Great location. Comfortable rooms. Bar staff was very efficient.
Staff needs to be trained better. Could not provide recommendations for restaurants around. Breakfast plan was confusing. Staff made mistakes and brought out wrong order.
Awesome end-of-summer getaway.
I decided to take a quick Labor Day weekend vacation and the Aloft Downtown Philadelphia was amazing. You can’t beat the price (especially for the location), and everything was so lovely: the lobby bar is fabulous, the desk staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The AC unit was definitely a bit loud, but worth it just to have powerful and working air conditioning! I will definitely be staying here again.
Great location for the convention center
I was at a conference at the convention center, and this was such a convenient place to stay -- it's essentially *in* the convention center, without feeling too close. Very comfortable place, attentive staff, and well styled.
Bed was just a little uncomfortable, and the placement of the bathroom in the room was also a little awkward. The door is a slider and doesn't fully close -- and is also effectively right next to the bed. So, that was a little awkward when one of us was in the bathroom and the other was right outside.
