Pros (+) The rooms were clean and quiet. We were in a room with two full size beds with 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 11) and the room was enough space. The resort is very large and the staff is friendly - especially if you tip - a bit less so if you do not. Our kids enjoyed the activities at the pool and the shows in the evening.
Cons (-) The front office staff and the bellmen could explain the resort and its amenities a bit more upon check in. You basically need to discover things on your own. The food in the restaurant was average - many things became stale or overcooked when sitting under the heat lamps.
