Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's service, cleanliness, and pool availability, frequently citing rude or inattentive staff, dirty or poorly maintained rooms, and misleading or unavailable amenities like the pool. However, several guests appreciated the hotel's central location, and a few mentioned spacious or comfortable rooms. While some found the price reasonable and enjoyed the rooftop atmosphere or bar, the negatives generally outweighed the positives in these reviews.
