious family made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Nice room with balcony. Quiet, relaxing pool area. Short walk to beach and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Ellie on reception was extremely helpful and keen for us to enjoy our stay. On arrival she sat with us and suggested places we could visit considering our length of stay. Her restaurant recommendations in Perissa were spot on. Our room was really comfortable and clean with a large balcony to dine on and a view of the pool and mountain backdrop. Perissa is a great location on Santorini with hundreds of great restaurants and a lovely black sand beach. It was easy enough to get the bus to Fira from the main road close to the hotel and then onto Oia. We hired a car to explore the Faros end of the island as that seemed the best option from Perissa. The pool area is small but lovely and the location is nice and quiet. We were given a sample of some local dessert wine by one of the family as we sat by the pool one day...lovely!

Pros: Great breakfast, lovely pool area and wonderful staff. Only a 3 min walk away from the beach, with tonnes of great restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!
Cons: The room was fairly basic and you had to pay extra to use the air conditioning, but it wasn’t much of an issue. It had everything you needed and the bed was comfortable. Who stays indoors when they’re in Greece anyway!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything was nice - from the nice welcome of Maria to the nice family including the little grandma serving the homemade and delicious breakfast, the beautiful and peaceful pool area and the nice cycladic style rooms
Cons: Nothing, maybe bathroom could be a bit renewed but actually it added to the charm and the family feel :)

Pros: Santa Barbara is a nice small hotel close to the beach. The property was extremely clean and the room had everything that we need. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is Perfect
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Near the beach and the transportation. Helpful staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in room 12 for 2 nights, a double room with fridge and kettle and sachets of coffee, sugar and teabags. Complimentary slippers were a nice touch and there were toiletries and toothbrushes in the bathroom. There are several small hotels in this area and our room overlooked the neighbouring hotel’s small pool. Towels were changed every day. Check out was at 11 but the hotel let us leave our luggage there whilst we went out for the day as our return flight wasn’t until 10pm. I booked this hotel as it mentioned free transfers to the airport on booking.com but realised after I booked this is only applicable for stays of 4 nights of more so the transfer cost 25 euros on the hotel's mini bus. This is a nice family run hotel, not far from the beach and restaurants in Perissa but away from the main road.

Pros: Good location very close to the beach. Staff were all brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful. Large pool area and nice clean rooms.
Cons: Hotel seems to be used mainly by a French package holiday company, so all other guests seemed to be on the same package holiday. Not a big problem but it would have been good to know before we booked as it did feel like we were intruding on someone else’s holiday.

Pros: Great location close to a beautiful beach and lots of nice bars and restaurants. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Voula made us feel very welcome when we arrived and was so helpful with everything! We loved the easy walk to Perissa beach and walking along the lovely promenade in the mornings and evenings. The kids enjoyed coming back at the end of the day for a swim to cool off and we enjoyed sitting at the large shared table outside our room, as it was shady in the afternoons and relaxing in the evenings. Great value for money in a lovely chilled area of Santorini.

Pros: Villa Voula is off the beaten track and is fantastic for people wanting to relax. Pool is quiet and gets the breeze from the Aegean. I would highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly.
Cons: There was no bar for snacks / drinks at the pool. However, there is a shop around the corner.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A really warm welcome and vert kind lady. Highly recomended.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was a 5 minute walk from the beach with lots of bars and restaurants. We were also near a bus stop, which was a 15 min drive ride to Fira. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was always someone on hand to assist you. It was great to have a kitchenette in the room and it's a great villa for families.
Cons: We weren't allowed to consume drinks purchased outside the property by the pool, but there was no bar on site to purchase drinks from which was a little frustrating. Most mornings the owners Grandchildren came to the property to use the pool, which wasn't always ideal if your room was on the ground floor and you wanted to have a lie in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There is swimming pool and very close to the beach.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, staff and pool. Nothing to complain about!

Pros: The price with balcony is amazing, very comfortable and lovely. We have a simple kitchen in the room, which allows us to make some food conveniently.
Cons: The location might not be perfect, we took some time waiting for the bus, but meanwhile the location can be a benefit too for anyone who wants a real rest, compared with the hotels in noisy Fira.

Pros: Free pickup and drop off at any time, beach towels on demand, close to the city center and the beach and supermarkets, kitchen(not written in room description),wonderful bathroom, clean, cleaning everyday, possibility of excursions and car rental from the hotel.
Cons: Sheets too short for 2 people sleeping in the same bed, Air con too loud, welcome from the driver but not from the owners of the hotel, windows must have been opened before our arrival because lots of mosquitoes the 1st night ,but after they respect our directives to let the windows closed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the installation of the hôtel are perfect, well decorated. All the staff is very helpfull, very smiling, make you feel welcome. The breakfast are completed and very good and all the food we have there during the week was very good also. All the staff is bilingual. We highly recommend this hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a small and friendly hotel . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, well decorated with very efficient air conditioning and an extremely clean bathroom . There was a kettle and cups and a fridge in the room. Loved the location- right next to the beach and lots of restaurants. The service in the restaurant/bar was very good and this extended to the beach where you had free use of sun beds as well.
Cons: The breakfast was not brilliant! Poor choice of food and fruit. I expect more in a Mediterranean country than cut up apples and tinned peaches and tinned pineapple ! The scrambled egg was put out at the beginning of the breakfast session at 8am but never seemed to be topped up with fresh eggs, consequently, if you came down to breakfast at 9.30, it was rather rubbery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property and rooms are beautiful! During our trip to Greece, we enjoyed staying here more than any other hotel! The staff at the hotel were so wonderful. I would recommend staying here every time!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice place to stay, next to beach (I mean one step out from hotel takes you to beach). Breakfast was awesome. Close to public transport (but give a call or email to hotel in case you prefer public transport) because sometimes google map sucks.
Cons: They must provide some freebies in room like coffee, sugar, etc. We were surprised to see that no refreshment were there inside the room even though the rates of hotel are very high. They should provide free beach beds to customer rather than selling for lunch buyer (because 90% of the beds are vacant).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff! Great location to the beach.

Pros: The apartment was clean and comfortable. Pool in yard was excellent, we have a boy 3 year old and he loved being in there. Nicolette was very sweet and kind, always with a smile and good spirit. She wake up in 4.30 am only to accompany us. And she also allowed my family late check out because of there flight. Thank you a lot Nicolette I hope we'll see you again. :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: "Three Harites" was a pleasant surprise for us. Initially we booked two-bedroom apartment here for two nights. But decided to stay one day more. We discovered ourselves in one hundred and fifty meters from the famous Black Sands' beach however "Three Harites" is not a waterfront hotel so you won't hear an inevitable restaurant noise from dusk till down. Instead of it you'll get a mountain view towards a rock with a cave church and a famous archaeological site of Ancient Thera on the top of it. Anyway let's get back to the hotel. Rooms are to be cleaned on everyday basis. The personnel did it delicately when you're on the beach. There is no parking in the hotel but there are two areas nearby where you can safely park you car for free. Design responded to our expectation of what a family hotel had to be. But the most pleasant discovery was a charming hostess Nicoletta. She is informally hospitable and positive. Every single day she treated us perfect jelly made of Greek yogurt and shared the recipe with my wife. She also gave us small gifts while checking-out and it seems to me she was absolutely sincere in her positive feelings towards all of her guests. "Three Harites" is definitely our choice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great welcome, even at 1am! Our host was lovely to talk to and always happy to help. She allowed us a late check out at no additional cost which was great! Perfect location is a quieter area but still only a couple minutes walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The three harites studios has been a delightful surprise, which has made our holiday in this wonderful island even more special. We have soon started to think about it as “home” thanks to the kindness of the owner,to the familiar atmosphere and to the care put to their host. Waking up in the morning with the smile .very pleased of everything, pleased with the gifts that she gave us for me and my daughter.thank you so much.and I recommend everyone to book in three harites studios without hesitation

Pros: The host and staff was very friendly and helpful
9.5 Excellent
Pros: What can I say about Nikoletta? She is the most amazing person ever. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. She is kind, warm and always smiling. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, with nice little touches like shampoo and a little treat of figs while I sat at the pool. The location is great. Right by plenty of restaurants, the beach and the bus stop to fira. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Villa Clio was lovely & clean, towels changed every day!! The pool and sun terrace was a fantastic space and the owners were just lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would go back in a heart beat and will definitely recommend it to friends.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to Perissa beach & Perivolos beach (5-7 minutes walking), bars & restaurants Great cleaning every day! Fresh towels. Air conditioning & hairdryer in the bedroom Mini Kitchen for cooking & tea & frigobar Lovely & friendly staff Drinks available at the swimming pool Lovely & clean swimming pool - Not much chlorine as other pools! (you don't smell it!) :) Towels for swimming pool available
Cons: No shampoo/conditioner ( make sure you bring your own! :) ) No lunch/dinner available (but it is fine as you can cook on the mini kitchen in the room or going for food 5-10 minutes walk to the restaurants)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location and pool area
Cons: Nothing
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The pool was good and the employees very kind.
Cons: I chose this hotel because there is the aeroportuale shuttle but they asked me 30 euros per travel. So if you offer me a service, I can’t spend 60 euros. Because the next time I’ll chose a Taxi. More comfortable then the transport called by the hotel. Also the room was old. Maeby it was very clear but the floor and most important the bathroom have a very bad look. Also in the bathroom the floor was every time full of water because the tubes I think aren’t able to work well. The structure is old I think.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room for the price quality.
Cons: Nothing really
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was small but clean and in good condition. Nice pool and large sun terrace. Nice touch to get towels for the pool. Breakfast was good - continental style but with ham and cheese toastie on the side. Good selection of bars and restaurants about 5 to 10 minutes walk away and on the seafront.
Cons: Bathroom was small but clean and in good condition.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible owners I don't know any better people, always available for anything, always friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel away from the noise of the main road but close to the sea, which can be reached on foot if desired, swimming pool available with sunbeds and umbrellas, all fantastic. If our soul goes to Santorini, our heart goes to villa clio. Thanks Stela.
Cons: anything.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Villa Clio is the most clean hotel I ever been in Greece, it’s well located and the host really kind!
Cons: I guess the water of the shower is coming from the sea because it smells not so good
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: There was a pool.
Cons: The A/C didn't work. Only the fan option would turn on which sucked given the summer heat. I also read in the description that they offered a pickup service from the ferry. Not the case (first I was told it was too late to reserve the service as I booked the same day I was arriving; I was later told they don't offer this service at all). I called to ask the best way to get there and they just said take the bus or taxi. Very unhelpful as there are few taxis on the island and not many at the port and there are multiple bus lines. I was left stranded and waiting for a car service for almost an hour. Very disappointed in the room and the staff (an elderly lady who barely spoke English and a younger woman who was hardly there). Overall, both were unhelpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room was also dirty, with multiple stains on the sheets (Gross!) and the bathroom had a tendency to flood after showers. I know the price is cheaper, but trust me, you'll enjoy your stay much more if you pay extra to stay at a nicer hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: All good. Rooms clean, air-conditioning, cleaned every day, WiFi around. Stuff freindly and happy to help you with very good hospitality. All services are excellent, place are quite and between main(300m) road and black beach(400m), both with many restaurant and shop's. Pool with good size.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right on perissa black sand beach. Lots of cafes and restaurants very nearby. Easy to go to Fira main town and oia by bus. Very nice and beautiful location. Very nice swimming pool.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location of this hotel: right across from the beach, walking distance to tons of restaurants, and it was away from the craziness of Oia. The pools were nice and the bar had great cocktails. Also liked the breakfast buffet and restaurant.
Cons: People “reserved” loungers by the pool every day we were there even though signs said it wasn’t allowed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to swimming beach. Friendly and very helpful staff. Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Clean facilities in the room and on the property.
6.3 Good
Pros: Pool is nice and lovely beach
Cons: I didn’t like the fact breakfast is only for 2 hours 8-10 I believe, and not much of options really, even asked if i can get a banana they said no but they eating a banana while working, plus they doesn’t smile whatsoever, I had to deal with the restaurant moody staff for 4 days even the boss was terrible so you know where they got the attitude from, they look at there watches and looking at you everyday makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, I would never come back to this hotel because of the breakfast experience it needs a big improvement.

Pros: Great location
Cons: Wi fi
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The bed and the location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location right on the beach with sparkling pools and comfortable lounge chairs and lounge beds, plenty for all guests. Friendly and efficient service, including by beach attendant Giannis. When we couldn’t figure out how to work A/C remote, they had somebody in our room within a minute to help, very impressive! Lots of great restaurants, cafes and entertainment within easy walking distance.
Cons: We enjoyed all of it and will be back!
7.0 Good
Cons: Hotel allowed guests to put towels on sun beds when no one was was there meaning often there were no free beds at the pool. I witnessed an unpleasant argument between guests about this. Hotel's fault. Male hotel staff rather supercilious and certainly didn't put guests first. No tea or coffee in room, no minibar. Dirty beach

Supermarket Bus Stop and Bike and Atv Rentals. Everything was within walking distance. No Complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Happy Holidays
Cons: I don't remember I was too busy liking everything. :))
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Family run and well appointed - we were advised it had been recently refurbished, this was evident and it is of a modern design to a high standard. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable . Bed was very comfortable and not 2 singles pushed together . Balcony overlooked the side street and mountain. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
Cons: No complaints
6.3 Good
Pros: The size of the room and the balcony with hot tub was nice
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t that good. The eggs were cold all three days and it was the same meal every morning. No coffee in the room.

Pros: Good location and clean rooms.
Cons: The breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The place was fantastic, always clean, everyone is so friendly, the breakfast was amazing & it was so quiet, private & the best place for our honeymoon.
Cons: I would of like some sort of welcome pack or sheet explaining about, breakfast, facilities, mini bar & check out etc. But Cissy was so helpful.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Private pool, very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Our room was right next to the walkway to the reception and for guests at the beach bar to use the toilet so didn’t feel as private as it could have been.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you are looking for a touch of luxury, tranquility and an impeccable service then the black rose suites are for you. From the moment we arrived we could not have asked for more. The deluxe suite we booked was ideal with its own sun soaked pool and exquisite room. The manager Sissy is literally at your service all day, she will arrange whatever you need to ensure your stay with them is phenomenal. Her professionalism and buoyant character certainly does not go unnoticed. The bar staff at the communal pool were extremely attentive and friendly. The cleaning lady was just lovely and the room was continually kept to an exceptional standard. We will not hesitate to return to these suites and can’t recommend enough. These suites are certainly the best we have stayed in during the several times we have visited the magical island of Santorini.
Cons: Everything was exceptional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location on the beach, great facilities (we had a room with a private pool) and a generous fresh breakfast. The staff was absolutely amazing, especially Sissy the receptionist. When our flight back was delayed they offered us late checkout free of charge and went out of their way to give us any help we needed.
7.0 Good
Pros: Sissy is really nice and always wants to make the best for you
Cons: We had problems with the air conditioners for two days. It was really hot during the night. They tried to do everything for us but we had to wait two days. The price is really high and if you stay only four nights there and two of them were like that it is not really nice. I also was a little bit sad because I told them before we arrived that these will we our honeymoon and if they can put something special in the room - there was nothing. The pool is not really privat because the people always walk through
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms and facilities are absolutely amazing. Private pool and close to the beach. Sissy and her staff are fantastic and will help you with anything you need.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is a dream come true a heaven on earth! The owner was amazing and she had really good ideas for places to visit. Plus she was really accommodating, before we go, she propose to help with the rental of the car or transfer. The breakfast was without a doubt incredible! Even the staff was so incredibly nice that we really enjoy our stay. And the room was comfy, lovely and spacious. It was truly a pleasure to stay there. We want to go back next year!
Cons: I have nothing to say, honestly everything was good, even that we went before summer I hope would like that the bar was open, but even if it was closed it didn't change our stay. the owner was amazing and really helpful.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is beautiful. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
Cons: Tiny bath tub fit for a child only - no shower. Personal pool was freezing. We could not use. Beach bar closed and no beds on the beach. No top of services after 5pm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely perfect. Huge room, private pool, breakfast on the terrace, seafront, really really great
Cons: It was perfect, thats true. If you expect real privacy... you won‘t find that on the whole island. Even the 5* plus hotels don‘t have big walls and privacy protection. That‘s the charm of the island. But still: the pool and the terrace is yours, the sunbed are yours.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Awesome room really beautiful cozy and clean, it has a great location just some steps from the ocean and even though is very near bars and restaurants it remains silent and private. The manager of the hotel, Sissy, was extremely helpful, kind and always looking forward to you and that you are having a great time, also the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful, and food was delicious! They bring you breakfast everyday to your room without any extra charge or anything.
Cons: The food was delicious but for the breakfast there are not so many options, my boyfriend doesnt eat eggs, and for warm food for the breakfast they only have different omelets, so no go for him. Really missed a couple of more options like little fried sausages with bacon, beans with tomato, waffles, pancakes, hashbrown potato, etc. Bathroom was a bit small and hadnt had anything to hang the shower, also it only had a half protecting wall so got quite messy when you took a bath

Pros: The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They kindly delayed our check out as our flight was scheduled in the evening. The location is great as it is very close to the beach and the restaurants. The room was clean, the pool was great and the draft beer was nice and cool (the nicest beer we have tasted on the island) For us this hotel is 10 out of 10.
Cons: Lack of breakfast selection.

Pros: Welcoming people
Cons: Everything was perfect
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Thought was lovely hotel. Well maintained and friendly staff. The swimming pool was a real boon as was hot. Not a sophisticated hotel but what it did it did well and would thoroughly recommend it. Well situated for beach and huge choice of restaurants
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Fantastic property and it was great that the bus stop, bakery and beach are just around the corner. We would recommend it to anyone!
Cons: Actually nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host who made us feel at home. The location is great! Just a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants, bars and beach umbrellas. There is a great 24 hour bakery close by and a grocery store. Having a pool was great too! I liked that the bus stop to Fira was just a 2 minute walk away. I would highly recommend Villa Valvis.
Cons: There is not really anything to complain about at Villa Valvis. Had a great stay!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place very close to everything you need...beach, supermarket, bus stop and the best bakery in Perissa. Marina and her husband were absolutely lovely and helped us arrange a shuttle to the port with no problems. Pool is excellent on a hot day also.
Cons: We stayed there for 4 nights and our toilet paper bucket was only emptied after the first night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel in a good location. Hotel room was nice and clean. The pool area was very nice and quiet with a small bar. Hotel owners were very friendly. Would recommend staying Perissa as opposed too Fira or Oia as it is a more relaxed area away from tourists; but very easy to access Fira 20- 40 minutes on the bus (Price €2.40) and if you want to visit Oia you take a bus to Fira and then a bus to Oia which takes 20- 40 minutes (Additional €1.80). Bus stop is 1 minute walk. Very close to the beautiful Perissa black beach. With a good selection of traditional Greek restaurants close by at a fraction of the price of Fira and Oia. Also there is a fantastic 24 hour bakery up the road which you must try! There is a large supermarket close by also. Hotel owners also let us stay by the pool after we had checked out and said we could use their facilities to change.
Cons: Some of the rooms have frosted glass in the doors which in the mornings let lots of light in so if you are a light sleeper you might be woken up by the sunlight at 6am. We sort of resolved this by hooking a towel over the door to block out more but it was no means a black out. Suppose this would only affect some! Just a heads up! Also could have done with some glassware etc to enjoy a drink on the terrace, we ended up buying disposable cups from the supermarket.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was lovely ❤️❤️❤️ the room super comfy, everything so beautiful and peaceful. The location was PERFECT. Close to every single bar, restaurant, less than 50 meter to the beach. Our days in there were glorious. Thank you so much
Cons: EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. No complains

8.8 Excellent
Pros: every thing was perfect
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The owners are really nice people. They are very helpful, nice and friendly. In the lobby there are a fantastic collection of Photografy‘ s books. The beach is very close an d one of the most beautiful on Santorini.
Cons: It is not close to Oía, but for $25 you can rent an scooter and enjoy your freedom on the island.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Owner very very very sweet and helpful in everything. Hotel 2 min close to the bus stop to fira. Nice room.
Cons: Breakfast a little poor about typical products, maybe would be better to offer something more greek and less "continental"
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff are fantastic. They were always around to answer our many questions and gave good advice. The breakfast was okay, and I got the sense that if you ask for anything different or beyond what was it, they'd happily make it. The room was nice - great high ceilings that have the sense of a large, luxurious room.
Cons: In (most of) Greece, the plumbing is old and not great. You can't flush your toilet paper. This hotel was good about emptying the garbage early every day, but if you can't handle the idea of not flushing the TP, maybe avoid this island alltogether.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Enjoy the delicious breakfast especially fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt. For any questions don't hesitate to ask the staff, the ladies are absolutely kind and helpful.
Cons: Enjoy the delicious breakfast especially fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt. For any questions don't hesitate to ask the staff, the ladies are absolutely kind and helpful.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was nice and the lady who is look after the breakfast was kind and helpful.
Cons: They arranged taxi due to my late arrival Even though I informed the hotel I would be there 12.30 am. by phone and also a special request part from my booking paper In addition I explained literally which company and my arrival time 2 times. Why I am explaining this because he misunderstood me and I took taxi from the port in the end when I arrived the hotel. This guy who has no idea about hospitality said hello after his second sentence was show your tickets you mentioned incorrect time , the taxi driver who I arranged for you lost money bla bla. Extreamly Rude and lack of basic education
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: great
Cons: to be add Halal food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent view Good facilities available Very friendly staff Good choice of breakfast
Cons: Should mention no reception service at night probably after 10pm Tea bags kept in room but no cups.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Irigena is a really unique Perissa hotel, more a "home from home" than a hotel actually. Set back a few hundred meters from the beach it has a quiet and peaceful charm that makes you actually feel as though you are a real resident of Perissa for your stay rather than just a tourist. Micheal and Kiki are wonderful hosts and all the hotels facilities are as you would expect. Comfortable rooms . Spacious. Clean towels daily. Great Breakfasts. Magnificent views of the mountain behind leading up to Ancient Thira and beyond. Thoroughly recommended for a real Santorini experience!
Cons: I cannot think of any worthwhile;e comment to add here. Its a lovely hotel run by lovely people.

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The cats around the hotel
Cons: The staff, the clean, the breakfast , the room and the transfer to the port
7.5 Good
Pros: the staff, particularly Loukas, were very friendly and helpful. The overall feel of the place was lovely (not super luxury and a couple of dated bits but generally clean and tidy) and the location was great with a few minutes walk from the back of the hotel to the beach. Breakfast was simple and fine with plenty of choice of fruit, cereal, continental and bacon/sausage/eggs etc. (better than Id been led to believe by reading some reviews).
Cons: Location on the main road was a bit unnerving when walking along.
6.8 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and accomodating and knowledgable. Although the restaurant recommendation was not good.
Cons: We booked at the hotel and were moved to another hotel down the road. We were told it was next door and it actually was at least 500 metres away. Because we are on a long trip we didn't mind but the room at the other place was not great and the bathroom was substandard. The pool area however was charming and peaceful and better than Drossos. After two days we went back to Drossos and to their credit they upgraded us to two rooms, one for the children and one for us. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff at Drossos were so helpful Peter spent a considerable time getting us a day trip on a catermoran which we really enjoyed and a must to do in Santorini. The prices in Santorini for accomodation and transfers are ridiculous at this time of the year and are considerably inflated which is not value for money. If you can avoid it dont come July or August, or go to other islands. We were in Crete before Santorini and the food and beaches are superior. I do understand if you want to tick Santorini off your bucket list though. We did find an amazing restaurant not on the main beach but home cooking and run by a family with reasonable prices. Its called Ancient Thira. Really friendly, casual service with delicious food.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, great pool Would definitely return
Cons: Perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great!! The staff was nice and extremely helpful, location is great, the room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast with great variety of fruits and Greek pastries, I highly recommend it!!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location (located at a very good connection point from/to any area in Santorini), 5 min walk to the Perissa beach, plenty of restaurants around, the pool, the staff (reception and at the breakfast corner), quietness.
Cons: Breakfast offer was poor, the toilet (room 18) was stinky even after cleaning, WiFi very very very low wherever you’re (room, restau, réception, garden-pool).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, nice and clean and very relaxing!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff, very good location, the bus is 1 min away - next to bob s bar- the beach is 5 min away with a nice bar which i highly recommend (tranquilo). You can rent the transat and umbrella for 6e for 2 people! The breakfast has cornflakes, cakes, eggs, juices, toast, chocolate, ham, feta cheese, bread and vegetables. We arrived at 8:30 am from athens and we could enjoy the breakfast and relaxing hours in the pool and beach. A lot of shops, supermarket, tours company, rent a car are next door. Its a very convenient place. I will come back soon!
Cons: A little issue with the wifi. You can get access only in the lobby and the pool. We also moved from the first room on a higher floor due to the noise (doors were banging by clients and by the cleaning team) but then we moved next to the swimming pool and it was very quiet.
