Cons: No suggestions
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Were met by Fillipo, the innkeeper, when we arrived. He could not have been any friendlier or more helpful. Went out of his way to give us information about the local area — where to go, what to see & where to find quality, local restaurants. You can tell he is very proud of his city. He even drove us to the train station each day, once so we could venture into Padova to explore the city and the next day so we could catch an early train into Venice. He even arranged for us to go to a rooftop terrace for “the best view in Venice” — quite the experience we would have missed without his thoughtfulness. Overall experience far exceeded our expectations, GREAT value for the money. Rooms we well equipped, very clean and breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. ——- 4 Retired Canadian Friends, enjoying Italy in Sept (2019).
Cons: Nothing — enjoyed every minute,

Pros: Everything was so imazing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Filippo was fantastic. So gracious. Picked us up and brought us back to the train station. Mom and Dad were beautiful people. He even invited my husband to go to the main house to see a soccer game with him. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The room was spectacular. Such a great time spent there.
Cons: Absolutely nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Filippo & his Family are the best hosts we have ever met. Thank you for your great hospitality. Noone will take better care for you than this family. We are grateful for showing us way to most important places in Padova and restaurant with such a delicious food. Next time when we come back to Padova for sure we will stały with you again ❤️❤️
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm and friendly hospitality. Information on Padua that exceeded my expectations. I left feeling like a local. Tips and advice meant we experienced far more of Padova than we would have even with a guide book. An extra bonus was the pick up and drop off to the train station. Fresh baked cake for breakfast was also a treat.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was friendly and helpful, but Filippo went out of his way to advise us about traveling in the area. We appreciated the home-like atmosphere, and the breakfast eggs and coffees were prepared to order.
Cons: The buses were limited to and from the location, but the family gave us a ride to the train station, which made it so convenient. Other than that, I don't feel there were any negatives.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast that is included is very good. The location was convent to many attractions and to the tram.
Cons: There is no elevator! We are able bodied and can climb the stairs, however if you have mobility problems this may not be the best choice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We liked just about everything in this boutique hotel, especially the staff. The location is wonderful- a stone’s throw from Basilica Saint Antonio, the Botanical Garden , Prato del Valle, and the Tram, yet all is quiet come bed time, insuring a restful night’s sleep. Everything in this wonderful university town is walkable for the able bodied. The hotel is modernized with excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a modern, tasteful style. The breakfasts are amazing, offering everything imaginable: eggs and coffee to order, cheese, meats, breads, jams, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereals, etc. The staff at breakfast and at the front desk do everything to accommodate and insure first class, personalized service. Room cleaning and makeups were timely and thorough. Kudos to all. But special thanks to Anna who generously shared her personal favorite restaurants and sights. The only negative comment I can make is related to the size of the bathroom. Would I stay here upon my return to Padova? Absolutely! And I cannot wait. This place runs smoothly and is clearly well managed by Andrea who has assembled a fabulous team at every level. Attention to detail is pervasive.
Cons: The bathroom was small.

Pros: Everything... You're amazing!
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The scariest experience ever .
Cons: Not safe ! A guy came from the street chasing me and my friend till the receptionist asking for a cigarette. It was horrifying. Second day around 6:30am the alarm for fire went up and everyone was running children adults. In the end it was a false alarm . Horrific. I will never ever go to this hotel again.
7.7 Good
Pros: Staff has been really friendly and helpful. Despite a wrong booking, the reception staff offered me a minisuite room trying to help me, for the same price. These girl are all nice and I'd like to spend a word for Stefania: thank you!. The hotel is really amazing, brand new, very nice looking, and the bed is perfect.
Cons: The only thing that I dont consider of the same level of everything else... are the breakfast croissants. I didnt like them, but anyway the breakfast was fine, good coffes and scrambled eggs annd so on.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Beautiful design. Very contemporary large room with a great view.
Cons: When we arrived I told the staff that our toilet seat was cracked. I reminded them the next day. Two days later after a three night stay, the toilet seat was still cracked. The Sky satellite was not working. The lady at the desk insisted that it was working properly and reluctantly sent someone to check it. Guess what? It was not working and he had to fix it. I am fluent in Italian. I can only imagine how they would treat someone else. Also, the hotel was hard to get to. It is surrounded by freeways and we ended up on the freeway even when we did not need to be there. I would still stay there in spite of these problems because of the newness and unique design of the hotel. The room was quite large with a great view and at a good price.
7.7 Good
Pros: This is a stunning building in the industrial area of Padova alongside the main route into the city, but it is also the quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. If you want a great nights sleep in real comfort with fantastic views over the city and within 30mins of Venice I challenge anyone to find better.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Cleanliness of the room, everything was working perfect. Friendly staff.
Cons: There were no closets for clothes in the room and for long stay like we did it, it was uncomfortable to keep them in the luggages

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern clean room with all needed comfort one could think of.Very good restaurant.
Cons:
7.4 Good
Pros: Nice staff, close to shoppingmall, clean rooms which are small but beautifully decorated. We used it as base to visit Venice, Verona and Padova. Had many TV channels, and if you play with the remote control you can set the audio to english instead of italian. For italian standards a very nice breakfast, free parking, and easy to find. Looks new, with nice beds and the possibility to open the windows for some fresh air. All was better then expected.
Cons: Best to have a car, since it is outside the center.
7.4 Good
Pros:
Cons: very hard to find
7.2 Good

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice boutique hotel ideal for business travelers or couples, very good breakfast and well equipped rooms. Our room boasted a private extraordinary-sized terrace with seating.
Cons: The hotel is located on a rather dull street 20 minutes walking distance to the city center (to Palazzo della Raggione). Hotel's unclear parking instructions can be solved by leaving your car on one of nearby streets, especially during weekends.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean with a very comfy bed and lovely big bathroom. Plus the continental breakfast in the morning was very good with lovely coffee. Hotel was in the student area of Padua and close to some lovely restaurants and sightseeing spots.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, quiet and well-appointed. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. Most rooms have beautiful terraces.
Cons: Not in the center of town and 15 minutes from the train station but a bus stop is across the street.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the decor, the staff and the comfort of the rooms. Good parking a short walk away. It's a fab hotel.
Cons: Location - it's a fair walk from the centre of town.
7.5 Good
Pros: It is located close to downtown. The area around is safe. The hotel seems to be recently refurbished. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast were good. I mean you will not have eggs with bacon, salads or other staff. Nevertheless, coffee, chees, bologna, cereal, jam, toasts and coffee are available. Much more than enough for 3 Euro per person.
Cons: I would love to write here 'All was perfect'. Unfortunately, on the second day of our stay we found ants in the room. Quite a few of them. We told the manager and went out while she did some extermination work. It is understood that this is an old building and ants can show up if you leave your Coke can open on the table for an hour. However, to be honest, it should not happen. I think that hotel can raise a bar in this perspective.

8.8 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly, location was great for the big church however a bit of a walk to the main center of town, not bad though maybe 10 min or so. We were given a huge room almost a suite and room was clean however the bed was uncomfortable and a spring poked me most of the night. I am sure if I complained it would have been attended to as the staff were amazing but we lived with it as we are pretty easy going. We ate at the restaurant downstairs, the burger was delicious as was the pasta, a bit pricey but everything is in Italy! There is a beautiful park close by that sells Campari and Aprosol for enjoying the park and it plays soft music through speakers in the trees, very relaxing.Overall a great stay and Padova is a beautiful city.
Cons: Bed could have been more comfortable and restaurant hours arent what we were used to in Italy as it seemed to close earlier than most. Location was great for church but a little out of the centre however no big deal as weather was beautiful and walking is always fun.

Pros: Decent breakfast, kind staff, clean and confortable room. Distance from the centre of the city around 3,5 km, ideal for 1/2 h walk.
7.4 Good
Pros: It was quaint. It was pretty small, but it served a purpose. We were only there to sleep anyways. Very clean. It's close to the train station, about 20 minutes by foot. The guy at the desk is very helpful, not so much for the woman. She seems she's not very happy about her job or caring about taking care of the clients.
Cons: They did not advise me that they turn on the air conditioning themselves from their computer at the desk for my room. They don't tell you that you need to use the same swipe card for entry to turn on your lights in the room, which is located by the door inside.
6.3 Good
Pros: The price was good. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The room has no fridge. Every day I found hair in the bathroom that were not mine. The hotel is in industrial area.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: İ asked 4times changes for the invoice, staff told me impossible at this moment. After i get angry and tell i will give you low point on booking.com she told me i will make a new invoice and send you email. For some thing very easy they are lazy to work without arguement
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was cheap. It was good. The view was gr8.
Cons: Dirty walls. No refrigerator. Shitty breakfast bar.

Pros: This hotel is surprising for its quality, we have been to 4 star hotels that have less quality and amenities. Modern, clean with a great bathroom. We really enjoyed the breakfast.
Cons: n/a
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were super sexy. Zebra wood, fancy beds and tubs and sinks. Top notch.
Cons: At breakfast the eggs were emptied and not replenished. It was like, "Hey, scramble some more eggs." But there were lots of other options so it was like, "Whatevs." Also, it was not that close to a train station.

Pros: staff friendly and great location and lovely breakfasts!
Cons: The wi-fi caused a few issues but the staff was very helpful.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location was excellent! The personnel is polite.
Cons: The rooms are poorly isolated and you can't help hearing what is going on in the adjacent room. In our room, we did not have a shower curtain. It was inconvenient as the entire bathroom was wet after taking shower.
7.0 Good
Pros: We had a wonderful view of the Basilica. During our stay there were two evenings with parades and festive religious activities that we watched from our window. The location was convenient for walking to most of the places we went in Padua. Took the tram to the train station.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The location was in the center of historical sites.
Cons: The woman at desk seemed bored and unhappy to see us...not at all helpful when we asked for guidance around the city. She directed us outside to an information booth. The room was not ready so we left and returned an hour after room availability. We lugged our suitcases up stairs, no elevator, and had to climb across a pile of dirty sheets in the hallway to get to our room while maids scowled at us as if it was our fault that the room was not ready. Room smelled and we had to open windows to air out. Shower/tub combo had no shower curtain so my husband wouldn’t even use it. Literature said breakfast room service was available and we had an early departure so asked about it...they looked at us like we were crazy and saying no breakfast until 7am in the dining room only.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful position and great to have private parking on site
Cons: not really their fault but the fire alarm went off just before breakfast and they could not turn it off so did not have breakfast as too noisy but suspect that will never happen again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a great location across from St. Anthony's Church. It was a short walk to the tram that took us to the University and other sites. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast had a nice selection of items. Rooms were large and comfortable.
Cons: Everything was fine.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, excellent service and good value for money.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The bed is perfect and breakfast is much better than a few years ago. The location is perfect for where I have to be for work.
Cons: When taking a shower the bathroom floor gets very wet. This problem exists from the beginning and you see the result from the kit being loose. Further there are no restaurants and bars nearby.

Pros: It is clean and comfort hotel as a building , good for business
Cons: Nothing beside you should go to the center by taxi to have a food although they have a restaurant inside
7.5 Good
Pros: Central location
Cons: Poor menu food
9.2 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was well above average.
Cons: Despite three complaints over four days we only had proper hot water on the last morning.A four star hotel where my wife was unable to wash her hair !Also things we expected like the ‘kitchenette ‘ were only available at significant charge and we had to make a request even to get the most basic coffee machine, which we could not use for part of the time because it’s electricity failed and the fridge flooded.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern hotel, spacious room, nice breakfast, free parking. Location is good: on the outskirts of the old city.
Cons: The toiletries are not appropriate for a 4 star hotel. We ran out of liquid soap and it was not replaced. There were maintenance problems, especially in the shower.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Room was in a very bad state, no extra blankets, coupled with bad heating, pretty cold in night time. Every cupboard was empty, really sad and depressing.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Large rooms Good selection om the breakfast Friendly receptionist
Cons: To pay extra for swimming pool
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Nice bar area and they spoke English
Cons: I asked the front desk for more towels and they said no.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: anything.
Cons: Poorly located hotel, extremely thick and unreceptive staff. There they charge you to use the kitchen that is already part of the room, which incidentally you paid for a room with kitchen, in addition to charge to use a room that is part of your room, they make it clear that it is a cleaning fee and do not clean when you use. I stayed 3 days in the hotel and the three days until the dishes I paid to use in the kitchen and the cleaning I paid they did not wash on any day we were staying. the location is the worst that could exist, there are no buses nearby and the train station is almost 2 km away. We had a bad experience with the place and would never go back there.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast - satisfies all preferences. Room was large, modern, spotlessly clean, with a large comfy bed. Just a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Excellent on-site parking at no additional charge.
Cons: Nothing to grumble about from me!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Perfect stay in Padova. Mattresses are great and view from the window to the town of Padova is magnificent. Breakfast is delicious. Dont hesitate and book it:)

8.0 Excellent
Pros: This is my third time to be accommodated in this hotel, because it close to the meeting venue. The room was good insize, comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Towels were changed every day. The staff was kind and attentive. The nights were cold so the air conditioning was warming well. All recommendations for this hotel for the participants of medical meetings.
Cons: I regret that there are no tables and chairs for the terrace. There may be some during the summer, but I always come in the beginning of October. i complain about the noise despite the closed window. The windows are probably not breathing well. The key of the room is classic, so the door itself needs to be slammed shut to be locked when I get out.

Pros: The advantage of the hotel is that it is close to the city center.
Cons: The hotel has not been renovated, but it is clean and has everything you need.
