Pros: The car was awesome!
Cons: I thought I had insurance included in the price, but when I was ready to pick up the car I was told there was no insurance on the car and had to pay more than the cost of the rental to get insurance. It ended up being way more expensive than I had budgeted for. I would have appreciated a heads up email saying that insurance hadn’t been included and listing the cost, then I would have know to keep shopping around.
