Swimming pool was wonderful. Near bus station and tourist arrangements.
I got sick from drinking the cucumber water that was in the lobby.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel, less than 5 mins walk to the ADO bus terminal, and next to the cafes and restaurants. I arrived at the hotel at 8am and was able to go straight to the room with no extra charge, amazing. Staff are very very good, and the laundry service is efficient and cheap, would stay here again, no question.There is also a nice pool.

The room was comfortable but the service was dreadful. Staff at reception was not welcoming, nor very professional. To give you an idea, our breakfast voucher was given to us when we checked out. The level of English of the reception staff was very poor and that created problems of communication. In the restaurant, staff was also not very professional as they seem to be anxious to get rid of guests at breakfast time. As soon as you had finished one dish they rushed to remove the plates or cups from the table. It would have been nice to enjoy my breakfast with some peace and quiet,
