We usually just had coffee and muffins for breakfast and that was great for us. We didn't take advantage of the dinner buffet only because we were usually out sightseeing and away from the hotel during that time frame.
Check in was long and the clerk didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He have is the wrong room key. My husband had to go downstairs twice to get straightened out.
Staff was wonderful. Taylor was friendly and informative, but Maria was super, going beyond the call; very helpful!
The bathroom was a bit tight; reaching back to gather up toilet paper from the mounted roll was difficult, awkward and painful when one’s hand hit the edge of the cabinet segment where it was mounted. The shower was excellent except for needing more grab bars than only one in the center.
At the dinner buffet, one of your employees assisted an elderly gentleman who is struggling and getting his food. I wish I had got the employees name So that you could recognize him for his service, but unfortunately, I did not. I did verbally complement him for his actions at the time. All of your employees seem to go above and beyond. To me, that is a place that I would stay again!
The staff was very friendly, honest and helpful. The included breakfast was good - and hearty! The food and a drink offered for free in the evening was very nice. We were able to walk to most of our destinations.
The rate changed three times in a four night stay.
