Situation of the Hotel. We like the fact that the hotel is an 18 something years old building. The public spaces gave us a real feel of the age of the bulding and area where it's located. Overall, it was a good exeprience.
No place to unload our luggages on the street. We had to park our car in a nearby shopping center and walk with our luggages on the street. The room itself was clean, the bed was good but it's a bit outdated and might require some refreshing.
In the heart of the historic center of Roman Nimes, the Best Western Le Marquis de La Baume is nestled in a former town house dating from the 17th Century. With its romantic patio, its historic staircase and antique ceilings, the Best Western Le Marquis de La Baume is the ideal starting point for visiting Nimes and the Gard. This 4 Star hotel is actually very close to the many sites and listed monuments of the city that have witnessed 2000 years of history.
