Pros: - Location is near Keisei and JR Train Station - Double rooms are spacious enough for 2 people with luggages - Bathroom amenities are great - Staff were friendly - Breakfast was good for the money - Morning shuttle bus to Narita Airport - Comfy beds - About 10 minute walking distance to the main road lined with shops leading to main temple in Narita. - The breakfast Coupons can be used at selective restaurants at Narita. Very useful for early morning flights when breakfast is not served yet. - Oh ya, they make up and clean up your room on request
Cons: Nothing. Maybe more frequent shuttle buses to the airport ??..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great. It was much better than expected and better than big airport hotel we later stayed at. Very close to train station. The weather was turning warm and the comforter is much too warm. They need a lighter blanket. I was able to visit Tokyo Richmond which had shops and located in a great area.
Cons: Nice restaurant and very close to parks and train stations.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: I only spent one night on my way elsewhere, and the location couldn’t be beat. It was about a 4 minute walk from Narita Station, which is only one stop from terminals 2 & 3. Great location for a weary traveler who couldn’t be bothered going all the way into Tokyo. The hotel was clean and modern.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle to airport
Cons: Breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great spacious room (the biggest we have seen in Japan so far :)), very tasty breakfast with both japanese and western choices, kind and nice staff, free lotions, bath salts, etc. was a bonus. :) It is also just about 5 minutes walking from the train station, which is great!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a nice hotel to sleep close to the airport before a flight in the early morning. Good location (close to the train station).
Cons: I cannot say that a breakfast was varied but it was enough to fill up yourself before traveling to the airport and waiting a flight.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast
Cons: Bed is small
7.0 Good
Pros: Close to train station and some good restaurants. Room was clean and nice and tidy.
Cons: Were not flexible with airport shuttle times and early breakfast. For an airport hotel they should cater better for people on early flights.

Pros: Beautiful room with a splendid view on Narita-San, very special to be awakened by the temple bell. Delicious vegetarian meals and everything is served in a lovely manner.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Make sure you take in the eel restaurant about.400 metres up.the road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was great but the dinner (served in our room and a vegetarian feast) was fabulous and the location (just opposite Naritasan Temple) was perfect.
Cons: One of the futons was lumpy but we are very fussy so most people would be OK with the bedding.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good experience of a traditional room with a temple next door, as people have used for centuries.
Cons: We had booked a room with no bathroom and some of our party would have preferred a private bath.
8.6 Excellent
Pros: Traditional style and public bath. Fabulous temple across the street.
Cons: Hard for me to sleep on thin mattress on floor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. They have shuttle service that pick up from Narita JR train station.
Cons: Share bath, no private bath. If you have to have your own bath area, this hotel won't work for you.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice location, suitable for our needs. Close enough to some places we wanted to visit and to Narita airport. The room was generally good.
Cons: Parking was a little bit far from the hotel. Breakfast was not bad, but it would be so much better if they gave us even a small slice of fish or some other protein in addition to natto.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Wakamatsu Honten is a ryokan with very good location, own onsen (bath), helpful staff, cozy rooms, etc. I really liked the room with tatami floors and wood panels. A big plus for the tea set, onsen and carrying my luggage to the room Unfortunately, I didn't order any meals so I don't know have any feedback on that.
Cons: The floor can be quite squeaky.

The staff are really helpful and the rooms are clean and comfy, Really nice breakfast options, a free huttle bus to the airport and a 24 hour Lawsons on the ground floor. I've stayed at Hotel Nikko before and both tmes its been a great experience.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location when you’re staying overnight in Tokyo and boarding a flight the next day.
Cons: The traditional beds (thin mattress on the floor) and pillows were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Good selection of food but needs more Wheat/Gluten-free options available for people with food allergies.
7.0 Good
Pros: For an airport hotel, can't complain. We were in transit, with early departure following morning, wouldnt stay out here otherwise. We were in an executive room and it was clean and spacious. Restaurant is expensive but you can very easily join the harmony club online for free to get 20% off. Breakfast was ok for combination Japanese/Western breakfast buffet but you can just as easily eat at the cafe for quick coffee/muffin/cheese & ham toastie. They also do hamburgers (dinner option). Friendly and helpful staff. Airport pickup and drop off very easy...can download bus schedule to find times and pick up location at airport.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Love how comfortable the room is,what did you see in web that is what you get,not like other hotel lie in the photos
Cons: I just didn’t like Is no free bottle of water, just bothers me too when I check in, the person in front of me have a 2 bottle of water gave from the counter. Maybe because they couple I don’t know.

Pros: View from the roof, location, stuff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very useful shuttle service to/from Airport. Welcoming personnel at the reception, easy check-in and check-out process. Good breakfast.
Cons: To noisy sometimes. Acoustic isolation would be a little bit better. Room is really tiny (but I guess it's common in Japan)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and friendly service. Great they have a convince store inside.
Cons: Like other airport hotels, it stands in the middle of nowhere.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Best was the cheap rate
Cons: Rooms could use a renovation.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: only a word GOOD.
6.8 Good
Pros: Closer to the airport
Cons: Up date the hotel
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location near Narita airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and also downtown shopping area. Staff were efficient, albeit appeared to be a slightly jaded from the constant flow of transit customers.
Cons: Rooms are dated and in need of an update. Check-in procedure quite regimented, with a strict check-in time. I can understand why from a staff perspective, but not so good from a customer service perspective.
4.5 Okay
Pros: It's 5 minutes from Narita's Airport.
Cons: Smelly room. Low quality linens. Solid rock mattress. Outdated. Air conditioner disconnected on purpose because Japan was in winter season, according to the front desk personnel. Pricey meals. I won't repeat it.
Nine Hours Narita - Narita - Room amenity
5
8.3 Excellent (7,178 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at nine hours Narita in Narita, you'll be connected to the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Shisui Premium Outlets and Sakura-no-Yama Hill.
6.3 Good
Pros: It’s at terminal 2 which is the international terminal. It’s great to have a quick refresher before a flight.
Cons: No power sockets inside the capsules. Shower floor was moldy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was so clean! I really enjoyed the process of it all, from checking in to checking out. The staff were super kind and helpful. I would definitely use this place for another rest stop for my travels in Japan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed one night between my connecting flight. The hotel is located in Narita Terminal 2 what is very convenient for me. It has big enough lockers to put your baggage in it.
Cons: A capsule doesn’t have shelves at all. El. socket is only for japan plug. You need an adapter.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Best option if you have an early morning flight out of NRT. Very clean and safe. Not a fully authentic capsule hotel, though. There is no lounge or vending machines. Pajamas are strange; why not a more comfortable and sanitary jinbae?
Cons: Keep on keepin on
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The simplicity of the layout and cleanliness of the facilities.
Cons: The comfortability of the bed.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was clean
Cons: I didn’t like the no food no drinks can be taken inside because most restaurants close at 10 pm and im a night person so i got really hungry at night.. and when they gave me my capsule bed i was looking for it and someone is sleeping on my capsule i was like wtf is that.. i called the host and asked her why someone is in my capsule.. and she just said OK JUST GO ON THE TOP BED.. wtf is that they should check where the person goes.. its not like they go wherever they wanna sleep .. so i got annoyed and ended up sleeping on the top bed.. jeeezz its a nightmare because I wasn’t able to sleep at all.. u can hear the snoring people inside.. and its not just small snoring sound.. its like a man snoring omg.. i was on female only room but felt like i was on both lol.. im not coming back for sure.. but if I don’t have a choice MAYBE!It wasn’t cheap place to stay btw .. They should have their own small cafe or smoking area.. where people can eat something when they get hungry..
4.5 Okay
Pros: Location. Right in the airport. I had a flight early in the morning so the location was perfect. The decoration and the overall idea is great.
Cons: I couldn't get any sleep. Any at all. There's no soundproofing of any kind, there was a guy snoring on a pod next to mine so sleeping was impossible. Pods have a decent size, but no space at all to put any of your stuff, this is really annoying since you have to leave all of your stuff in a locker in a different room. No A/C in the pods, it was too hot. There is a lot of space for improvement, but if I had to chose just one thing I would say SOUNDPROOFING THE PODS. Even if everything else is perfect, there's really no point in going there if you're not going to be able to get any sleep at all.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great place for short stay before a next day flight.
Cons: Not ideal if you plan to get there early. Should be get there, shower and sleep

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful, we almost missed our shuttle bus to the airport, and having a fussy baby didn't help. One of the guys actually went up to our room to remind us and helped us bring our luggage down while the receptionist came out to help bring our luggage to the bus, never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere. The hotel location is also very close to the Narita train station (less than a block), which is great. The room was small but cute, came with two sets of some kind of kimono and slippers. The electric outlet also woks with US chargers
Cons: The elevators were tiny for a family with many luggage, we had to make 2 trips to go up and down, because they couldn't fit the baby stroller and the luggage, but it's not a deal breaker.
10.0 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: Location is literally next to the train station. We were initially assigned at 10th floor which is non-smoking floor atm but was a smoking floor before. It smells still smokey inside the room so the staff changed our room to 15th floor which is much better.

Pros: Very nice sized room, and probably the most comfortable bed/pillows out of any hotel we stayed at while in Japan. Also had the best breakfast of any hotel we stayed at with the most diverse and tasty selection.
Cons: The room and hotel in general seemed to be a little "worn" around the edges. Things out of date/ scratched/ needing new paint/ etc., but all around clean and functional. Although the breakfast was delicious with a good selection, it was very pricey as well and without the IHG member discount would not have been worth the price.
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel staff was amazing. Check in was awesome, spoke very good English. The buffet was reasonably priced and food quality was good.
Cons: The room was really outdated and the chairs to sit in were stained and dirty, in the room I stayed in. That being said, overall the room was comfortable.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to the airport for 1 night stay. Good breakfast buffet spread.
Cons: Old fit out in rooms but spacious. Toilets smelt bad from being that old.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean.
Cons: Some complementary milk in the fridge would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free shuttle bus! From and to the hotel There is 1 convenience store at the hotel. It was pretty small but enough for the food supplies. I arrived midnight. And I was starve to death. There were no restaurants near hotel. But thankfully there are this convenience store at the lobby. I was able to buy some cup noodle and onigiri and bread.
Cons: There are no restaurants near hotel
4.6 Okay
Pros: Airport shuttle was as advertised, appropriate and satisfactory. Room was a fine size for Japanese standards. The convenience store downstairs (with a microwave) was a god send since the restaurants all wanted a reservation ... I was so surprised by this. Why would a large hotel with multiple restaurants have such a policy without telling guests beforehand?
Cons: 1) the emergency evacuation map at the back of our door did NOT specify where our room was relative to the exits etc. I took a photo and went back to reception to show them the problem. I speak Japanese so my explanation was not the problem, they clearly understood as three staff stood there examining the photo and looking apologetic and troubled. They asked me for time to sort the problem out. I said okay although I didn’t think it needed a complicated solution. A red sticker dot would have sufficed in the interim. 24 hours later no one had come or contacted me. At check out, I enquired again and was met by a blank look, I was disgusted by this lack of attention to a safety issue. Very disappointing 2) the room was so hot even though the air con was off (no window to open), and it’s the middle of winter in japan. Again an apology but no solution. Why cannot rooms be individually temp controlled in a modern hotel?
4.2 Okay
Pros: The room was good. The lobby looked very nice.
Cons: A/C didn’t work well even we called to the front desk many times. The air felt like stuck and my boyfriend couldn’t sleep at all. We needed to leave the hotel at 4am (we planned to leave at 10am) due to the lack of good cool air in the room. The corridors and lobby felt much better but not inside the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to airport and free shuttle bus service.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We missed our flight and had to scramble. They provided shuttle service to Narita (free) and also shuttle service to nearby towns and mall. Great little expedition to end or begin your trip in Japan. Affordable price is a huge selling point, and staff is very generous and really helpful. We drank heavily and had a time exploring the hotel and going out on the shuttle. Note, this place has a very 60's-80's ish decor. Which was hiliariously cheese and cool.
Cons: The beds are dated and the room is a bit smaller than traditional US hotels. Motel setting in a scaled hotel size.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast is not included
8.0 Excellent
Pros: close to the Narita Airport, with shuttle bus between the airport and hotel. the car parking place is large, quite some kinds of resturants, the garden is good also
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is more than my expectation. I love airport transfer which is really convenience. You can go to airport, Narita station and Aeon mall by free shuttle bus. The thing I was impressed most was the day when I checked out. I was waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport with my friend but there were too many customers for this shuttle bus. I was sure I have to wait for next bus which was the next 1 hour. I was so surprised the staff tried to help about 15 customers to go to the airport by about 4-5 taxis with free of charge. It was not the hotel's responsibility to pay for the rest ofthe queue but the hotel did. Big room! Thanks so much for your kindness.
Cons: Garden wing : Lack of wifi signal
