location in the center and private parking on the premises of the hotel, need to reserve the spot. Friendly reception. Clean rooms.
It seemed that some rooms were recently refurbished and updated (and I specifically booked the room based on photos provided), however, the room we got was quite dated (30 years old I would guess). Reception did not know where the refurbished rooms were...I was given a different room, it was bigger than the original room but as dated inside.

Very nice position, our room had a view on the Basilica, very pleasant. Staff is kind and open to all demands, welcoming, and keen to give us maps and intels. There is a bar just in front, which also nice to know.
Having a water bottle in the fridge would have been a plus.

Excellent location.
Didn’t allow cancellation in the Coronavirus crisis. When we separated the beds it was not clean underneath. They took a long time to clean the ashtrays in the patio. They offered to bring breakfast to the room but “as they had a last minute group” they sent us to the breakfast room with all those people putting us under more risk of getting the virus.
