Cons: 1) We were very disappointed at coming to the hotel. Previous to this I've send a request to the hotel if early check-in is possible as we were arriving very early in the morning. Their response was like "if the room will be available it is an option". We took our chance and at the reception found out that the room is available but we will have to pay additional 40 $. I told them that if this is a case it would be more than fair for them to mention this information in their response as it would make a difference in our decision in actually coming to their place as in general it was not very cheap (82,5 $ per night for a room for three). 2) Another disappointment was that the women at the reception almost didn't speak any English. Later during the day a man at the reception spoke good English and was very nice, just his proposals for meals were all at least half an hour walk from the hotel. 3) In our room we had 2 king beds, one was huge, the other one regular size. Although the mattress on the smaller one was in very bad shape (U shaped). 4) Handle for hot water in the shower was not working very properly, but enough to had warm water.

Cons: NEVER AGAIN At first, the hotel is not in a nice area, I think you won't feel safe if you are traveling on your own. When I arrived the girl at the front desk asked me how I want to pay and I told her a few times that it is already paid by my credit card. At his moment she lost her english and she wasn't able to talk about my payment. Okay, the end if the story was, that I had big problems because they charged the payment twice from my credit card and it took 14 hours before someone tried to fix this problem. I am not sure if this happens on purpose. We booked a room with breakfast. The breakfast was okay. We booked a daytrip and asked before about the breakfast time, they told us from 7 a.m..so we planned the pickup time. On the day with the trip, there was no breakfast... I asked a girl at the front desk, she told me no breakfast is every day at 7:30...I showed her written down on the hotel card that it shuold be at 7...at this moment she also lost her skill of speaking English.. Usually I won't complain about this.. when I book a hotel with breakfast.. Then I want to have it. On one day the water does not work in the whole hotel... The thing is.. There is nothing wrong when there are problems... But when the people who work there lie to you and after that suddenly aren't able to speak english anymore... This is sad...

Pros: I absolutely loved the location. It is minutes away from a major Metro stop for buses and the train. It was perfect for me because I either walked or took public transportation most places. It is walking distance from the Cinta Costera which is one of the must-visit spots. The hotel was clean and they allow pets. I met the cutest dog there. Breakfast was good and you could choose from a few options. I liked that. There's also a little grocery at the corner and a 24 hr pharmacy within walking distance. The spot is great! I'd stay there again.

Pros: I guess this is a hotel where the old saying of you get what you pay for is an accurate assessment. Whilst it wasn't bad, it did feel a little aged. The room was musty when were entered. The shower head only partially worked and the hot water took several minutes to arrive. Patience was the key. The included breakfast was adequate if you're into non nutritional food; pancakes, fake syrup, fake orange juice, cork flakes and cake. The eggs were at least well prepared.. but even then you had to smear them with ketchup for some form of flavouring. Whilst we didn't use the rooftop pool that at least did look good. If it wasn't raining (nothing the hotel can do about that) we probably would have taken a dip. Gym equipment was essentially broken, but we never intended to use it anyway. It was just amusing to see it looking broken, rusted and sad, knowing that the hotel listed it as an option available for guests. The wifi works...just super slow. Reception area is clean, and the receptionists were always there and helpful. We loved the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and the shuttle to Allbrook Mall. Very convenient. Would we stay here again? 50/50. Depends if we can find something else that looks better for the same price. If not, then I guess this would be a fallback option. Something that won't excite, but won't disappoint if you head in with expectations as per the above description.

Pros: I liked the free shuttle from the airport and to the Albrook mall however it leaves at 10 in the morning and doesn't come back till 5:45. Long time to wait, but the hotel is close enough you can catch a taxi for $3 to Albrook Mall. So that's good. And I liked that it had an elevator to take you to the different floors and that you got free breakfast in the morning and it was a decent breakfast too. The triple room we stayed in was nice, the double not so much but the beds are fine. Also liked the the lady at the front desk during the day spoke English and could advise us properly. ALSO they have an electric scale that you can use for FREE to weigh your suitcases! that was a bonus.

Pros: The location is great. It is two blocks from the metro station, near bakery and mini market. The breakfast was good; they served eggs, sausage, pancakes, cake, fruits, and juice. There is also a Venezuelan juice place near the Caledonia sign across from the bakery that is amazing. Natural juices for $3 and you get two cups of juice. They food was very good too. The room they gave me was very outdated with dirty carpet and it had a leak that smelled. I left the room and went to explore the city and when I returned, we saw a cockroach near the bed. I complained and they gave me a much better room that had cold floor and a refrigerator. It was clean and nice and probably much more expensive than the rate I paid. So, they do have good rooms in the hotel. I think that they are making a few updates.

Cons: Although we looked at 4 different rooms on different floors, all of them smelled of mold. Terrible coffee, average breakfast, (and you have to ask for butter), pool was ok, tiny gym has seen better days. But when we had a cockroach in our room we finally moved.

Cons: The air condition was not working, (blowing temperature air-fan). I toll the lady at night she did not do anything. The following day, I insist on my problem with the room. The men when to check the room the following day and confirm that air condition was not working and change my room. But, not for 2-bed jus change for a one queen bed. The bed should be the same as my previous room which is the same as my payment.

Cons: The neighborhood didn't have much around it. So the only place to really go is the Mall or the canal. Also you have to pay $2 per person (which isn't too bad to get back to the airport. Would have been nice if it was free, but not complaining since that isn't bad at all).

Cons: The breakfast is the same thing every single day, not a single item is different. Also, they start breakfast a bit late compared to how early you have to be ready for the tours, so I only ate breakfast 3 days out of 7 that I stayed. Also, the cleaning service is done very late in the day.

Pros:
Cons: Don't go! Don't be fooled by other reviews that liked the place, it's a mess. It's located in a rather dodgy area, the double rooms have no windows, zero shelf space and hardly any room to move. The "restaurant" that's part of the hotel serves horrible food at high prices and everything is very old and walls, furniture and equipment have stains and mold. Mind that no one will speak English. We do not recommend this place at all and would never go back.

Cons: Bed sheets were dirty. Wifi was weak. Bathroom window connected to neighbor bathroom and can hear them watch tv and use bathroom. No shower heads. Not enough power outlets. I can tolerate alot but this place was not good for the price. Pictures looks good in ad. Beds uncomfortable and pillows were flat like just a pillow case with a small bag of cottons inside.

Cons: I was using my sister MasterCard to check,my sister live in the state s. I called the manager to run the card number for me, my first night there he ran the card, it took him 3 attempt to get the money off the card. I booked a nother night there and I had to used the same card. He tried the card again and it wasn't going through. He got pist and walk away, there was a girl that was there at the desk. He call her and told her to not ran the card. I was really upset cause I was there for a while. And it was late. I had to leave and booked into another hotel for the night. I thought that his attitude was very poor and how he handle that situation. I don't think I will booked there again
