Cons: They didn't have the king bed and room I had paid for. To their credit, they did refund me some of the difference for the queen room they had. However, they had leaks in the room and the bathroom and their customer service and attention to detail left a lot to be desired. I will not me returning as a guest.

Bad smell of moldy carpet on the club floor; furniture uncomfortable and worn--looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1970's.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, and I have to say that the staff at the bar were entertaining and freindly.
Cons: I am five dauys out from leaving there and I still have holds on my Visa card even though my bill was paid in full when I left .
Initially I had two holds that equaled my full stay of $2800 plus the payment in full. Even now one business week later I have roughly $1400 in holds on my card. That is quite a lot of money to tie up.

Cons: staff where not the usually friendly hyatt people i have experienced in the past. food is well below par, executive lounge is not good value for money.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and quick to bring us ice when requested. The pool was quite large. The room was very spacious and clean and I liked the walk in closet.
Cons: The toiletries were cheap, a very visible old panel on the ceiling of the bathroom, shower head was very average. The set up of the room could have been improved, like the television being next to a wall so you could only see it from 1 side of the bed.
