Pros: Great location, could not have been more central easy to find with my satnav. Staff were all very friendly. Sam at reception gave us some great recommendations for food. Try “Eugene” in the street behind the hotel. The food was superb,38 euro for 4 courses including wine. The price was very reasonable for this quality of restaurant. The hotel breakfast was good but at 14 euro perhaps a little expensive. The car park was 20 euro/night but My car was parked in a private garage with a roller shutter door, immediately opposite reception worth it in my opinion. Orléans was a great place for a 2 night stopover loads to see and do. Safe, Friendly, I hope to return someday.

Cons: The room was a bit small and had no chairs so you could only sit on the bed. I always like to check out the means of escape having spent my working days in the Fire service. I thought the stairs were a bit dodgy, being a steep metal spiral staircase.. We were on the first floor so it wasn’t too bad. The lift was fine in any case.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location to the centre of town couldn't have been better, and the room was immaculate.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Old school charm. Good buffet breakfast. Clean efficient value for money with a touch of elegance.
Cons:
5.0 Okay
Pros: Dining room was bright & cheery. Buffet breakfast nice, with fresh fruit and good coffee. Warm croissants a big plus!
Cons: There was no staff at the front desk when I arrived nor when I left; there was, however, a little sign stating “patience”. I had the impression there is no front desk staff. The “refreshment box” (drinks for purchase) was empty. No housekeeping done in my room over the 2-night stay. I didn’t expect sheets to be changed but it would have been “nice” to make the bed & straighten towels.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. It was only a few minute walk to the center of town. The room size was ok too, and it was quiet enough for us to sleep as well.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that I had to constantly wait for someone at the front desk. Each time, we needed something or when we checked out or in, there was no one at the desk and we had to wait til they came down the stairs. Also, whenever I needed to go down to my car, I had to wait for the front desk person to "let" me go down to my car by putting a key in the elevator. I felt like that was a bit annoying.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Service was impeccable, guy couldn't do enough. Recommended restaurants and was superb tbh. Dont be fooled by the outside look, inside is neat clean tidy and comfy, you get what you pay for. Just right for a short stay we thought
Cons: Cant do anything about views here, nothing to not like as nothing to moan about really, short walk to the centre but through all the shops etc so was fine
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quirky lifts
Cons: Bathroom decoration a little dated
4.2 Okay
Pros: Almost impossible to find this hotel, it’s obscured in almost every way possible, even with Sat Nav. It would be impossible at night. The staff are very friendly and no doubt the reason why this hotel rates even a mention.
Cons: It was WWII standard wallpapered bedroom, dirty, grime on any skirting boards that existed. Way over priced for what it actually is, a hotel in need of major modernisation and a thorough clean.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Quiet room. Just a quick walk from the town centre.
Cons: Wallpaper should be renewed!

Cons: Handheld shower in the bath. No fixture to hold it on the wall. Very weak WiFi
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, close to restaurants and town center. Free parking
Cons:
6.3 Good
Pros: Next to the Rue de bourgogne with loads of restaurants. Cathedral within 10 minutes. river Loire in 3 minutes... Location is top.
Cons: Hotel is oldfashioned, rundown even. Blanquets with holes in it. Shower (Only handheld...) in the bath did not even work. Pressure was to low to be able to use the shower extension. No time for a bath... Paint coming of walls. It could be such a lovely hotel in an old monastry. But the furniture and linnen has not been renewed since the mideighties it seems. We are not very demanding but this stay was our Only dissapointing one in our two weeks ‘Tour de France’.

Pros: Nice sized room on the ground floor , plenty of parking both outside (free) and underground (paid) The room was pleasant with a large window which looked across to appartments. The area was remote from the town but a tram was right behind the hotel so very easy to access the town .The young lady on reception was a star and searched the hotel for a fan for me when we were told that the air conditioning had been turned off centrally . She deserves a medal .Orleans was a lovely city with excellent restaurants and plenty going on .

Pros: Late arrival key access. The reception area was very welcoming and clean. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Good facilities in the room. Air-conditioning was working. Good sized room for a family of 5.
Cons: Could not access car park once reception is closed after 6pm. The main doors were open at night, which meant that there was nothing to stop anyone from gaining access to the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately not the same for the car park which was locked up.

Pros: I like the location, and size of the living space, reasonable breakfast , parking is very close, at 8 Euros for 24 hrs
Cons: The bathroom area was way to small, when i sat on the W/C my legs were tight on the door, also the shower enclosure area was a very minute bath, shame really and not sure why there was a kitchen area ?

She deserves a medal .Orleans was a lovely city with excellent restaurants and plenty going on .
Cons: Despite air conditioning being advertised as available this was not so . When we spoke to a gentleman on reception the morning after checking in I was informed that it was.nt necessary and the central system was turned off in the autumn .So the individual settings in the rooms would not workThe temperatures were close to 30degreegs in the day and no less than 15 at night . I was told to open the window . This could either be opened fully floor to ceiling , but we were on the ground floor and opposite apartments , or it was tilt and turn which let very little air in .I found the gentleman attitude very condescending . I would not stay here again without knowing that the air conditioning would be working , it was very hot and uncomfortable .
