Sheets had stains, staff was extremely rude, didn¿t tell us no hot breakfast, I kept calling and calling and no one would answer, just put me on hold. I was extremely disappointed in the room, in the hotel and the hotel staff.
The staff was very willing to accommodate any needs.
The bed was absolutely terrible. Had a big hole every time I rolled over I basically fell in it.
The room was clean for the most part and the bed was comfortable.
The tile floor in the entry of the room and bathroom was really sticky, like whatever it had been washed with left a sticky residue. Also, the TV only played one channel, which was annoying.
Our stay was perfect! Very comfortable bed, clean and modern room, friendly and helpful staff and most importantly for us, a quiet nightâ€™s sleep.
Location is great for our needs in Omaha, with family nearby. The GM (who was on duty over New Year holiday in order to give his staff time off) was very friendly and helpful.
The person on duty at check-in had an obvious terrible cold, blew his nose just before and after handling check-in and did not use hand sanitizer either time, despite handling my credit card and room keys. Parking lot is somewhat small.

The room! Loved the decor and colors. It just felt comfortable. The host was great! Sorry can't think of his name. I'm going to say yes on recommending this hotel for the price and for the room.
There was old pee all around the toilet. The duvet wasn't even on the comforter, it was laid on top. sheets were stained. Hot tub was cold bath water. Sundays breakfast there was nothing left at 9:45am.
