The shuttle service to drive you around (including to the airport); the rooftop garden
Staff at front desk really helpful providing restaurant recommendations! Room itself was large and spacious. Good location.
Had multiple issues with the parking garage. The card they provide just didn't work. When we were given the card on check in we were told if any issues to press the call button. On entering the garage already cars in front who's cards wouldn't work and were trying to get hold of somebody. They ended up backing up and left. Sure enough, when it was our turn, the card wouldn't work. Pressed the call button 3 times and each time either were hung up on or the call dropped off. Someone ended up coming over to let us in. Obviously after this we were nervous about what would happen on checkout so asked the front desk to make sure our card would work (they assured us it did). But, sure enough, when we got to the gate it wouldn't work! Pressed the call button again and got through to somebody who let us out. Patience and perseverance is required to use this parking facility!
the kind staff
Very accommodating with early check in and whatever I needed for my little children
Staff wasn’t very friendly each time I called on the phone
Everything inside the hotel was great (see the box below about what we didn’t like)
CONSTRUCTION NOISE! We were given a corner room that had a not only a major construction project going on right outside our west side windows but another major construction project outside our east bedroom side windows! Plus the garbage truck came every morning at 4 am like clock work and when it emptied the trash bids right below our window it was equal to a explosive going off! Not a happy camper here. Personnel there should not be putting guests on that end of the building at this time. I have photos if anyone is interested.
