Cons: A bit noisy because of works inside the hotel.

Cons: The wine selection is rubbish and both wine and beer are very expensive for what they are, but that’s mostly Norway I think

Cons: WiFi works in some areas.

Cons: The hotel rooms are very small, like staying on a cruise ship, economy class. The rooms are very spartan with a small beds, a desk, a chair and small bathroom. Otherwise, they did provide a good wifi signal. If you don't mind clean and spartan, this hotel would be great when in Oslo.

Cons: Was a bit noisy due to some exterior construction on the building next door but that’s nothing that can be controlled by the hotel.

Cons: Very budget, curtains torn, carpet manky. Skirting boards coming off and bedside table broken.

Cons: In less expensive cities could get more for your money (but Oslo is very expensive in general). Rooms are small but not too small for those just wanting a place to sleep. Very few amenities (e.g. no daily room service except for a fee, no breakfast, etc.).

Cons: The rooms were very dated. The carpeting was worn and not vacuumed every day. The bathrooms were manageable if there were more towels. I don’t expect Air-Con, but the windows only open three inches. Hard to get air-flow in the unusual heat.

Cons: It was our first trip and first stop in Norway in our life, our expierence with parking by Anker Hotel was absolutely terrible and we will not recommend this place to anyone else we care and will never visit this hotel again. Ankel hotel has a parking place BELONGS to a private parking company. But on the entrance of the parking it's written clearly: Q-Park Anker Hotel. The parking lot welcomed us with a fine of 80 euro, while we were trying to pay the parking fee in the hotel, in about 10 minues before we returned to the hotel. Anker Hotel claimed they are seperated with the parking lot and asked us to complain to the parking company. How can a hotel list its name on the parking place without being responsible for the parking management? We have to pay this extra 80 euro for the 10 mins absence while Anker Hotel claims nothing to do with it. Therefore we regret our stay there and will never come back again.

Cons: Very basic feel, nothing romantic about it, kind of like a school dorm.

Cons: Even though I had a reservation made a few weeks in advance we did not have a room upon arrival it was overbooked. They sent us to a sister hotel not far from there but we did not like the dark theme there.

Cons: Service, small -inadequate- restaurant, broken window

Cons: Breakfast could be better and instead of joining two beds to make one, they could have one big bed at least it won’t have that gap in the middle that you find yourself in when you wake up in the middle of the night. For the cost of the hotel I expected a little more from the breakfast.
