there was a mix up with the reservation and we were indicated as departing a day earlier than our reservation was made for. Hotel was willing to make it right since the reservation was prepaid but it created some confusion and inconvenience until it was corrected

Pros (+) Quiet inside the hotel. Outside the room clean. Mostly friendly staff.
Cons (-) Our room wasn’t very clean. Dusty, in between the 2 beds had stains that appeared to be either vomit, blood, or other bodily fluids. Pros (+) Welcoming and efficient front desk and Bistro staff, excellent food for purchase, reasonable distance to Center City
Cons (-) There were a few housekeeping slipups, such as failure to clean soap scum off the bathroom sink counter, no fresh coffee cups or K-cups, no bath mat one day, but nothing major.
