Pros (+) Title says almost everything. The location is almost perfect -- a few blocks from Notre Dame, close to the Metro, close to a slew of excellent restaurants. Comfortable, plenty of room for my wife, adult son, and I. Air conditioning worked well, kitchen was very useful for breakfast, laundry in basement was very handy given we were there for a week.
