Pros (+) Easily accessible to major monuments, restaurants, parks, the Seine. Helpful staff.
Cons (-) Room a bit small, but good use of space.

Pros (+) The hotel is conveniently located near several Metro stations as well as great local restaurants and shopping. A "chain" grocery store is one block away to stock up on stables and such. Just a couple of blocks also from some main tourist attractions including the Cluny and the Parthenon. Breakfast was above average.
Cons (-) only ironing board is located in the basement where the laundry is done.
