Pros (+) bed was ok..
Cons (-) kitchen smelled like fried fish. constant noise from water heater and pipes. constant noise from guests. bathtub was dirty. television didn't work all the time.

Pros (+) Close to where we needed to be, this is a well run hotel with no major deficiencies.
Cons (-) The small charge for parking is an annoyance, and the lot is unconventionally managed, but this proved to be no problem to us.
