Location to the base
Remodel the rooms and found a bedbugs
Jacob, the Desk Clerk, was excellent and tried very hard to help.
Initially the phone did not work, the lock on the outside door to our room did not work, the drawer pulls on the chest of drawers were missing. The room we were moved into had the odor of a skunk in it.
Cheap
Very cheap prices and cold A/C, decent internet
Most dirty hotel I’ve ever been in, door had a 3 inch gap underneath it so you could hear your loud neighbors, didn’t even feel safe considering all of the hookers in underwear shouting outside. Disgusting used toilet and bed sheets, hole in the ceiling and walls, bathroom caulking was grey and cracking. This stay made myself very uncomfortable and I️ slept on top of the comforter. Would never stay here again.
Okay for price
The pool, great breakfast. Good price.
Room was kinda smelly, dryer was broke. I think the rooms could use a better cleaning. Maybe even new carpet. I was on third floor and tub didn't drain well, toilet wouldn't flush all the way. I could walk across the carpet with socks on and my socks would get filthy.
Not what I expected..
Liked how close it is to Corry Station. Easy access for more time to spend with my spouse after I'm off work for the weekend.
The bathroom was a kind of dirty you can't clean. The mirror was cracked, they only gave us a sheet and very thin "blanket" that was more like a decoration curtain they threw over the matress. The fitted sheet wouldn't stay on and was originally put on inside out.. Besides the floor sagging and us feeling like we could fall through at any time, the carpet felt dirty. Like years of spills gone ignored. The Ac unit worked and I'm thankful for that.. If you're planning on bringing your wife or kid here, don't. The area was close to base but very very sketchy. Many homeless approached us close to the hotel asking for money. One even had the audacity to ask me to go to an ATM with my wife to get 12.50 for him.. Some of the other patrons of the hotel were very loud and seemed to be dealing in some illegal matters (the smell of the smoke said enough) but the hotel did nothing. The staff was friendly enough. We will not be staying in this particular hotel again. AGAIN. Terrible area for a wife and kid or young family. I wouldn't ask my wife to stay there alone.
Location is beside a bar so it got a bit rowdy at times.
Excellent Price, Clean and Comfortable
I loved all of it. For the low price per night, I got an immaculate, clean room with clean bed, sheets, bathroom, towels, AC and flat screen TV, and even a coin-operated laundry room, so that you can take clean clothes onward. If you complain, don't stay here. Go and pay more somewhere else, please.
For the price I paid, under $60, I have nothing to complain about. Complainers should go stay at 5-star hotels and break their backs paying for a higher rate.
